Ahsoka and Plo / one shots

Ahsoka and Plo look after the younglings

Sorry if I'm not updating on this story that much but I hope you enjoy this chapter.

Ahsoka and Plo were assigned to youngling duty for the next hour, Plo loves children and Ahsoka only likes them if they're quiet. None of the other council members wanted to do crechling duty so Anakin said that if she did it he would take her to Dex's.

When they got their, they saw a bunch of 4 year olds trying to lift up blocks with the force. Ahsoka took a deep breath and walked in with Plo behind her. The crechling master bowed at Plo and thanked Ahsoka before walking out to get a much needed break.

All the children looked at them and Plo said "hello Little Ones, I am Master Plo and this is Padawan Tano, we will be watching over you all for the day."

The kids all smiled and nodded before they went back to lifting up the blocks, Ahsoka sighed and said "maybe this won't be to difficult after all."  Just then some of the kids started shouting, Ahsoka sighed and said "spoke too soon."

She and Plo went over and saw 4 Younglings fighting over some blocks, Ahsoka sighed and said "this is gonna be a long hour." Plo ignored her complaining and stopped the 4 Younglings from fighting.

After telling them to share they agreed and went back to playing, Plo went back over to Ahsoka and said "I have to go to the council room to give them the report of my last mission, do u think you can watch them for about 5 minutes?"

Ahsoka sighed and nodded, Plo smiled and thanked her before leaving to go to the council room. After about 5 minutes Plo came back and told the Younglings that it was time for their nap.

Ahsoka sighed, this will be fun, she thought. All the kids said "awwww ):" Ahsoka sighed and thought of an easier way to put them to bed.

She then thought of an idea, she said "how about this, if you all lay down then I'll sing you all a lullaby to help you sleep." Plo was surprised while all the kids smiled and nodded, they got out some pillows and blankets and laid down.

Ahsoka thought for a minute until the kids got comfy, she smiled and said "alright, how about this one, my mother used to sing it when I was your guys age." The kids and Plo perked up at that and Plo realized that this song was probably all she had left of her mom.

Ahsoka took a deep breathe and started singing

I remember tears streaming down your face when I said I'll never let you go

The kids eyes started drooping but they were still awake so Ahsoka kept singing.

The war outside our door keeps raging on

The Younglings were almost asleep so Ahsoka sang one more verse

The Younglings fell asleep and Ahsoka smiled while Plo looked at her surprised, he didn't know that she had any memory of her parents but his shock soon turned into a smile.

The crechling master then walked through the door and was surprised when she saw all he sleeping Younglings. She thanked Ahsoka and Plo before they walked out.

They walked to the council room and told them that they were done with their shift and that they put the Younglings to sleep. The council were surprised sense it took a long time to get them to sleep whenever they did it.

They asked them how they got them to sleep so quick and Plo smiled at Ahsoka before saying "Ahsoka sang them a song that she learned from her mother."

Some of the council members smiled at Ahsoka while some glared, and by some I mean only Windu. He thought that she should forget that song sense she had an attachment to it but realized that he would only get rude comments if he said that so he bit his tongue.

The council said that she could leave so she bowed and walked back to her quarters.
