NXT 2 U

Walking home together, he seemed quiet as if something was on his mind.

Looking around the street he called my name with a serious tone.

He gulps, then shakes his head. Clearly there's something he wants to say. I look at him, waiting for a reply.

He didn't speak. I asked what's wrong, he shrugged it off and saying it's nothing.

There's something bothering him.

Why not tell me then?...

He sent me home with a smile, I only waved and went inside.

I'm worried about him and I couldn't shake off the feeling.

Still thinking about it, I wore my headset and listened to some calming songs.

Lying on my bed as I drift off, hoping he would tell me about it tomorrow or soon enough.

I'm afraid I'm gonna be left stranded by myself.

All the foolish dreams I had inside of me are broken

I woke up, at midnight. Feeling a little hungry I grab some food from the kitchen. Strange dream I had, it was now slowly disappearing.

I sat on the sofa, on the coffee table I notice an envelope. I took a peek and saw it was divorce papers. So it's finally here huh.

It hit me hard, it's really happening.
