Too Perfect

Taeyong P.O.V

Taeyong was rushing to leave, frantically brushing his hair and grabbing his papers. Mark was coloring at the table with Lucas. Lucas saw how panicked he was and got up to comfort him. He grabbed Taeyongs shoulders.

"Taeyong hyung, relax, you're gonna do great," he smiled.

Taeyong took a breath, "Thank you Lucas".

"Goodluck papa!" Mark cheers

Taeyong blows him a kiss before leaving.

Dahyun P.O.V

Everyone was so boring. All the people who had come in to audition so far just didn't fit the role. Not the way Dahyun wanted them too anyway.

"Next!" she called.

She looked up from her paper and froze seeing who was in front of her.

"Hello, My name is Lee Taeyong" he introduces himself.

"H-h-hi" she stutters taken aback by his beauty.

She motioned him to begin. Watching him perform, everyone in the room was in awe. He was so talented, he said every line perfectly and his emotion was directly on point. Dahyun could feel what she was writing through Taeyongs actions.

He was absolutely perfect.

"Well done, amazing" she gets up and claps, "You have the role, thank you everyone for your efforts today but we have a clear winner".

She skipped in front of him, smiling and giving him his papers.

"Thank you so much, I can't believe you're giving me one of the lead roles".

"Well you are a very good actor".

In the back of her mind she knew that Jaehyun was going to be upset especially with the type of drama it was. She wasn't trying to focus on that right now though. She grabbed Taeyongs shoulders.

"So we start shooting on Friday at 9 am".

"I thought it was Thursday"

"Everyone else thought Friday would be more reasonable so Friday it is. Don't be late!"

He nods his head affirmatively. Her phone then rings, it was a call from Sana.

"Sorry, I have to take this".

Taeyong P.O.V

It was Thursday and Taeyong was so excited that he could go on a date with Jaehyun. He made sure he looked his best today. He used his strawberry shampoo and creamy location. He changed in a cute white shirt and beige cardigan. Black pants and simple white shoes to match. He remembered that Jaehyun had said that he liked it when he dressed comfortably.

The doorbell rang and Taeyong moved quickly down the stairs. Mark opened the door first however. Jaehyun looked amazing as always wearing a black and white sweater and blue jeans. He was holding roses in his hands.

"Oh, flowers! Flowers! Are they for me?" Mark asked.

Jaehyun smiled and picked one out giving it to Mark who holds it lovingly

"This one is for you"

He then looks at Taeyong smiling sweetly, holding out the other ones to him.

"And these are for your papa".

Taeyong takes them shyly sniffing them.

"Thank you"

"No fair! Papa got more than me" he whined.

"Next time I'll bring you a bunch of flowers ok sweet boy?" he ruffles his hair, making Mark smile widely.

"Shall we go?"

Taeyong nods.

They were walking down the street in a place where many people aren't around, more importantly paparazzi. Taeyong dropped Mark off at Doyoungs. He was very grateful he took care of him for him, he already had two monsters of his own (Haechan and Jeno)

Taeyong admired how their hands fit perfectly in one anothers. He then looked up at Jaehyun curiously.

"Where are we going?"

Jaehyun looked over his shoulder and winked at him.

"It's a surprise"

He squeezed his hand tighter as he led him somewhere. They arrived at a small shop that didn't seem like much at first but when they went inside Taeyongs mouth instantly watered and he could barely hold back his excitement.

"I knew you would like it," Jaehyun smiled.

They were standing in the most glamorous sweet shops. There were so many sweets and cakes Taeyong felt like he was in heaven.

"I never knew this place was here".

"Not many do. I remember you told me you liked sweets so I wanted to check it out with you".

"Everything looks so good~" he says cutely.

"Go ahead pick whatever you want"

"Really?" his eyes lit up like a childs.

"Mmm, todays about spoiling you and making you happy"

Taeyong's heart was doing backflips. It had been such a long time since someone had taken care of him like this. He grew up fast as a kid, getting into the modeling business at a young age. He missed out on being babied and taken care of.

It felt good to have Jaehyun around. He could relax with him, Jaehyun didn't seem to mind taking care of him or Mark. It made him feel special.

After getting the sweets they walked around, taking pictures. Taeyong petting every dog that passed their way. They stopped at a claw machine and Jaehyun got him a seal plushie and a baby lion for Mark.

They strolled back to his house holding hands and laughing.

"Oh I forgot to tell you" Taeyong starts, "Doyoung is holding this parent, kid cookout thing he wanted to know if you wanted to come".

"Of course" he smiled showing those dimples.

They arrived at his door before he knew it.

"Do you have to go home?" Taeyong pouted.

Jaehyun laughed stroking his hair, "Yes I have work in the morning, I'll try to see you during your afternoon shoot".

Taeyong grabbed his hands affectionately smiling.

"I had fun today".

"So did I".

They both stared in each other's eyes for a moment before giving each other a kiss. It was sweet and savory just like their date had been.

"Goodnight Taeyongie~"

"Goodnight Jaehyun~"
