Chapter 4: "Never Trust a Snake"

I was a sunny day, and nothing was really happening, except for a Falcon, that landed on a telephone pole. It seemed normal, before it started to speak.
"Wake up, Zane. I know where you come from." It said. However, this turned out to be a dream, as Zane suddenly woke up, sat up, and gasped when he hit his head on the bottom of the to bunk. He then got out of bed and looked out the window. Not seeing anything interesting, he went to the bridge where he found Nya and Wu.
"The hunt starts early today." Zane said with a smile.
"A watchful eye never sleeps." Wu replied.
"As long as Lloyd and the roam freely, no one in Ninjago is safe." Nya added.
"Where are the others?" Zane asked.
"Training on the upper deck." Wu answered. So that is where Zane headed to next. When he got there, he didn't see the other Ninja, but he did see the Falcon as it perched itself on the mast.
"You were in my dream, little friend. Last time I saw you, you led me to good fortune. What reason have you returned?" Zane asked the bird. The Falcon flew off into the skies and Zane walked up to the rail o the Bounty, watching it fly away. He was in aware of the shadow sneaking up on him, but quickly realized. "Lord Garmadon." He said, turning around. "But you were banished!"
"Only to return for the Weapons of Spinjitzu." Garmadon replied, pulling out two katanas. "Soon I will have the power to recreate Ninjago in my own image." Garmadon charged at Zane, who had taken out his Shurikens and jumped over Garmadon, before he could be struck. When Zane landed, he got in a defensive position. "Give me your Shurikens of Ice." Garmadon ordered.
"You'll have to take them from me. Ninja, go!" Zane replied, doing spinjitzu and heading towards Garmadon. However, Garmadon easily grabbed a hold of Zane. He held him up before throwing him into a pile of junk. This caused Zane to lose his Shurikens in the process
"So be it." Garmadon growled. He then cut a line which sent a heavy box down on Zane. However, just as it was about to crush him, the Green Ninja appears and managed to catch it. The Green Ninja threw the box aside as the Silver Ninja appeared by his side.
"The Green and Silver Ninja. The legend's true." Zane said looking at them in awe. He looked back at Garmadon, who had come down to attack the Green Ninja. However, the Silver Ninja punched him a the Green Ninja flipped back to avoid being struck by Garmadon. Garmadon picked up the Silver Ninja by the throat and threw them aside before charging at the Green Ninja. The Green Ninja jumped up as Garmadon thrusted his swords at him, landing on the the blades. In an attempt to get the Green Ninja off his katanas, Garmadon spun around, only for the Green Ninja to jump off and land next to the Silver Ninja. As he was helping them up, Garmadon threw his katanas at them, but the silver Ninja pushed him out of the way before ducking. This caused the katanas to hit an stick into the mast. The two ninja straightened themselves out and made eye contact, before they both did spinjitzu.
Zane watched in shocks Garmadon flipped forward, trying to get close to the Green Ninja only to be punched in the face by the Silver Ninja. The fight continued, before the Green Ninja pulled out the Golden Nun-Chucks and used them to knock Garmadon off if the Bounty. Zane saw fire in the Green Ninja's eyes as the Falcon landed on his left arm. Meanwhile the Silver Ninja was surrounded but particles of ice, fire, earth, light, lightning, and water.
"Who are you?" He asked, standing up. "Kai? Cole? Is that you?" Suddenly, multiple Falcons began to fly around Zane. "What's the meaning of this? Who are you, Green and Silver Ninja?" Zane looked around to see that he was surrounded by multiple copies of the Falcon. This, however, was also a dream, because Zane yet again sat up suddenly and hit his head on the bottom of the top bunk. The difference this time was that the other ninja were all there and getting ready for training.
"Oh, you decided to sleep in? You're gonna be late for training." (Y/N) said, tying her belt around her waste.
"Oh, how come no one awakened me?" Zane asked.
"We didn't think you wanted us to. You looked like you were having some dream." Kai answered, as (Y/N) tossed Cole his pillow.
"How do I know this isn't a dream-" Zane was interrupted by Cole hitting him in the face with the pillow.
"Does that feel like a dream?" Cole asked with a smirk. "No. Thank you for your help." Zane replied, earning laughter from the other ninja. After the boys finished getting ready, the five friends headed up to the upper deck. Zane was the last one to arrive.
"Hehe. Little slow today, huh?" Kai teased.
"What exactly did you dream about?" (Y/N) asked, getting ready to do some stretches.
"I saw the Falcon again." Zane answered.
"Whoa. Zane, every time you see that bird, something big happens. First, it lead you to the tree house." Jay said.
"Then it lead you to the Bounty." Cole added, as Wu walked over to the Ninja.
"All right. Stretches. First, the Swooping Crane." He said, facing away from the ninja to demonstrate the stretch, which the ninja copied.
"This time, it showed me the Green Ninja." Zane whispered.
"The Green Ninja?!" Kai, Cole, and Jay all exclaimed, only to be shushed by (Y/N) as Wu turned around.
"That looks like the Shocked Monkey. Bad form, more focus." He said, seeing three of them doing different poses, before turning back around.
"You can't just drop a bomb like that. Spill the beans." Jay whispered.
"Guys, I really don't think you should be talking during Wu's training." (Y/N) whispered.
"Relax (Y/N). Zane, tell us what else you saw." Kai whispered, making (Y/N) glare at him.
"He was fighting Lord Garmadon, while the Silver Ninja protected him." Zane whispered."That's what the prophecy said. That the Green Ninja would defeat the Dark Lord and the Silver Ninja was destined to protect the Green Ninja. But did you have a chance to see which one of us was him?" Kai asked.
"I could not tell. He shared attributes each of us possess." Zane said. (Y/N) noticed Wu turn around while the boys were still talking.
"Guys!" She whispered, trying to warn them, only to get ignored.
"Well, tell us everything. And don't spare any details. There has to be a clue that tells us which one of us is gonna be the Green Nin-"Wu had walked over and pulled Kai's hair. "Ow, ow, ow! Hey!" Kai cried in pain.
"I tried to warn you." (Y/N) said.
"What was so important to ignore my teachings?" Wu asked.
"Uh, nothing."
"Lie."
"It was nothing, Sensei."
"Lie."
"Yeah, we don't talk while you teach."
"Lie."
"Everyone was paying attention."
"Another lie."
"Since all of you except (Y/N) appear to be lacking in focus, then you can all share in the punishment. (Y/N) excluded." Wu replied.
"What?!"
"Punishment? But (Y/N) was talking too!"
"I was telling ya'll not to talk."
"It was all Zane."
"I was merely answering their questions."
"No free time and no video games. The rest of the day can be used for training, which will be supervised by (Y/N). And tomorrow, for that matter." Wu scolded.
"Training? For how long?" Kai groaned."Until you can answer this simple riddle: what is the best way to defeat an enemy?" Wu replied.
"Easy, with a sword."
"Your fists."
"Spinjitzu."
"Tornado of Creation?"
"Not even close."
"Pace yourselves. You have a lot of training ahead of you. Make sure you sharpen your mind as well as your Spinjitzu. Oh, and you are forbidden from asking (Y/N) for the answer." Wu said, walking away.
"Ugh. What's the best way to defeat an enemy? It could be anything, ugh!" Cole complained, looking at (Y/N) with pleading eyes.
"Not gonna happen. Come on, you're smart. I know you guys can figure this out." (Y/N) said with a smile, trying to motivate them. Kai punched a punching bag, before watching Wu go inside.
"Yeah, but let's hear more about this dream." He said as the boys walked closer to Zane. "Why do I even bother?" (Y/N) asked herself, before practicing with her steel-fans, secretly listening to Zane's dream.
"Let me just say, the Green and Silver Ninja are awesome." Zane said, starting his story.
------------------------------------------------------
On a snow mountain, the Fangpyre tribe, which was being controlled by Lloyd, had finally in countered the Hypnobrai tribe.
"The Hypnobrai. Now to teach them a lesson for betraying Lloyd Garmadon!" Lloyd said, before turning to Fangtom. "Uh, do your thing, Fangpyre. I let you out of your for a reason." He said.
"Attack!" Fangtom ordered. As the two tribes charged at eachother, Fangtom saw the Hypnobrai leader. "Skales, my old chum! I didn't think I'd be fighting you. Hmm, moved up in the world, have we?" He said, fist bumping Scales.
"If it isn't the Fangpyre. Of all the cold-blooded to creep up on us, I'm glad it is a friend." Scales replied, shocking Lloyd.
"Wait, I thought you were enemies, not friends." Lloyd commented.
"We were at war. But seeing that Skales is now leading them, well, I don't see why we can't be comrades." Fangtom replied.
"Have you released the Constrictai, the Venomari, or heaven forbid the Anacondrai, then we would've had a tussle."Scales added.
"A tussle? A tussle!? But I'm Lloyd Garmadon! Bringer of evil!" Lloyd complained.
"Hehe. What should we do with him?" Scales asked, ignoring Lloyd completely.
"I could him into one of us." Fangtom suggested. "Hmm, no, the little tyke is pretty ussseless." Scales replied. "What if you him and make him think he's a pig?" Fangtom said. "That'd be pretty funny." Scales replied, the two snakes both laughing at the thought. This however, cause them to fail to notice Lloyd sneaking away from them. "Hahaha! Can you imagine?" Fangtom asked, as Lloyd climbed on a Fangtruck's tail, only to be flung away.
------------------------------------------------------
Back at the Bounty, (Y/N) was still training, while Zane was finishing up his story.
"...with his fist on fire. And the Silver Ninja was surrounded by partials of all our elements, plus water." Zane said, finishing his story. The boys wowed when he did.
"So I'm one of the destined Ninja." Kai said.
"Well, it's obvious that I'm the Green Ninja. I mean come on! He had incredible strength to lift that cargo and save his life. It's me." Cole boasted.
"No, no. Did you miss the part of the story where the guy pulled out Nun-chucks? I have Nun-chucks!" Jay said, pulling out his Nun-Chucks.
"I think you're all missing the point of this dream. The point is the Falcon flew on his arm and it was my dream, so naturally it's me." Zane informed them. "I think we can cross Cole off the list. I could've lifted ten times-" Jay tried to reason.
"Whoa, cross me off the list? Anyone can hold nun-chucks." Cole retorted. (Y/N) rolled her eyes as she did some pull ups. As she worked out, she noticed Wu walking up to them.
"Here we go again." She muttered, before she stopped doing pull ups and walked over to the Ninja.
"Since you are not training, you must have already found the answer to my riddle. What is the best way to defeat your enemy?" Wu said, noticing that the boys weren't training.
"Uh, the best way to defeat your enemy is to...train, Sensei?" Kai said nervously, making (Y/N) bust out laughing. "Feeble and incorrect. Maybe more training will help you focus. Remember what happened to your vehicles when you lost focus. A razor-sharp weapon is an extension of a razor-sharp mind." Wu replied, going back inside as the boys all groaned.
"How am I supposed to focus when we don't know who the Green Ninja is?" Jay complained.
"Uhhhh, you don't worry about it?" (Y/N) said, causing Jay to glare at her and slap the back of her head.
"I don't want to be training all day. Let's work together on this riddle. We can figure it out." Cole said, getting ready to train. "Now at last we hear some sense." (Y/N) replied, going to spar Cole.
------------------------------------------------------
Lloyd walked alone in the desert. He looked at the map as he talked to himself. "'Had you released the Constrictai, the Venomari, or heaven forbid the Anacondrai, then we would've had a tussle.' Pfft." He said, mocking what Scales had said earlier. He looked up from the map for the Anacondrai tomb, and spotted it a little was into the distance. "I found it!" He said, running up to it. "The Anacondrai. The most feared and powerful Serpentine of them all, and if they're afraid of the Anacondrai, then the Anacondrai is what they're gonna get. Mwahahahahaha!" Lloyd said, laughing menacingly, before opening the tomb and walking in. He quickly noticed that it was to dark to see, so he turned on a flashlight and shined it on some bones. He then saw an Anacondrai and jumped back in fear. "Aah!"
"My sincerest apologies, young man. Oh, dear, due to my unfortunate appearance, I tend to have an unsettling effect on people, heh. Oh, I believe you dropped this." The Anacondrai said, picking up the flashlight that Lloyd had dropped in his moment of fear. "Ah, there you go." He said, handing it to Lloyd. "Uh, thank you. Uh, what happened to the others?" Lloyd asked, as the they began to walk, er, slither in pythor's case, around the tomb. "Poor, unfortunate souls. All those years, locked away with nothing to eat. Must have slowly starved away until they were just scales and bones. And who may you be, my little appetize-Uh, I mean, friend?" The Anacondrai said. "Lloyd Garmadon. Son of Lord Garmadon and future dark ruler." Lloyd said, boasting slightly. "Oh, hahahaha. How deliciously evil. If I had feet, ooh, I'd be trembling in my boots." The Anacondrai replied. "And, uh, who are you?" Lloyd asked. "Humbly, I am Pythor P. Chumsworth. And since you've freed me, I am eternally in your service." Pythor Answered, bowing to Lloyd slightly. "Really? You're not gonna trick me?" Lloyd asked, skeptical of his new 'ally'. "Oh, why would I trick you? I hardly have any friends." Pythor said, motioning to the empty tomb around them. "Whoa. I hardly have any friends too." "You don't say." "Hey, how would you like to be my loyal henchman? I've been betrayed by the Hypnobrai and the Fangpyres, and I'm looking to get a little revenge on some Ninja too." Lloyd explained. As he did, Pythor noticed the Map of Dens on him. "Hmm, I love revenge! Oh, you know Floyd-" Pythor said, mispronouncing his name. "It's Lloyd." Lloyd corrected. "Whatever. I have a feeling this is the start of a beautiful friendship." Pythor said, taking Lloyd further into the Tomb.
------------------------------------------------------
The Ninja grunted as the all trained on the Bounty. "You guys got an answer to Sensei's riddle yet?" (Y/N) asked the boys, dodging an attack from Cole.
"No, but it can't be that hard. What's the best way to defeat an enemy?" Jay replied.
"Zane, you're smart. What is it?" Kai panted.
"I do not know, but I sense that Sensei is going to keep us here if we don't work together and find an answer. And it doesn't look like (Y/N) is going to give us the answer anytime soon." Zane replied.
"That bothers me, because while we're here working, that means the enemy is playing." Cole said, his and (Y/N)'s weapons clashed.
------------------------------------------------------
Lloyd laughed evilly as he and Pythor were moving along on a bicycle. Pythor was pedaling while Lloyd sat in the front. They move along through a village, knocking trash cans down, making them both laugh wickedly as a dog was barking at them.
"Stop! Stop!" An angry villager yelled at them. The two went the the outskirts of the village, where Pythor removed a sign that stated not to walk on the grass. He and Lloyd laughed as they rolled around on the grass. They then went back to the village and decided to have some ice cream. But it wasn't just one or two scoops. It was the entire cart.
"Hey, you can't do that!" The Ice cream man said, as Pythor pushed the Ice Cream cart with Lloyd standing on top of it. Then the two went to a pond where they saw two young boys, around Lloyd's age, playing with some hand made sail boats. They both took rocks and threw them at the toy boats, causing them to sink and the boys to cry. This only made Lloyd and Pythor laugh at them. Finally, they went past a line of babies in strollers and took the candy that each baby held, causing them to cry. Pythor and Lloyd laughed as they went back to the Anacondrai Tomb where they ate all of their stolen candy.
"Wow. You're the best henchman a mastermind could ever have." Lloyd said through laughs after he finished eating his candy.
"Oh, Lloyd. You're the best mastermind a henchman could ever have." Pythor replied, making Lloyd chuckle. "Hmm, why is it that you have no friends?" Pythor asked. "Well, I could've had friends back at my old Boarding School, but I decided to run away and never let them see me again." Lloyd responded, letting out an evil laugh. "Really? Uh, why would you run away from making friends? Everybody needs friends, even tyrants." Pythor said. "Well, uh, maybe I didn't run away. Maybe I uh, I got kicked out." Lloyd answered, looking away slightly shameful. "From the Boarding School for Bad Boys? I don't believe it. I hear they are the breeding ground for the truly despicable. And if you ask me, ho-ho, you are a handful." Pythor said, flattering Lloyd. "Well, thank you, Pythor, but they told me I wasn't bad enough. They said I lacked the amoral ambition to be one of tomorrow's masterminds." Lloyd said, as if he had said it a thousand times.
"Well, you'll show them."
"That's right. I will show them."
"Then why don't we?"
"Uh, why don't we what?"
Pythor helped Lloyd stand up. "Let's get revenge on the very school that rejected you. And when the Ninja come to the rescue, we'll have a trap laid out for them." Pythor informed. "A double revenge?" Lloyd asked, excitedly. "A double revenge. Get some rest. Hijacking an ice cream truck is a lot for anyone, and if you're going to rule the world, well, ho-ho-ho, you'll need to get your sleep. Oh, and one more thing." Pythor said, as Lloyd laid down to sleep. "Yes?" Lloyd said. "I'll be your friend." Pythor said. Lloyd sighed with contempt. "Oh, Pythor. You're the best." He said, dozing off. As Lloyd slept, Pythor laughed and tried to take the Map of Dens from Lloyd. Lloyd, however, rolled over in his sleep, making it impossible for Pythor to grab it. Pythor growled in annoyance.
------------------------------------------------------
The Ninja all walked into Wu's room, ready to tell Wu their answer to his riddle. Wu looked up to greet his students. "Oh. You must have found the answer to what is the best way to defeat an enemy." Wu said.
"We have, Sensei. It's-On three, guys. One, two..." Cole said, counting down to the group's answer. "Teamwork!" They all said.
"Is this what you all think?" Wu asked.
"Yeah."
"Yes!"
"Absolutely."
(Y/N), who had walked past Wu's room in time to hear the Ninja's answer, poked her head in the door. "It's wrong." She said with a smile, before walking to the upper deck.
"Come on."
"Aw, man."
Kai groaned as they all followed (Y/N) outside. "I'm starting to think whoever figures out this riddle can be the Green and Silver Ninja for all I care." Cole said.
"Once you get the answer, you'll feel pretty stupid that you didn't get it." (Y/N) said, hanging from a piece of training equipment. Just then, the alarms started blaring.
      "What's that?" Jay asked.
"Who cares? It's something else besides training." Kai replied as he and the Ninja all ran into the Bridge.
"Break it down for us, Nya." (Y/N) said.
"Lloyd and the Serpentine have overtaken Darkley's Boarding School for Bad Boys." Nya told them.
"That place is cesspool for the crooked and the misbehaved." Jay complained.
"Well, doesn't mean they don't need our help. Step on it." Cole said, and (Y/N) pushed a button to make the Bounty fly. "Ninja Go!" The Ninja yelled, pulling down their hoods. Meanwhile at Darkley's, Lloyd was laughing as he a d Pythor had tied up all the teachers and students. They then proceeded to skate down the hallways throughout the school.
"Hey, how are the booby traps?" Lloyd said through laughter.
"Every door, window, and hole into this place are spring loaded." Pythor informed "Ah, good. I'm sick and tired of those Ninjas sneaking their way into my evil doings." Lloyd said as the two rounded a corner. When the Ninja arrived, they observed the school before deciding how to approach it.
"Okay, it looks quiet down there. So how do you boys want to go about this?" (Y/N) said, turning to her friends.
"Should we infiltrate using stealth?" Zane suggested.
"Ah, we've done that. What about using our Golden Weapons that turn into our vehicles?* Kai suggested.
"I'm still working out the kinks on that." Cole said, looking up from his vehicle.
"Okay, well, anyone have any other good ideas?" (Y/N) asked, looking at Cole for a few minutes before looking at the other ninja.
"Hmm. Well, I have one idea, but you guys gotta trust me."Jay replied.
"Oh, I don't think I like the sound of this." Kai groaned.
"You and me both, but I don't hear anyone else piping up with ideas. So, Jay, whatcha got in mind?" (Y/N) said, turning her focus on the blue ninja. While the Ninja prepared to infiltrate the school, Lloyd and Pythor remained on the lookout for the ninja. Lloyd was pacing around nervously, and Pythor finally decided to peak up.
"Relax, we've made the perfect trap. We're in broad daylight so there isn't any shadows." Pythor reassured, before continuing. "But even if they could get in-"
"What's that??" Lloyd yelled, seeing something scurry across the ground. Pythor fired a net at it, but it turned out to just be a small lizard. Pythor gave Lloyd a 'what the heck?' look. "Oh, good. Yeah, good reflexes. I was just testing you. If I know these Ninjas, they're cleverly sneaking their way right past us at this very moment." Lloyd informed. However, the Ninja's way of getting to the school was anything but sneaky. They were all standing on the anchor of the Bounty.
"Jay, I don't know about this." Kai said, uneasily.
"Just hold on tight!" Jay replied, before giving Nya the signal to drop the anchor. They all screamed as they held onto the anchor. Upon spotting them, Lloyd and Pythor jumped out o the way as they fell. The anchor crashed through the roof and all the floors until it finally hit the bottom. The ninja coughed as they got up from the anchor.
"Okay, mental note: we are NEVER doing that again." (Y/N) said as Zane helped her off of the anchor. Cole walked up to some kids that he noticed were tied up. He lifted up his Scythe, scaring some of the kids. Fortunately, he only cut the ropes that held them hostage.
"Stay out of school, kids." He said, before turning to two certain skeletons. "Well, well, well. Cruncha and Knuckal. Substitute teachers, eh? If we cut you down, we better not catch you hang around Ninjago again. Or else. " Cole said, threateningly. The two skeletons nodded frantically. Cole and (Y/N) shared a look, before (Y/N) took out two daggers and threw them in a way that made them cross, and cut the rope that held the two skeletons in the air. The Ninja watched as the two scrambled to run away. Rolling his eyes, Kai looked up the way they came and spotted Lloyd.
"He's on the top floor. Let's get him." Kai said, the others nodding at him. Zane and Kai used spinjitzu to go up the stairs. (Y/N) grabbed her daggers before following Cole up the anchor chain. Finally, Jay took the elevator. Zane and Kai entered a room, ready to fight, only to get suck in some slime that fell from a bucket above them. Pythor and Lloyd laughed at them until Lloyd saw Cole and (Y/N) coming after him. Meanwhile, some elevator music was starting to make Jay fall asleep.

"Prepare to eat dust." Cole said as he and (Y/N) jumped off of the anchor chain and onto a floor. Pythor pulled a rope, which made dust fly everywhere around (Y/N) and Cole, who started coughing.
"You should either take your own advice, or shut it with the witty comebacks." (Y/N) said to Cole through coughs. Jay ran out of the elevator and found the two still coughing. "He's got a Serpentine with him. Watch out for booby traps!" Cole groaned. Jay looked from them towards Pythor and gasped.
"Ah, that's one big snake." Jay said, before chasing after Pythor. Meanwhile, Lloyd was running around in circles frantically as Pythor arrived on the roof through a trap door.
"They're coming. They're coming. They're coming!" Lloyd cried out in fear. Pythor closed the trap door and barricaded it with a broken beam. He and Lloyd backed up slightly as Jay managed to break through the door. "Shocked to see me?" Jay said, pulling out his Nun-Chucks. "Do something!" Lloyd ordered, grabbing onto Pythor's arm. Pythor, however, only looked behind Lloyd and took the map from him. "Wh-what are you doing? I thought you were my friend." Lloyd said, confused.
"All you wanted was to make the Serpentine your slave. Well, sorry, my dear boy, I have other plans." Pythor responded. He let out a malevolent chuckle as he disappeared. Lloyd tired to escape, but Jay blocked his path. He tried to escape the other way, but gulped when he saw how high up he was. Suddenly, Wu and Nya arrived on the Bounty.
"Lloyd Montgomery Garmadon. You come here right now." Wu ordered his nephew in a strict tone.
"I got him." Jay said, picking up Lloyd and throwing him over his shoulder.
"Whoa! Hey, let me go!" Lloyd grunted, squirming in an attempt to get out of Jay's grasp. By this point, the remaining Ninja had arrived and seen that they had caught Lloyd.
"What should we do with him?" (Y/N) asked Wu, taking Lloyd from Jay and keeping a tight grip on his shoulders so he wouldn't go anywhere.
"Wash his mouth out with soap for a year?"
"Ground him indefinitely?"
"Have him sit in a corner for a century?"
"I know exactly what we must do." Wu said, glaring at Lloyd, who gulped and cowered against Anna's legs. The group brought Lloyd onto the Bounty. When it became nighttime, (Y/N) and Wu brought Lloyd to Wu's room and tucked him into Wu's bed. (Y/N) gave Lloyd a kiss on the forehead as Wu finished reading him a story. "And that is why Jack the Rabbit never trusts a snake. The end." Wu said.
"Oh, if my dad had read me that book, I would never have made that mistake. I'm sorry, uncle." Lloyd said, shamefully.
"Oh,  Lloyd. You don't need to apologize. You're just a kid. You didn't know any better." (Y/N) said.
"I am sure that if your father was still here, it would be the first book he'd read. Good night, nephew. Sweet dreams." Wu added, he and (Y/N) leaving Lloyd to sleep.
"Ah, good night, uncle. Good night (Y/N)." Lloyd muttered, falling asleep. Wu and (Y/N) walked out of Wu's  room to see the Ninja glaring at Lloyd.
"I don't get it, Sensei."
"Why isn't the little brat getting punished?"
"Yeah, we had to train all day and he gets read a bedtime story? It's not fair."
"Hmm, you're right, I nearly forgot. Why are you not still training? Did you find the answer to the riddle?" Wu responded, making the ninja groan. "No, Sensei. We still don't know what the best way to defeat your enemy is." Kai sighed, he and the boys going to continue training. Wu and (Y/N) looked at each other. Wu nodded at (Y/N), Wu nodding at her. She cleared her throat and got the boys' attention.
"The answer is: Make them you're friend." (Y/N) said with a smile, motioning to a sleeping Lloyd. The boys all had an 'ah-ha' moment, before looking at the sleeping boy.
