We were walking with Hagrid telling him about what happened with the broom and Snape.

"Nonsense! Why would Snape put a curse on Harry's and Hannela's broom?" asked Hagrid.

"Who knows? Why was he trying to get past that three-headed dog on Halloween?" Harry muttered.

"Who told ya 'bout Fluffy?" Said Hagrid suspiciously.

"Fluffy? That thing has a name?" Asked Ron.

"Well, of course, he's got a name. He's mine. I bought him off an Irish feller I met down at the pub last year. Then I lent him to Dumbledore to guard the..." Hagrid stopped talking.

"Guard what?" I asked.

"Shouldn't have said that. No more questions! Don't ask any more questions. That's top-secret, that is." Hagrid said.

"But, Hagrid, whatever Fluffy's guarding, Snape's trying to steal it," Harry exclaimed.

"Codswallop. Professor Snape is a Hogwarts teacher!" Said Hagrid.

"Hogwarts teacher or not, I know a spell when I see one. I've read all about them. You've got to keep eye contact and Snape wasn't blinking." Hermione explained.

Hagrid sighed, "Now, you listen to me, all four of you. You're meddling in things that ought not to be meddled in. It's dangerous. What that dog is guarding is strictly between Dumbledore and Nicholas Flamel."

"Who's Nicholas Flamel?" I And Harry asked.

"I shouldn't say that. I should not have said that." Hagrid said walking away from us.

We turned to each other confused and shrugged. Well, except for Hermione. She was ranting about Snape and how she's going to spend the rest of her time before Christmas break in the library to find who Flamel is.

I sighed. This was so boring. Watching Harry and Ron play wizard chess. I looked up at the huge Christmas tree that Flitwick was decorating.

Ugh, I wish Hermione can stay. I looked at the great hall door and saw her walking towards us.

"Knight to E5," Harry said.

Hermione was right behind Harry and he still hadn't noticed.

"Queen to E5," Ron smirked.

Ron's queen goes over to Harry's knight and whacks the knight with her chair.

"That's barbaric!" Hermione huffed.

"It's wizards chess," Ron mumbled. "I see you've packed."

"I see you haven't," Hermione said confused.

"Change of plans, my parents decided to go to Romania to visit my brother Charlie. He's studying dragons there." Ron grumbled.

"It's good then!" I said cheerfully. "Ron can help Harry and me, then. We're going to go and look in the library for information on Nicholas Flamel!"

"What?!" Ron said a bit frustrated. "We've looked a hundred times!"

"Not in the restricted section," I and Hermione giggled.

"Bye, Hermione! Merry Christmas!" I said to her.

"Happy Christmas to you too!" She then left the great hall and I turned to Ron and Harry.

"What did you do to her," Ron gaped.

"Huh? What do you mean?" I asked.

"You're a bad influence on her," Ron shook his head and I chuckled.

I heard Ron's loud shouting from the common room.

"WAKE UP! WAKE UP!!! ITS CHRISTMAS!!!!" Ron screamed.

I lazily got up and went over to the stairs. I peered down to see Ron about to shout again.

"SHUT UP!" I yelled. He looked hurt. "Aw, Ron I didn't mean it," I stopped to think a bit. "I mean it you was annoying," I chuckled.

"What's going on?" Harry yawned.

"ITS CHRISTMAS AND WE GOT PRESENTS HARRY!!!" I yelled at him.

"We got presents?" Harry gaped. "B-but we never get presents..."

"I KNOW!!" I hollered.

He anxiously went down the stairs to see the presents neatly piled in three piles. One for Ron, one for me, and one for Harry.

"Um, what's the deal with the sweaters?" He chuckled.

"Oh! Mrs. Weasley made it for us. You got one too!" I said while reaching for a box. I handed him the box and he looked anxious and he ripped it open.

"Wow! This is so soft!" He said amazed.

"Yeah, mom makes the best clothes!" Ron replied.

(Yeah ima skip the whole opening present thing. I ain't got the motivation for that)
We all opened our presents and as soon as we got ready to go to the great hall a Phoenix flys by and drops a package. Suddenly it disappeared. Weird, I thought. I looked down at the package and saw it was labeled to me and Harry.

"Harry! Come here! We have another present!" I yelled at him.

He ran over excitedly while I picked up a note.

"Your father left this in my possession before he died. It is time it was returned to you. Use it well." I read out loud. "Weird... no one signed it," I muttered.

Harry was barely paying attention when he suddenly ripped open the package to pull out a cloak. I had a weird feeling to put it on. So I snatched it from him and wrapped it around my shoulders.

"BLIMEY!" Yelled Ron. "What happens to you!? Where's your body gone?"

Harry was gaping in shock. I looked down and I still saw my body but I could see through the cloak. I took it off quickly and handed it to Harry. Ron eyed the thing when he gasped, "I know what that is. That's an invisibility cloak! They're super rare!"

"I was invisible?" I said in shock.

Harry and Ron both nodded with wide eyes.

"Well, I am going to grab something to eat. I'll meet you guys later.

I rushed to the great hall hoping for some bacon. I was surprised when I saw there were still huge amounts of food considering barely anyone was here. I sighed. This was going to be pretty boring at noon.

This is my worst work yet so don't expect it to be good. I barely revised it 💀. Well, I hope you guys at least enjoyed a bit.. well goodnight!
