Chapter Nine

I remember waking up in the middle night and moving closer to Draco because I was freezing. I woke up in morning with his arms around me. "Good morning." Draco said. I turned to face him. "I didn't know you were up." I said as he kissed my forehead. "I was waiting for you too wake up." Draco smiled and climbed out of bed. "You might want to put some pants on." Draco threw my leggings at me. "Yeah probably." I said putting them on. We walked down to the dining room for breakfast. "Your entire house is freezing." I said grabbing Draco's arm. "Should of grabbed a sweater." Draco laugh and I rolled eyes. "Morning!" Narcissa called out as she saw enter the too and sit down. "Rebekah, how did you sleep?" She asked. "I sleep fine, thank you." I said trying to be polite. I saw Draco messing with his food trying to be silly. "Quit!" I whispered, lightly smacking his arm. I heard Narcissa telling Lucius to look at us. Draco looked at me a smiled. "What?" I asked tilting my head. "I can't look at you?" Draco said tilting his too. I sighed and shook my head with a smile. "So what are you two doing today?" Narcissa asked. "I have a surprised planned." Draco said winking at me. I gave him a confused looked. "Okay well just b ho before dark." Narcissa said with a smile. After breakfast, I put on a black long-sleeved fitted shirt and plaid grey skirt. I decided to just straighten my hair. "You look beautiful." Draco said as we walked around the cute little town. "You made in through one night." Draco said laughing. "I was expecting much worse from your father, I love your other, she's amazing, but your dad scares me." I joined in the laughing. My phone started ringing. "Its Hermoine." I said answering it. "Hi!" I said. Hermoine and I talk for a while until Draco and I walked into a café for lunch. "Alright, bye!" I said. "What did she want?" Draco asked opening the door for me. "Just wanted to see if I was still breathing. I smiled at Draco as he rolled his eyes. 

While we were eating I threw pieces of bread into Draco's mouth and he attempted to catch them. I laughed and so did he. We arrived back to the manor around 2 pm. Draco took my jacket off and then hung it up with his. "Did you have fun?" He asked. "Yes, did you?" I asked. "Of course I did." Draco said as he put his hands around my waist. He kissed me just as parents walked into the living room. My face got red as I hid it in Draco's chest. He laughed at me. "Did you two have fun?" Narcissa asked. "We did." Draco said. "Is Rebekah alright?" Narcissa asked. Draco began to laugh. "I'm fine." I said holding a thumbs up, I refused to face them, I was embarrassed. "Darling, don't be embarrassed!" Narcissa pulled me off Draco and he about lost it when he saw the fear in my eyes. She hugged me and I hugged her back. Draco grabbed my hand. "We're gonna go upstairs." He said pulling me away. When we back to his room I screamed into a pillow. "You okay now?" Draco asked. "No!" I shouted while laughing with Draco about what just happened. "Did you see the look your father gave? I felt my heart leave my chest out of fear." I said. "He's just weird, my other was probably thrilled. My parents actually haven't met anyone I've dated, so they definitely never seen me kiss anyone." Draco hugged me. "Your the first person I've felt this way about." He added. I smiled "I love you." I said. "Love you too Bekah." Draco twirled me around and we just began dancing around his room. We walked down stairs to watch a movie but what I saw about killed me. We walk in on a death eaters meeting. Draco's first instinct was to step in front of me. Narcissa's eye widened, but that's not what shocked me. "Dad?" I said looking at the man standing up. The man looked me straight in the eyes. "Rebekah?" he said. I shook my head as tears stung my eyes. "You told me if I joined you she would be safe! So why is she here?" My father shouted at Voldemort. "She's here on spring break Elijah, clam down." Narcissa said. "Why?" my father asked. "She's with our son. I promise you she's safe, he wouldn't let anyone hurt her." Lucius said. I starred in disbelief Draco tried to comfort me but wasn't quite sure how. "Can I speak with my daughter please?" my father asked, Voldemort looked at me a smiled. It scarred me. My father stepped into the kitchen and Draco and I followed. "Alone please." My father said. "I'm not leaving." Draco said. I looked at Draco and grabbed his hand. I looked at my father and let it all out. "You bitch!" I shouted "You left mom! Me! Ivan! You left us and didn't say anything!" I added. Narcissa and Lucius walked in and stood in the coroner of the room. "I didn't have a choice!" My father snapped back. "You could have said goodbye!" I fell to ground crying. Draco picked me back up and hugged me. "I'm sorry Rebekah." I cute my father off. "I'm not the one you should be apologizing too. Mum doesn't know how to deal with magic, and you left too!" I said wiping my tears. "Draco." Lucius said pointing to the door. Draco grabbed me and we walked out. I saw the table of death eaters starring at me and Draco. "If I know they were down there I wouldn't have let you go down." Draco said shutting his door. "At least I know where my father went." I said. "I'm sure he had his reasons." Draco said. I ignored him and just laid in the bed. "Voldemort looks like a hairless rat." I said trying to change the subject. "he does, doesn't he?" Draco said cuddling up next to me. "Do I tell my mom?" I thought to myself. There were so many thoughts going threw my mind, I didn't realize I fell asleep, I was emotionally exhausted. I was half asleep when I heard Lucius and Narcissa walk in. I felt Draco jolt up to face his parents. "Is she asleep?" Lucius asked, Draco shook his head. "Is everything okay?" Draco asked. Lucius shook his head. "Is she okay?" Narcissa asked. "I don't know, she's all over the place right now." Draco said. Narcissa shook her head and they left the room. Draco and I fell asleep shortly after.
