After their little heart to heart, Luke still wasn't back yet, so Reggie and Alex decided to show Diana where they were supposed to play before that fateful night.
"So this is the Orpheum." Reggie introduced.
Diana looked up to the glowing vintage sign. It felt like the brightest thing on the block, and that's definitely how the guys saw it. "It's got a cool vibe. Is it the same as it was in 1995?"
Alex nodded, "Surprisingly, yes."
Before Diana could respond, she heard some loud whistling from in front of her. Two guys started to approach her, and effectively, she was alone. The strangers then started hurling catcalls at her like she was a piece of meat and she was honestly terrified. Alex and Reggie felt absolutely powerless. They wish that they could just tell the creeps to screw themselves, or even just shield her away.
As they started to get closer and closer to her, Diana's fight or flight response should've been activated, but all she could do is freeze in her place. She just closed her eyes and hoped they wouldn't do anything to her.
"Hey, where'd she go?"
"Man, are we just that plastered that we both just imagined a girl?"
Diana opened her eyes to see the guys directly in front of her, but they couldn't see her at all. She was invisible.
Alex just looked at her in shock, "I guess that's another thing we can add on your list of superpowers."
Once the catcallers were gone, Reggie yelled out, "I can't believe that they treated you like that!"
Alex added, "Not much has changed since 1995."
Diana walked over to an angry Reggie, "Hey, I'm okay. Plus, I figured out a new ghost power out of this." She looked over at Alex, "Why don't we go back to the studio? Luke's probably back from staring at food by now."
The friends then transported back to the studio just in time for Luke to enter frantically.
"Guys!" Luke exclaimed, and then remembers that Diana's there, "And girl!"
Diana smiled, "Thank you."
"What is it?" Alex stood up, concerned.
Luke beamed at them, "Julie's going to sing her way back into the music program with 'Bright'. She's gonna force herself to be heard like we did, and we're gonna go to support her."
The next morning, the 3.5 ghosts were trying to find where Julie would be until they overheard a student saying that there was a pep rally. The spirits then popped into the gym to a group of girls in brightly colored outfits singing and dancing.
When Julie saw them pop in, she immediately freaked out, "What are you doing here? And Diana, people are gonna be able to see you!"
Diana replied, "I figured out how to make myself invisible to people who are alive, so we're good."
