Chapter 4
When they woke up to the sound of their alarm clock ringing the next day, they were all tired and wanted to sleep. They had to wake up though, as they were going to Disney sea. They got in and found a map. They were really confused as to how they were going to go around the park as it was really confusing. They eventually decided to go in a zig-zag starting from the back of the park. They walked to the Lost River Delta and looked at the map once more. They decided to go on the Indiana Jones ride first, then the ride called raging spirits. When they got in the line, they saw that they had to put away their bags. They put their bags in the lockers and went back into the line. They were quick to reach the end of the line but as there were only two spots, they opted to go on the next one, similar to the group in front of them. They then waited for a few more minutes and the ride came. They had to sit next to another person, though they did not mind and then once they got over the safety procedures, they started zooming through the darkness, they went up and down and they turned unexpectedly. They passed the crystal skull and dropped down. They soon come to the end of the ride. Emma walked off wanting to vomit but both Bella and Lilliana were talking about how good the ride was. They went to the raging spirits ride next. They got in line and then waited for their turn. They pushed down the shoulder bar and sat back. They went up and down. Turned left and right and did a 360 loop with them hanging upside down. It was really fun for Lilliana and Bella but Emma felt a bit better than the last ride probably because she was getting a bit used to it. They then walked to a nearby food stall and got churros with chocolate sauce. They then finished their food and moved on.
The next section of the park they went to was Port Discovery. There, they decided to consult the map again and see which ones were worth visiting as they did not want to repeat their mistake of riding very similar rides like the day before. They went to Nemo and friends sea rider first. It was a very nice ride, and the seating was like a theatre. There was a big screen in the front and rows of seats facing the screen. They watched the screen as they went on a journey to see marine life from Nemo and Dory's point of view. In addition to this, they also see characters from finding Dory like Destiny the whale shark and Hank the octopus. They exited the theatre in high spirits and went to another ride. The looked at the map again and saw that the other ride they had wanted to do in Port Discovery was Aquatopia. They boarded the ride which each sat 3 people at most. They left the boarding place and went off. The ride was quite unpredictable. They travelled around the experimental pool, spun around and twirled off in unpredictable directions. They did not know where they would end up. They went near a waterfall and nearly got wet and they spun around in circles until they got dizzy. It was a really fun ride. They then got off and moved on to Mermaid Lagoon.
At mermaid lagoon, they went to the whirlpool first. It was much like the teacup ride in Disneyland but with an ocean theme. They waited in line and there were so many things to see. It was very different from the typical boring waiting line. The waiting line was decorated with a sea theme. It had lots to look at and was really cool. They eventually got to the start of the line and got in a cup that looked like it was made of kelp. They closed the door and almost immediately, the ride started. They spun around and around in all different directions, making them dizzy. The ride went all across the space and they eventually had to stop. When they got off the ride, they all felt really dizzy. They steadied themselves and went on to Flounder's Flying Fish coaster. The ride was very uneventful and was very anti-climatic but had an ocean feel to it. It was much like a ride they had gone on the day before. The major difference was the theme. After they got off, they were a bit bored and went to the next ride in Mermaid Lagoon. The next ride they went on was scuttle's scooters. They sat individually as they circled around and around scuttle with his backwards telescope. When they finished the ride. They all laughed at the silliness of the backwards telescope. They went to find some popcorn and found a stall that sold butter flavoured ones, served in a very cute reusable container which was shaped like Duffy poking out of a bag. They paid for it and went off to another section of the park.
