Chapter 7

Tobias POV

"You're so adorable when you blush."Tris says.

"Am not."

She pecks my lips and replies,"Yes you are."

I hug her closer to me.

"I love hugging you Tris."

"Who doesn't,"She replies."I've missed you so much."

"I missed you too Tris."

I kiss the tip of her nose.

She buries her face in the crook of my neck and puts her hand on my bicep.

"Tobias wake up."Tris says.

I rub my eyes, yawning.

"We have to go to the doctor's."She says.

"Yeah. Now that your back Eli can stop receiving her shot."I explain. Tris's expession immediately changes and I can see the hurt in her eyes.

"I'm sorry Ttris. I didn't mean it like that."I apologize as i tke her in my arms.

"I know Tobias. Its just that sometimes I feel like a horrible mother."

"Don't you ever say that again." I say.

She smiles at me and walks out of the room to get Eli ready. I'm really happy that the last piece I needed to be completely happy has came back.

I throw on my leather jacket over my black t-shirt and put on my combat boots. I walk out to the living room to check if the girls are there. When Ii step into the living room I see the cutest thing. Eli has her arms around Tris's neck and her lips are pressing on Tris's cheek. I grab the camera that I bought when I bought all of Eli's stuff and snap a picture of the moment.

Luckily, they don't notice anything because the flash was off. I silently put the camera down and hear Tris say," Don't think Ii didn't see you take that picture Tobias."

I smile. I go over to them and plant a kiss on each of their foreheads. They both smile, making me notice that Elizabeth has Tris's smile. I take Eli into my arms while Tris extends the stroller. I place Eli into the stroller and push it out of the apartment.

"Hi Tobias."says Christina as she walks out of the cafeteria. She still hasn't looked at Tris.

"Hey Christina."

"Who's you fri- oh my gosh Tris!"She yells.

Christina gives Tris a tight hug. It causes me to smile because ever since initiation I've noticed the strong bond that Tris shares with Christina. Even when she found out that Tris killed Will I knew they still had that same connection.

"How?"Chris asks.

"Magic."Tris replies.

Christina punches Tris's arm playfully.

"I can explain it to you over dinner. Why don't you stop by the apartment tonight?"Tris invites and I nod.

"Okay I'll be there at seven."Chris says before leaving.

"At least Chris took it well."I comment as we walk through the compound

"What do you mean?"Tris asks.

"When Zeke finds out he could be devastated that you survived and Uriah didn't."

"That's true."

I nod and say,"Don't feel bad. I love you."

''I love you too."
