Chapter 38: Final Battle! Part 1: Siege on Beacon Academy!

Last time Liam did battle with Young Xehanort and Salem has her powers to control and create Grimm stolen from her by Xigbar! Young Xehanort mentioned that Xemnas has already started the attack on Beacon, what happens now?

Kairi was running through the halls of Beacon as students, teachers, Atlas Soldier Robots, and White Fang Soldiers all prepared to defend Beacon Academy from the approaching army of Heartless, and Nobodies. Neo, Zane, Lea, Team JNPR, Weiss, and Blake were all with her as they stood in front of the fountain. "This is it everyone! Xemnas is pulling out all the stops to try and take Beacon down! We need to stop this at all costs!" Zane shouted as everyone cheered in agreement. "How noble of you Zane Goodwitch." Zane turned to look up at Beacon's main tower to see Xemnas standing atop the tower.
"Xemnas! You won't get away with this!" Zane growled as he summoned the Kingdom Key and pointed it at him. "Oh? Should I really be your main concern right now?" Xemnas asked as he pointed towards the outskirts of Beacon where hundreds, upon thousands of Heartless and Nobodies were stampeding towards them. Zane growled as he looked down at the ground with a conflicted look on his face. Zane felt a hand on his shoulder as he turned to see Kairi. "Zane, go fight Xemnas. We can handle the the rest." Kairi said as she gave him a confident smile to put his mind at ease.
Zane still looked conflicted until someone ruffled his hair. "Yeah, leave the small fries to us. Go and give Xemnas an ass kicking! We can handle the rest, got it memorized?" Lea said as he summoned his Keyblade Flame Liberator as before walking past Zane. Zane looked at all his friends, who gave him nods or thumbs up. "Alright! I leave it to all of you! Let's take them down!" Zane shouted before running off back towards Beacon. The rest of the group turned to face the approaching army as they readied their weapons. Kairi summoned Destiny's Embrace as she pointed it at the approaching monsters.
"Charge!!!" Kairi shouted as the group ran towards the army of Heartless and Nobodies as they jumped into the fray. Lea hacked and slashed through Heartless and Nobody alike as he let none get by him. Jaune impaled three Heartless on his sword before blocking the attacks of another two with his shield. Jaune then slammed his Shield into the attacking Heartless before crushing them against the ground. Nora smashes and flattens all that come near her, before changing her weapon into it's grenade launcher mode. Nora launches explosives into pockets of bunched up Heartless and Nobodies as their sent flying in all different directions.
Ren gracefully jumps into the air before raining down gunfire on the Heartless below with his weapons. A rather big and round Heartless charges towards him, but he simply jumps over it before kicking it in the back. Ren that slashes at it with the blades on his weapons before finishing it off with another round of gunfire. Pyrrha used her Semblance to pick up all the armor wearing Knight Heartless before impaling them on the branches of the nearby trees. She then cuts down the other Heartless with her sword before throwing her shield and using her Semblance to have it cut down multiple enemies before returning it to her awaiting arm.
Weiss summoned her glyphs to elevate herself above her enemies before creating a large glyph underneath a large group of Heartless. The Heartless were sent flying into the air by the glyph as Weiss quickly performed thrust attacks on them with her Rapier as she rapidly switched Dusts. A firework display of elemental explosions went off all around the Heartless as Weiss gently landed back on the ground before rejoining the fight. Blake used her Semblance to summon shadow copies as they helped cut down the approaching monsters. If a clone happened to get hit, it would explode with a different dust element destroying all caught.
Neo created five illusions of herself as they all unsheathed their swords from their umbrellas. The Neos began cutting through all Heartless and Nobodies and if one Illusion got destroyed, it would confuse the enemy long enough to let another pick it off. "Blizzaga!" Kairi shouted as she launched the powerful ice spell at a group of Heartless, destroying them. "Thundaga!" Kairi shouted as she pointed her Keyblade to the sky as multiple lightning bolts rained down on the Heartless and Nobodies. While the group was certainly putting up an amazing fight, it seemed like for every Heartless they destroyed, three new ones took it's place immediately.
              "Man these things just don't stop coming!" Lea said as he continued to fend off the monsters. "We have to keep fighting! If we don't Beacon will be destroyed!" Jaune said as he and the rest of Team JNPR continued to fight with all effort they had. "Their right Lea! We need to hold them off until Zane can take care of Xemnas!" Kairi said as she readied Destiny's Embrace once again. Lea rolled his eyes, but cracked a smile. "Now who said I was giving up? Let's burn them to a crisp!" Lea said as everyone agreed. Although suddenly what appeared to be floating swords shot through the Heartless and Nobodies, cutting them all down and making some much needed room for the rest of the group.
               "Greetings friends! Apologies for my late arrival, General William was making final preparations." Penny said as she flew over to the group before landing near them. "Your timing is perfect Penny, also what preparations?" Weiss asked as she didn't know her brother had another plan. At that moment Atlas Mantas began raining down fire on the army.
