Chapter Eighteen

The next day we didn't have classes and I went back to my room to Hermoine reading and studying. I grabbed a nag and began packing stuff. "Where are you off too?" Hermoine asked. "I think I'm going to stay with Draco for a while." I said grabbing all my books and some clothes. "Why?" Hermoine asked. "Because I need someone right now and he's not allowed in here." I said facing the picture of the trio and I down on my nightstand. I saw Hermoine look up when i did so. I finished packing things and left. 

In potions class the next day I noticed the trio look at me. Then Snape called Draco and I out of the class to "Discuss a broken rule" I shot a glance at Hermione "That snitch!" I thought. Draco and I walked out and Snape asked us if we knew what the problem was. We played dumb at first. "I've been informed that you Miss Lindsford are staying in the Slytherin common, and based on your robe, I believe your in Gryffindor." Professor Snape said. I looked at Draco who was already talking. "She staying with me for a while her and her room mate are in a fight." Draco said. "No acceptions." Snape said. Draco looked at Snape. "Severus please, It's only for a week or two." Draco said. Snape rolled his eyes. "Fine and its professor to you Mr. Malfoy." Snape said and  pushed us back into class. We sat down. I looked at Hermoine in disbelief. I sat next to Draco at lunch, but I missed them, I missed Ron and I trying to catch food in our mouths, I missed Harry's sass, and Hermione's obsessed studying routine. I missed it all. "You okay?" Draco asked. "I'm okay." I said faking a smile as the trio looked over, I know they could hear us. "No your not." Draco said facing me. "You don't smile like that and I can see it in your eyes." Draco said holding me close to him. The trio looked away at that moment. I heard small whispers but could make out what they said. "I'm not hungry right now." I said pushing my food away. "That's fine." Draco said kissing my cheek. I couldn't help but smile. Draco smiled when he saw me smile. We continued on to Herbology and I had that class with Ron and Harry. "Rebekah.." Ron said tapping my shoulder. "Yes?" I said. "I just wanted to make sure your okay." Ron said. "Not really." I replied. "Is there a problem here?" Draco asked. "No He was just leaving." I said looking at Ron. Ron walked away, standing with Harry. I wanted to hug Ron and tell him everything and eat fruit snacks with him and play board games, but I was angry, I'm hurt. "Bekah? Do you wanna leave?" Draco asked. "No, I'm alright." I said taking a deep breath. "Miss Rebekah Lindsford, What is a Puffapod?" Professor Sprout asked. I jumped up looking at the teacher. "Oh, The Puffapod is a magical plant that produces large pink seed pods full of shining beans, which instantly flower when they come into contact with any solid object." I said resting my head back down. "Miss Lindsford, unless your feeling ill, I suggest you sit up." Professor Sprout said. Draco looked at me when Harry and Ron did. "You still alright?" Draco mouthed. I shook my head and soon received a note. "I love you Bekah, keep your head up. -DM" I smiled at Draco who gave a short smile back. After class I saw Ivan in the halls and he ran up to me. "Hey!" He said. "Hi!" I said smiling. Ivan always cheered me up. "You look tired." Ivan said guesting towards my swollen eyes from crying. "Oh yeah, studying and stuff." I said nodding. Ivan rolled his eyes and walked off with his friends. As the day came to end I had to go back to my room to grab something. I saw the trio sitting in there. "Sorry I just need to grab something." I said looking for my hair ties. I found them and walked out. I shocked they didn't say anything so i put my ear up to the door. "She doesn't live here anymore?" Harry asked. "Nope, she stays with Malfoy." Hermoine sighed. "Does this mean she's not coming back?" Ron asked. "Ron, we can't have her with us, she could be a death eater for all we know." Harry said. "We don't even know if Draco is one." Ron said. I walked away coming to the fact that didn't want me anymore. I wish I could say the same but I want craved for them to ask me to be friends again. I was hoping Ron could convince them, with what he said but it didn't work. Draco was at quidditch practice so I did some homework. 

"Hello." Draco said walking in a giving me a small kiss. "I'll be in the shower." He said walking into the bathroom. I nodded and continued working. I really wish I had Hermoine to help me right now. "urgh!" I grunted loudly. I threw my books across the room as Draco walked out of the bathroom. "Woah, you okay?" Draco asked. "No." I said picking my book up. Draco wasn't the best with emotions but he was the great listener. I ranted on and on about homework and school and the trio. "Well, I can help you." Draco said looking at the paper. We finished my homework paper together. Draco sat in his bed and read a book. I looked over his shoulder. "Want me to read to you?" Draco asked. "No, just don't move." I laugh resting my head on him. I started to slowly falling asleep on Draco's chest. 

-Draco's POV-

I saw goosebumps on Rebekah's arms. I pulled a blanket over here and set my book down. I held Rebekah close to me. I knew she was hurting and I didn't know what to do. I  kissed her cheek. "Night Bekah." I said and fell asleep with her wrapped in my arms like a vine.
