"A mall?" the small boy grumbles. "You're taking me to a mall for a date?"

Jin is aware that going window shopping for a date isn't the best idea he's ever had, but the last time he was on a date was back in high school.

Which was, to say the least, a long time ago.

So of course he had no idea where to take Yoongi, which is why he burst through the doors of his floor on monday, dragging Jeon into his office.

The younger had told him, that Jimin had told him, that Yoongi didn't like any fancy stuff like expensive restaurants (which is great, Seokjin didn't like those either) but looking at the pretty boy's face now, maybe this 'simple' approach wasn't that good either.

Yoongi looks cute as ever.

He's wearing a white button-up shirt, but it's mostly hidden under an extremely fluffy, multicolored sweater. (It's pink and yellow and blue and looks like cotton candy!). He pairs this with a blue, ripped jeans, which means Seokjin can see his pink knees.

Yoongi also has a little bag with some cute keychains attached to it. He must like cute things, Jin notes.

Even then, his pouty lips are pulled into a frown as he looks at Jin.

"I thought... You'd like something casual." He nervously scratches his head, looking away. Did he already disappoint? Way to go.

"Hmm..." Yoongi makes. "I hope there's food in there, I'm hungry."

He doesn't wait for Jin as he enters the mall, skillfully dodging the people swarming in and out. The elder quickly follows, not wanting to lose his date.

He catches up to Yoongi, the younger already invested into studying the first shops windows.

"So..." Seokjin begins but Yoongi doesn't let him talk.

"Let's go there!" he says, and grabs Jin by the sleeve to pull him into the shop. It's a normal clothing store, but if Yoongi wants to look around, or maybe get something, who's he to deny him?

They actually start talking somewhere along the way, Yoongi picking out several sweaters to show him and asking for an opinion.

Sometimes he even forgets to add a snarky comment to his sentences, like he usually does, and Seokjin thinks it's cute how he tries to hide that he's actually enjoying this.

Jin lets himself get dragged around from store to store, but it doesn't get boring, watching Yoongi discover things he likes, or try something on only to put it away with a wrinkle of the nose when he sees himself in the mirror with it.

"Looks like a sack of potatoes.", he whispers, so that the clerk doesn't hear, and Jin snickers at his comment.

They eat, and Seokjin discovers something about Yoongi: he has a huge appetite.

He lets Yoongi decide what they eat, and Yoongi wants junk food. Burgers and fries, Seokjin is sure his mother would get a heart attack seeing him eat something like this.

"I'll pay." he offers and suddenly Yoongi stiffens a little. He had ordered quite a lot.

Did he... feel bad?
