Chapter 06: Different Kind Of Upgrade.

Forster, and Ellie got dressed in different clothing. Forster had on a gray t-shirt, over his black hoodie, jeans, while Ellie wore a short sleeved pink off shoulder t-shirt, with jean shorts, and brown cowboy boots.

"I can't believe we have neighbors," Ellie said. "And they look exactly like a normal family." "Well from what we've developed over the past, three of our classmates stopped being friends with us," Forster explained. "Patrick beat us up when he was working with Metal Forster, and Chuck rushed us into a different album during Christmas. Wait, why did Leslie leave?" "She stole my hair ironing machine," Ellie said. "That's the last time I let the smartest girl steal from me."

"Well I'm sure these one's will get use to us, I mean we are no longer in a band, and now we work on a podcast for music together," Forster said. "For what it's worth, we should do what heads our way, and stick with them." "I guess you're right," Ellie agreed. "Not everything stays with you, even if they are your friends that you've known."

Another doorbell ring came from the front door, as the two got downstairs, after getting dressed. This time General Gordon, Mother Borg, and Kathy. "Oh, it's you guys," Forster said. "We were going to come, and visit tomorrow at the Town Fair tomorrow after the exam." "Well, we came to give you something for your party on Saturday," Gordon explained, and the three on the porch came inside. "Wow, your orange round fruit has a cute face now," Kathy said, noticing the Jack O-Lantern on the table.

"Kathy no, this is what we do to pumpkins on Earth," Forster explained. "Once it becomes October, we give them a little facial, and brain surgery, by getting rid of their insides, and replacing them with scented candles. Well not all of them are scented." "Anyway, we can't stay long," Mother Borg explained. "We'll be going to the mall to buy Kathy a Halloween costume." "Weren't you two going to dress up this year too?" Gordon asked. "We ordered our costumes three days ago," Forster explained. "Yeah, they'll be at our doorstep at the morning of Halloween day," Ellie added. "In the meantime we need to purchase snacks, and movies for our friends to watch with us." "And by friends we mean, Ezekiel, and Cheri from our college," Forster said.

"Weren't they the cheerleader, and a school break dancer from the high school that you talked about?" Gordon asked. "Doesn't sound like much of a party with just four teens." "Well we'll still have fun on the ship together," Ellie answered. "No planets have called, have they?" "No, anyway we'll let you both get back to what you are doing," Gordon said. "We're off to buy supplies for ASHED's new body." "Here are some cookies for your party on Saturday," Mother Borg said, giving them a jar containing chocolate cookies, with orange powder on them. "Come on, Kathy. It's time to go." "See you tomorrow," Kathy said.
