Chapter 7

The Kings were happy to meet Eleonora and spending the whole day with her and getting to know her they were sad that it was time to say goodbye and even if they didn't want to let her go but they knew Xavier wouldn't let Eleonora stay with them without him

Eleonora was a bundle of joy and energy and she kept them on their toes the whole time but they wouldn't have it any other way

Xavier took his daughter home and promised his family that he was going to let them see Eleonora as much as they liked and Eleonora couldn't stop raving about her day with her grandparents,her uncle and aunt and when she was happy Xavier was just as happy

It was time for bed and Xavier went to tuck his baby girl in bed and he heard her sniffing and he ran inside to find her crying

"Baby what's wrong"

"I want my mommy why isn't she back for me daddy am l a bad girl"

Xavier felt disheartened as he heard his daughter's confession

"Baby don't you wanna stay with dad anymore,you want to leave me all alone"he faked being sad

"No daddy l just want you mommy and me together "

"Baby mommy is up there in heaven and she's looking down at you right now and you wanna know something the brightest star in the sky at night is your mommy and l bet she doesn't like it when you are sad "

"Really daddy mommy's up there"she exclaimed happily

"Yes honey now why don't you go to bed now it's been a long day"

"Can't we visit mommy just once won't she be lonely"

"No she won't be lonely honey there are other people with her now go to sleep"

Xavier watched his daughter sleep but he was worried about how he was going to leave her tomorrow as he went to work until he decided to call his mother because she seemed happy being with her granddaughter and no matter how much he wanted nothing to do with his family he still wasn't going to keep Ellie from her grandparents

So he decided to send her a message

Hey mom l have a very important meeting tomorrow l was wondering if you could babysit Eleonora for me

Xavier

Xavier got a reply a few minutes after

Thank you for considering us we would be honoured to do so Xav we already miss her
