was the exact same routine the next morning; except that there was one problem. As I walk towards the bathroom for my shower, my sister storms into my room, again, with a funny look on her face. I sigh gently "can you get out of my room? I'm about to have my bath."

She grins, "Sure" and begins closing the door. Just as it is about to fully close, she pokes her head through, "hot water's out" and skips off before I can respond. I stop in my tracks and look at the bathroom door as if I'm a detective and it is my suspect. I push it open slightly and walk towards the shower-tub. I turn the water to hot and then put it on. After waiting a while, I poke my hand through it and immediately jerk it back. The water is ice-cold. Looks like I'm using the tub. I clog up the tub and run water until it is almost full, leaving just enough space so I can enter fully without the water spilling out. I peek outside the window to make sure no one is around or watching. When I see that the coast is all clear, I take a deep breath as my hands burst into flames and I stick them into the water. I concentrate hard to hold the flames so that they don't get doused by the water. This is one of my secrets. The fact that I am pyrokinetic; which basically means that I can control, harness, manipulate and generate fire and heat.

I slid into the tub and let out a relaxed sigh as the freshly-boiled water overtook me. I was out in a few minutes and I slid into my clothes before walking down stairs and sitting for breakfast. Grilled-chicken sandwich with hot chocolate. Light but still filling. I take the last sip of my hot chocolate and sling my already-packed bag over my shoulder, walking out to meet the car. I gave one nod and the car drove off. A few seconds later and I'm walking after it. My walk turns into a gentle jog before breaking into a run. I slowly begin to pick up speed. About a minute later, I catch up with the car. I take a look at the speedometer; the car just clocked a hundred miles an hour; and I was keeping up. Super speed? Not exactly. It's more of electrokinesis. And as you probably guessed, this means I can control, harness, manipulate and generate electricity. The speed comes with being able to harness electricity. Because electricity moves only a few miles per second slower than light, and I able to harness that and translate it into my own speed.

The car reaches top speed and I am still keeping up. I smirk lightly as I slowly push past the car. Increasing my speed. Soon I am moving in a blur and a few seconds after that, I am at school; panting. The training is so that I can reach blur speed more easily and so that I don't need to pant after reaching it. Basically, it's for me to get more control of my powers and my speed. This is what no one can find out. This is my secret. And now you know. Do you believe me now?

I'm at the school for about ten minutes before anyone else arrives. Yesterday it was seven minutes. The day before that it was five. Day by day, I gain more speed with better progress each day. Even though I have stopped running, my mind is still racing. Going back to yesterday. Going back to the lunch hall. Going back to Natalia's hand. I look at my bag and move my hand in an arch-shape and the bag is unzipped. Then I raise my hand up as a book comes levitating out and into my hand. Telekinesis. This is what happened yesterday. Someone used telekinesis on Joseph's food. But the question is who; Natalia or I?

Sometimes I wonder, Joseph, William, Andrew, Natalia, my other friends, my teachers, it they all knew my secret, if they all knew what I could do; what would happen? I shrug and sling my bag over my shoulder, the school doors finally being opened, the janitor having finally arrived.

A few minutes later and nearly everyone is in school. Teachers have all arrived; students are in their groups, chatting away the time; non-teaching staff are getting ready for another hectic day of annoying students. I smirk lightly. It doesn't get better than high school. I walk along the halls, heading for the library, computer room or home room; whichever I see first.
