Chapter 35

I went up to Sonia's room as we have to leave as soon as possible. I knocked on the door but no one came. I wonder if she is still sleeping. I decided that I will come back after few minutes. I went outside to only find the crowd. I went through that crowd and saw some blood droplets there.

"What is going on here?"

"We doesn't know anything." One of them said. I come back and knocked on Sonia's room but again no one opened. I went to the reception.

"Was, the girl who lives in room 117, in her room?"

"We don't know sir."

"Can I see the CCTV footage."  He hesitated. "I am police officer. So it won't cost you anything." He was hesitating but agreed with me. I saw the footage in which Sonia was gone by seeing someone and never returned back.

"Sir even the girl of room 115 is nowhere to be seen." One of them said.

"What?" That room belongs to Payal.

"I have knocked on her door but she didn't opened it.Last night she had went out for strolling but I guess she didn't came back." These things are literally freaking me out. I went back to that place but for my dismay I didn't find anything. This person knew the black spot and from there he had took them away. I decided that I should inform this to Officer Leon and others. I went to the police station and found that they were already worried about something.

"What is wrong Officer?"

"Last night Officer Harry never went back home." I was shocked to hear that.

"What?"

"Yeah, none of us can reach him."

"Sir, Sonia and my other teammate Payal are also missing."

"What?"

"I have asked around and found that this all happened after we returned back to the hotel." he sighed.

"I don't know if I should say this or not." Officer Patrick asked.

"What is that you are confused about?" Officer Leon asked me.

"Last night after they went, Officer Harry also left. He was looking stressed as if something is bothering him. I followed him but he get into the car and was chasing their car. I lost his track after sometime of the chase but when I reached there, there was no one so I thought that he must be having some work over there only."

"So you want to say that Officer Harry is having some connection over here?" Officer Leon asked. By the tune he had used, I am sure that he trusts him and he can't accept what Officer Patrick had said. Even I can't accept this truth.

"No, sir I am not saying that, how about we check whether his car is their hotel or not?" I think we should take this case as normal. We just can't tell yet if Officer Harry is victim or criminal. So we have to follow the procedure. We come to our hotel but there was no car that belonged to Officer Harry.

"There is no clue whether he is somewhere else or is victim or criminal." Officer Patrick said. I know that his words make sense.

"Officer you know what was his car number?" I asked and he nodded.

"How about we ask near by to see if they had saw the car or not." 

"Alright."

"We are considering that Officer Harry is a suspect, there could be possibility that either one of the girls could be one." Officer Patrick said and that had made me angry. I know that suspecting over Officer Harry is wrong but I know Sonia too well and Payal is too dumb to do all these things.

"Officer I know Sonia too well, she can't do this and the other girl is too dumb to do all these things. I am also not blaming Officer Harry after all I have worked with him." He didn't said anything. We asked in the locality but none of them saw anything because it was around sleeping hour so it was hard for them to know what is going on around. We were losing hope because there wasn't any clue which could lead me to them. Officer Patrick went to the other person and asked him about that and for my surprise he had told that he had saw that car.

"Yes, I did saw that car."

"Do you know who was driving it?"

"A male was driving it."

"Have seen any other person?"

"I saw two figures in the backseat."

"Where did that car go?"

"It took a right turn from there." He pointed the place.

"Thank you so much." We leave that place.

"All the clues are indicating that Officer Harry was involved in this." Officer Patrick said and sighed. I know that it is hard to believe.

"What if there was another person as well who had forced him to do that. I believe that he can't do anything like this." Officer Leon said.

"We can't say anything. According that person he had only seen three." He sighed.

"Everything is getting typical."

"Yeah." Don't worry Sonia, soon enough we would be there to rescue you. I don't even know if Officer is really behind this or not because it is really hard for me to believe but I know that if he is behind this than no one could save him. I am praying inside my heart that he shouldn't be behind this. I just hope that person who had take you away will be in my hand soon so that I could make him pay.

I had thought that those people would find a way to direct attack us but this was a coward action. All of them would definitely pay for what they have done to you. None of them is going to be spare. I know that after this we will surely reach the end would start our chapter.
