Judge dreamermin36

You can call me: Meen

I judge because: Often times I come across books that have good plot and potential, but their other errors, mainly grammatical, turns me away. Writers don't get their deserved recognition. I want to help out such writers. That's why I judge, for writers to know the aspect of improvement, what wrong and right they did, and for readers to know their choice won't disappoint them

Words for Participants: Writing is a very tedious process that requires lots of focus and motivation. If you were brave enough to dream of investing your time, energy, effort, imagination and so much more into it, it at least has to reach expectations. Editing might be boring, but your one edit could be the reason a person would be impressed. If it becomes too much and you feel like giving up, remember your end goal. You might not know the worthiness of your writing. But, someone across the globe might find your writing inspiring, it's probably lighting up their moods, making their days better. Please do not doubt yourself, you are one in a million!

Judge midnightcupofnoodles

You can call me: Midnight

I judge because: I've participated in other contests where the judging was handled poorly - they didn't bother to read and judge on the actual writing; it was only a popularity contest. I promise to judge based on your skill and your story.

Words for Participants: Don't ever give up writing! Even if you don't win, it doesn't mean your writing is terrible - it just wasn't as good as others. Believe me: when I first started out, my writing was terrible (it's probably not fantastic now, but it's a whole lot better than what it was). Take your time; whether it is one chapter a day or one chapter a month. But don't give up on your dreams. And good luck with the competition :)

You can call me: Me/Minion

I judge because: of Midnight's wrath.

Words for Participants: Writing is a personal expression and it takes courage to put something deeply personal out there for others to connect with and experience. First and foremost, you as an author have to be content with what you've written. Criticism can sting and expectations bite, but if you love your story then it's a success. Use each opportunity for feedback, even the negative, to move forwards.
