Chapter 2

Xavier

I woke up with somebody thrashing and screaming next to me and l quickly sat up Ellie looked like she was having a nightmare and she was screaming "mommy"

"Hey baby open your eyes for dad"l said soothing her as l put her in my lap and that seemed to calm her down because she started calming down even though she was still crying

"I w-want m-mommy "

My heart broke for my little girl when she said that,she wasn't supposed to experience so much pain at a young age

"Baby mommy isn't here but daddy is and am not going anywhere"

"Mommy said that but s-she l-left and you are gonna leave me too"

"No am not going anywhere baby"

"Pinky promise"she held her small finger for me and l couldn't help but laugh because this little girl was already my life

I woke up in the morning in my usual time and started working on my computer and l had informed my secretary to cancel all my meetings for the whole week because spending time with my daughter was more important any meeting

When Ellie woke up l took her to the bathroom and gave her a bath then took her downstairs to have eat and she was so amazed by the food on the table and she couldn't stop talking about it and l noticed she's so easy to impress

After leaving the house l took Ellie to the mall and my baby was so excited about wearing the clothes l brought for her because she had never owned this many clothes

Ellie is a chatterbox l mean she talks about anything and everything and she hardly keeps quiet and l don't think l'll ever be lonely again ,she has already been here for a day and l can't stop smiling this little girl is everything a father could ever ask for

Eleonora

After daddy and I came from the mall dad decided to watch a movie with me and we watched the Chipmunks and it's by far my favourite movie now

When dad left to receive an important call l spent some time with the ladies in the kitchen while they were cooking and they said the house was really quite without me but there was a mean lady in the kitchen who kept snorting at me and scoffing when l said something but the ladies said l shouldn't bother about her because she was being mean

After daddy came back we had lunch and he asked me to tell him everything l like and l enjoyed spending time with my dad l wish mommy could be here too and then we would be a family
