Amity's POV

'Amity, why do you like that human?' 'Oh I don't know? Maybe because she's like the cutest moron in this town!'

"Amity? Are you listening?" Luz asked, waving her hand in front of my face.

"Y-yeah! I-I'm fine!" I stuttered.

"Are you blushing Blight?" Luz laughed.

My face heated up more and I hid my face in my hands.

"Awwwww, do you think I'm cute or somethin' Blight?~" Luz taunted.

I was growing, and walked further up ahead until Luz catches up.

"S-slow down, Am!" Luz said, resting her hand on my shoulder.

"Cute nickname, human" I said, a cocky smile spread across my face.

"I could say the same, Miss. Blight" Luz said.

We arrived at my house and walked in. Not even 9 minutes of being in the place Luz was already crowded by my two siblings.

"Hey Luz!" They said in union.

"Hey guys" Luz said with enthusiasm.

"Have you came to hangout with us?" Edric said, putting his arm over her shoulder.

She carefully took his arm from her shoulder and stood next to me.

"Sorry but- me and Amity were planning on studying up in her room for the night" Luz said, looking over at me with a smile.

I blushed and looked over at my siblings and they seemed to be- smirking?

"Alright alright, you two have fun now~" They said in union one more time before walking off.

Luz smiled and grabbed my hand and laughed.

"Why don't we go study?" She said.

"Uhh, y-yeah, s-sure" I said, blushing.

We made out way up to my room and Luz smiled the whole way.

"Why are you so excited? It's just a room" I said, confused.

"Yeah, but it's YOUR room! I wanna know what my besties room looks like!" Luz said, with the same smile on her face.

I let out a nervous chuckle.

We got up to my room and I opened the door for her.

"Well, it's not anything special but-." "I love it, it's beautiful Ami" Luz said, turning around to face my blush red face.

"Uhh, why are you covering your face?" Luz asked.

"Uh, I-it's nothing!" I mumbled.

Luz took my hand off my face and saw my blush.

"Are you...blushing?" She asked, smirking.

"Shut up.." "awww Amityyyyy!" "SHUT UPPPPP!" I whined.

Luz snorted and sat on my bed.

"So what are you struggling with?"

~One hour later~

"Is..is that all now.." Luz asked exhausted.

I nodded and yawned.

"That was a long study..." I mumbled.

Luz rested her head on my shoulder and yawned.

"Y-yeah..it really was, wasn't it Ami?" Luz whispered.

It was dark so she couldn't see my face.

"Hey Luz?" "Yeah Ami-." "Did you know your beautiful? I know I can't see you in the dark, but I just..feel like you are all the time.." I mumbled.

I could feel Luz heat up beside me, then slowly chuckle. Not a nervous one, but a cute one.

"Your pretty to Ami" Luz said nudging her head more into my neck.

I laughed a bit and Luz was confused.

"Why are you laughing?" Luz asked.

"Y-your breath i-is tickling me" I laughed.

Luz smiled and blew onto my neck, causing me to laugh and blush.

"L-Luz! T-that tickles!"

After laughs and random talk we slowly fell asleep.
