He could feel a presence next to him. As he shifted over onto his side and opened his eyes, a huge smile spread across his face. Laurent reached out and wrapped his arm around her waist, pulling her to him. She smiled warmly and reached a hand up to caress his face. "Good morning love, how did you sleep?" Laurent leaned down to kiss her lips tenderly while gazing into her eyes. "With the things we did last night, it's no wonder I slept like a baby." She entwined her arms around his neck pulling him down for another kiss that he deepened as he moved over her and settled between her legs. She wrapped her heels around his calves and held on to him. He began to grind his hips against hers and reveled in hearing her let out a loud, long moan. She flipped him onto his back and straddled his hips as he lay back with his hands behind his head watching her. She placed kisses all over his chest and neck. She whined her hips on him and he hissed as his eyes sat low filled with lust and love. As she began to grind, Laurent groaned and spoke the four words he'd been holding back for the longest. "I love you Moema."

A knock on the door pulled him from a most beautiful dream. Laurent sat up rubbing his eyes as his brother burst through the door. "Lau get up and come downstairs, I made breakfast." Larry turned on his heel, walked out of the room, and left his brother staring after him. Laurent dragged a hand down his face and looked at the bed beside him before glancing around the room. No signs of her were evident anywhere in the room. Laurent sighed and got out of bed heading to his bathroom. He showered and did his morning routine before heading to his walk-in closet. It was Sunday and he had nothing to do today, so he chose a pair of dark grey joggers and a light grey t-shirt and went into his bedroom to get dressed. He pulled on a pair of socks and slipped his feet into his black Nike slides before grabbing his phone and heading downstairs. He walked into the kitchen to the smell of cinnamon-vanilla waffles. He sat down at the island bar and watched as Larry plated the waffles along with ham and cheese omelets with a platter of bacon. Laurent moved to get them each a glass of orange juice. They both sat down and blessed the food then began eating. They were talking and eating when Laurent's phone went off. He glanced at the screen only to frown and decline the call. Larry looked at the phone then at him with a raised brow and a smirk. "You don't want to talk to your boo thing anymore?" Laurent gave him a blank stare and shook his head. "Non, we have nothing to talk about. We had our fun while it lasted, but now I've moved on. And she's not my boo thing."

Larry's shocked expression caused Laurent to smile as he continued to eat. He knew it wouldn't be long before his brother brought up Moema and he was right. "Why don't you want to talk to her Lau? Is it because of your new lady Moema? You're feeling this girl after only one date? Damn, that must've been some date. What did the two of you do after dinner? Did you go to her place or did the two of you come back here? Did she let you hit? Come on man, give me details!" Laurent looked up at Larry with a blank stare before shaking his head and returning to his meal. Larry sat waiting for an answer and when one wasn't forthcoming, he began to smile big. "You were here when I got home so I assume the two of you came here and you hit, didn't you? Damn Laurent!" Laurent wiped his mouth with his napkin and set it down on his empty plate. "We did come here after dinner but it's not what you think. When we got here, we talked. I kissed her and she seemed into it, but then she stopped me and asked for water. When I came back, we talked and I gave her a tour of the house. Afterward, we came back downstairs and talked some more. She ended up in my lap with us kissing again. I started to pull the top of her dress down but she stopped me. She told me she wasn't ready to take that step. At first, I didn't understand why because when she looked at me, I could see the want in her eyes but then I figured it out. She's afraid, man." Larry scrunched up his face and shook his head. "I don't believe that. What would she have to be scared of? Was she scared of you? Lau, what did you do to the girl," Larry asked laughing at him. Laurent scowled then sighed. "I didn't do anything to her Larry and she's not scared of me." Larry stared at him and shook his head. "So what is the deal with her then? What is she so afraid of?"
