Today was my mommy's funeral and daddy held my hand the whole time so l wouldn't be sad and he told me that mommy is up there in the sky always looking out for me and that she wouldn't want me to be sad but saying goodbye really hurts
When we reached our house daddy read me a story and tucked me in bed then he went to work in his office and l fell asleep

It's been a week since Elena's funeral and Ellie was quiet and gloomy for the past few days but l think she's coming to terms with the fact that her mother isn't coming back
As for my relationship with Ellie l think we've become a irreplaceable part each other's life and l wouldn't have it any other way but today am going back to work and l wonder how my baby girl will take the news because she's been quite clingy these past few days not that am complaining
I spoke to the designer a few days ago for Ellie's room and l can't wait to suprise her with it but as for now she's been sleeping with me and honestly l think l'll miss my little cuddle doll when she finally goes to her own room

Today when l woke up daddy wasn't in bed like always so l ran to his office but he wasn't there either and l began to cry because he promised he wouldn't leave but he lied
I checked all the rooms in the house but dad wasn't there and the kitchen lady who is super mean and rude handed me a phone and said daddy wanted to talk me so l held it against my ear
"Hey baby"
"You lied"
"What do you mean, what did l lie about"
You promised you wouldn't leave but you did daddy you left me alone"
"Ohhh am soo sorry baby but daddy had something to take care of at work but l promise you baby l'll always be here you hear me, daddy will never leave you again"
After l spoke to dad l was pretty relived so l gave the mean lady the phone then she led me back to dad's room and she gave me a bath then dressed me and led me to back to the room and she sat me in bed and she played my favourite movie Cinderella
My day was really uneventful today and l missed my dad so when l had a car pull over l ran to the door and hugged my dad
I already love my dad
