A Bill I Can't Pay

Haru's POV
And there go my old clothes,I thought.
I closed the wardrobe and got up.
I left to the kitchen and made so tea.
After some time I stopped mixing and I went to my room.I sat at the desk and opened my laptop.
Erwin suddenly entered the room.
-What are you doing?
-I just want to check my mail,I haven't in a while...
-Oh... he said and took place
I opened my mail and I was bombarded by messages telling me I haven't paid the bill in a long time.
I was scared,I don't want to lose my house!I wonder if I have any money on me...
I started searching in my wallet.I didn't have enough money...
-Is there something wrong? Erwin asked
-I can't pay the bill... I sighed
-I can help you,how about I put some money and you put some too?
-You really want to help me with this...?
-Of course!I kinda lived in here for some time so I guess I have to pay too...
-Thank you. I smiled
-No problem,so how much is it?
-It's 1000$...
-1000$?!!Haru since when did you stop paying??
-It's been some time...I stopped doing more missions like I used to, so that resulted in not receiving any more money...
-Oh...Why?
-I just wanted to have fun,but I guess times aren't like they were when I was a kid,when you didn't need to pay any bills...
-You should've have told me...
-I'm sorry...I didn't want to make others lose their money for me.
-So what are you going to do now?
-I guess I'll go back to working...What else can I do?
-Look you didn't have to come with me everytime,I never ment to put you in this situation,you know you can say "no",right?
-I just..never thought,I'll be in this situation... I sighed
-Remember that I'll pay too,don't force yourself to much.
-I'll try... I said rubbing my eye
-Maybe you should take a nap for today and the next you should go back.It'll help you conserve some energy. he smiled
-Yeah,you're right. I yawned tired
I went to the bed and laid down.
Erwin covered me with a soft blanket and I dropped to sleep.
Author's POV
Haru fell asleep and Erwin closed the laptop in the meantime.After that he slowly left the room,leaving the sleepy girl alone.
She heard a whisper before Erwin left the room,it said "Good night,sweetie" and then a door lock.
