The Night Riders caused a lot of riot at damay-damay na iyon sa iba pang mga gangsters, kahit Legal Gangsters ang karamihan dito, because of the chaos they caused, the police came and tried to get a hold of the event, but, their force wasn’t strong enough and the chaos just got worse.
“Do you guys feel it?” Biglang saad ni Alpha.
“Feel what?”
“The Ambiance of Midnight Hollow. You know, the cheers and the shouting of the audience, the police car’s seirens, the shooting, the screaming of pain, the shouting of the police officers? Parang nasa ganap na pelikula tayo, and we’re like the hidden mafia.” Bulalas ni Alpha.
“Sobra na ata kapapanood mo nang action movie, might as well want to watch the difference between the real life and a fiction.” Sabi ni Eris sakanya.
“I’m just giving an opinion, Eris. You Queens are always against everything about us.”
“Yes. Because we’ve been trying to defeat you for millennia and then your damn Lucifer suddenly took our Queen under his EVIL-SPELL and said ‘You’re the losers. Now obey me, my territory. You’re my Queen now.’ So why shouldn’t we be against you in the first place?!” reklamo ni Luna kay Alpha.
Yes, she’s right.
“Hm, tama ka naman, pero hindi rin naman namin kasalanan ang pagkatalo nyo. Sadyang mas malakas lang talaga ang lalake kaysa mga babae. Remember, ‘God made men as the protector of women; and the women as the maiden of men’” Saad ni Thanatos.
“Ah, since kailan ka pa nga naging relihyoso, Mr. Rodriguez?” Pambabara ni Eris sakanya.
“Don’t know. It’s Thanatos for you, Ms. De Castro.”
“Tch!”
Napatingin muli ako sa gawi ng mga motorbikes ng Night Riders and I saw their gang marching their way towards their motorbikes.
They were all males at may malalaki silang mga katawan, they were also wearing a dark-red uniform na jacket. If you look at them closer, you’ll see the tattoos on their faces na NR and a moon.
“They’re here,” Anunso ni Ace saamin.
Nauna na ako sakanila at pumunta agad sa lugar ng mga Night Riders, Nakapalibot sila sa mga motorbikes nila and a smaller male was in their center. I mean, as in maliit.
“That’s probably their leader,” I’m sure he’s a couple of inch shorter than me, atsaka, natural ba ‘yang hair color nya or did he just dye it white?
The small guy was leaning on the motorbike na naka park sa gitna ng lahat habang may kinaki-busyhan ito sa cellphone nya.
Nang napansin ng Night Riders na sakanila kami papalapit, five of them immediately ran towards us at hinarangan ang daan namin papunta sa Leader nila.
“What do you freaks want?” Tanong nang isa sakanila at pinagtu-turo saamin ang missile na dala-dala
Nito.
“Yo, don’t point that thing to us, dude!” Sabi ni Thanatos sa lalake.
“WE, came here, for PEACE! PEACE.” Eris said to them as she showed them her Peace sign.
“Wala kaming pake. Ano nga ang gusto nyo?”
“I need to talk to your leader.” Sabi ko sakanya, ako naman ang tinutukan nito ng Missile.
“Boss is busy. Say the message and I’ll deliver it to him.”
“Busy? Eh selpon lang naman ‘yang hinaharap nya eh.”
The guy chewed his bottom lip at tinignan ang leader nila,
“Boss! Kaka-usapin ka daw-”
“I don’t care, Tyrone.” Pinutol ng leader nila ang sasabihin sana ng lalake sakanya.
Mala-babae ang boses ng leader nila, but it was deep voice.
“The boss doesn’t care about you. Umalis na kayo.” Sabi ni Tyrone at pina-atras ako gamit ang dulo ng
Missile na dala-dala nya.
Is this how they want to play it?
I grabbed my pistol from my pocket, at dahil kinasa ko na ito kanina, pinaputok ko nalang agad ito sa ulo
nang mga kasamahan niya. Napatumba na ang apat so I grabbed hold of the missile’s trigger and
Knocked him down on the floor. Itinutok ko naman sa bungo nito ang pistol ko.
When I looked at their leader, may masama na itong pagtingin saakin and he immediately discarded his
Cellphone at napalapit sa gawi ko.
“What do you want?” Aniya.
“Where is The Ivy?”
Natahimik ang lalake sa tanong ko and he looked at his watch.
“The Night Riders don’t know.” Alanganin nitong sagot,
“Wala akong pake if either the Night Riders don’t know or not, ikaw mismo ang tinatanong ko.”
Marunong din pala syang makipaglaro ha.
“We- and I, don’t know where the exact location of The Ivy. She constantly travel every time and no one
Knows who she really is, neither anyone have seen her look.”
I knew I was right. May kaunting kaalaman ang mga Night Riders tungkol dito sa THE IVY, sila kasi ang palaging present na Gang kapag nagaganap ang Midnight Hollow, and they are the trigger of the chaos of the town. Hindi rin magtatagal, wala nang maggugustong tumira pa dito sa Hollow District.
“Then, Tell me every detail you know about The Ivy.” Sabi ko.
Her forehead dropped a sweat and it took a while before she decided to speak.
“The Ivy isn’t a Gangster, she’s either a Spy or a Reaper from an imperishable relative-organization of Professional Assassins. No one knows what her real motive is. Siya ang nagsimula sa Midnight Hollow on The first month of last year, she only sends invitations to certain female gangsters and make them disguise as THE IVY, the leader tonight is a fake, The real IVY only mislead almost everyone, no one can catch her, not even the Phantom Gang.”
Ganun pala. This Ivy really is something. Atsaka, nagmula sya sa isang organisasyon ng mga assassins? Interesting.
“Let me guess, she threatened you and used you as the trigger of Hollow District’s destruction o kumbaga- lahat ng lugar kung saan nagaganap ang Midnight Hollow since last year’s January?”
The Ivy made the Night Riders the enemy.
“Wala kaming magagawa. She’s probably listening to our conversation right now, I’ll be dead soon anyway.” Sabi nito, and from that line, masasabi ko na na isa syang babae.
“Babae ka?”
Nagulat ito sa tanong ko and she took a backward step,
“Oo, I disguised, I look better as a guy. But that doesn’t matter anymore. Pakawalan mo na si Tyrone, I’ve already told you everything you asked for.” Aniya.
I took his missile away at ihinagis ito kay Lucifer saka pinakawalan si Tyrone.
“Wag na kayong magpakita pa sa Midnight Hollow. It’s a great event at sinisira niyo pa ito.”

Sapat na ang impormasyon na sinabi saakin ni Chrome kanina, The Ivy really is from some organization and she creates fake Ivies and kill them once the Midnight Hollow ends.
The Riders don’t attend the whole event of Midnight Hollow, nagpapakita lang daw sila in the middle of the event, and eventually leaves kapag malapit nang masira ang lugar. Pero ang tanong, who the hell murders the champions of the wrestlings and fightings? Dalawa na ang namatay sa sampong champion ng midnight hollow, sino naman kaya ito and why do they have to be killed?
“Lucifer. Maghintay ka, you’re one of the champions.” Sabi ko agad kay Lucifer.
“I already got the money. Ano pa ba ang dapat kong hintayin dito sa manila?” reklamo nito.
“Each champions will be murdered, kasali ka na doon. Ang hiling ko lang sayo is DON’T DIE atsaka ibigay mo saaking kung sino man ang magtangkang pumatay sayo.”
“And what do I get if I do what you want?”
Rrgh. I never expected na kahit si Lucifer ay may sense of Justice rin pala.
“I’ll allow you to stay with me FOR THE WEEKEND. Two days ‘yan, you should be grateful enough.”
“Deal.”
Pabalik na kami sa Arena City and we parted ways, may sasakyan kasi sila and my gang only used a bus in getting here.
“Man, my mouth is tired.” Reklamo ni Evelyn.
“Why? Hindi ka naman nagdala ng snacks ngayon ah.”
“Food is not what I mean, Abby. As our friendship gets older, it’s also getting difficult for me to shut my mouth while Mika is having a solo-conversation with someone.”
“Ha? Hindi ko naman sinabi na kailangan nyo talagang manahimik eh,” sabi ko sakanya.
“Sadly, I cant do that. It’s disrespectful.” Ani Evelyn.
“You’re sad you cant do a disrespectful thing.” Komento ni Shane sa sinabi nya.
“No, Shane. It’s just an expression! Dang it, you’re such a robot.”
“Hayys! All of the works made me hungry. Kain muna tayo?” Sabi ni Abby saamin.
“Yes, gutom na rin ako.”
But- dahil hindi pa tapos ang kaso ng Midnight Hollow, wala pa kaming bayad! This means- gagastos nanaman ako! Kakainis ah.
“Evelyn. Ikaw magbayad ng dinner natin, our pockets are empty.” Saad ni Shane.
Dahil sa sinabi nya, napakapa agad ako saaking bulsa and I no longer felt my wallet!
“Fudge, asan yung pitaka ko?!”
I checked my bag at hindi ko na talaga iyon nakita pa!
“We’ve been robbed in the Hollow District.” Simpleng sagot ni Shane.
“AhhH! This is not possible!” Mabuti nalang at iniwan ko sa condo ang Bank card at school ID ko, pero yung pitaka ko- may limang libo pa iyon! Bwiset!
“Nawala rin ang saakin! Fuck- nandun pa naman ang School ID ko!” Sabi ni Abby.
“HA!?”
“Why didn’t you leave your ID behind?”
“Nakalimutan ko! Patawad!”
Abby bowed her head at mahigpit ang paghawak nito sa shoulder bag niya.
“Ano ka ba, it’s just a money and a School ID. Magpapagawa lang tayo ng bago.” Kalmado kong sabi sakanya.
Bwiset! Bakit ID pa ang nadala nya above all?! Nakakainis na Midnight Hollow! Hawak na nang magnanakaw ang Identity ni Eris! Arghh! Nakaka bwiset!
“O-oo, it’s just the ID and the Money.”

Mamahaling restaurant na ang pinaubaya ni Evelyn saamin, but my insides weren’t even calming down for a second, si Abby rin ay kanina pa tahimik and she didn’t even dare making an inappropriate move, pati na rin si Shane. Evelyn is the only one who acted normally in the four of us at ang motibo nya ay ibalik ang atmospera saaming apat. She have been making jokes now and then hanggang nakatulog nalang ito sa van, I appreciated her effort, pero wala itong silbi.
Whoever stole our wallets, whoever stole Abby’s school ID, kapag kilala nila ang Queens Gang, then they know who Eris is.
Nasa risk na ang sitwasyon ni Abbigail. Those thieves might be a pawn from The Ivy, or they might be just a regular Gang. Pero wala akong pake kung regular gang lang sila o hindi, as long as one of our identities are exposed, I considered it risky- eventually, hindi rin magtatagal ay makikilala na nang publiko ang Queens Gang- and I can’t afford that.
If what we’re up to is serious, then mas lalong hindi ko ma-aafford ang buong pangyayari, the people in my connection can be involved kapag may tumarget sa Gang namin, and Eris might be their first target, I cant afford losing anyone in my gang.
“Queen, we should think this through.” Paalala ni Shane.
“We should. Hindi ko pa na-ihanda ang sarili ko para sa mga ganitong bagay, and I know, neither is Abby, nor the rest of you.”
“I can track the thief, I have a bug in my wallet, but I’m not sure it’ll work because it was broken, just leave this whole thing to me, Queen. Ilabas nyo na ang nervous sa mga laman nyo,” ani Shane.
“You’re not sure, and I’m not sure either. Hindi ako mapapakali.” Sabi ko sakanya.
“I can work this out. No identity will be exposed, I promise you that. Abbigail, don’t be ashamed of yourself.” Sabi ni Shane at naglabas nang laptop mula sa bag nito.
“Kasalanan ko ito, Shane. Leave me be ashamed of myself, please lang.” Mahinang saad ni Abby.
Abby is just right to be ashamed of herself dahil sakanyang ID nakataya ang buong identity ng Queens Gang, but I’m the Queen, kailangan ko ring magpakumbaba dahil hindi ko napansin ang mga magnanakaw.
“That’s my favorite chocolate, sa’yo na ‘yan and make sure you enjoy it.” Sabi ko at ibinigay kay Abby ang baon kong White Chocolate na Toblerone.
“I did something unforgiveable, bawal na akong tumanggap ng kung ano mula sainyo..”
Hinampas ko nang mahina ang braso nya,
“Who told you that? Don’t make rules for yourself, ako lang pwede ang magbigay ng rules. Heto, hati nalang tayo,” sabi ko at kumuha ng isang piraso ng chocolate.
Abby’s expression was a little better at tinanggap na nito ang tsokolate.
“You too, Shane?”
Tumango si Shane kaya binigyan na rin ni Abby ito ng piraso ng chocolate.
Sa isang iglap, we saw Evelyn na naka bukas ang mata nya mula sa likod ni Abby.
“Evelyn, nakaka-takot ang mukha mo,” Sabi ko sa babae, her eyes were widely opened.
“I want chocolate.” Evelyn said.
“Abby, you better eat and give the rest to Evelyn,” babala ni Shane kay Abby,
“Eh- hinding hindi ko ma-eenjoy ang chocolate kapag nilamon ko-”
Abby barely removed the foil at ipinasok nya ang halos kalahating bahagi ng tsokolate sa bibig nya at ibinigay ang natitira kay Evelyn.
“Thanks. Abbigail.” Sabi ni Evelyn at kinain na ang natitirang chocolate, she chewed for a while at bigla itong bumalik sa pagtulog.
“That Evelyn is creepy.”
