Emitter: Tendrils:
The user can grow black/purple tail-like things from their back there is no limit to the number users can create. They tendrils give the user the ability to manipulate the main elements and telekinesis.
Transformation: shift:
The user can shift into anything they desire that includes animals and mythical animals. Users can stay shifted for 3 months before being forced to shift back, after the forced shift they keep the heightened senses forever and temporary resemblance. As in he is forced shift out of a cat form he temporarily as cat ear's, tail, and claws.
Mutation: Immortal analysis:
The user will never stop analyzing. If a user asks a question and you answer/speak, right next to the victim's head will be basic information and a paragraph of all the answers to the user's questions. Immortality stops users from aging from the age of 30, if the user if fatally wounded they will regenerate completely in five minutes tops.
If the user's body is completely destroyed then the user will regenerate back from even a drop of blood in an hour. If there is no blood the user will be able to use the main elements to regenerate back which will take an hour and a half at most. Users can share this power with who they deem fit.

-on the way to the exam there was a villain attack and he was hit by the villain with glitter that sends him two years before he was born into the past and starts U.A in the last year of high school play's a game of chess with nezu and tell's him what's going on, starts an agency with aizawa as they are both underground hero's meaning they do most of the missions giving to pros which means their rich and because underground heroes don't have agency's for just underground heroes so they usually work with police, this means every underground hero works for izuku, and aizawa is his partner.
