"Y/n! Language please!"
She was a bit upset with your words but could you really take it? Geoffrey comes into the kitchen to help your mom unload the groceries. And your sister, who was even more confused, stares between the agitated boy and the annoyed you.
You were so overheated that you could feel your heart beating out of your chest. Why has this entire day been you two running into each other?
Levi on the other hand actually showed emotion in his face for the first time. He was just as confused as you were heated. He showed an agitated look towards you. Your mother noticing this grabs the groceries from Levi's hand.
"Thank you so much Levi! How about you stay for dinner?"
Levi and you both look at your mother surprised.
"I would love to but I have to get back to-"
You immediately cut his words off with your abrupt words louder than his.
"Sorry mom but he has plans to attend to so he should probably leave. Like right now."
You grab his wrist and drag him out the door.
"Uhh sure...ok"
Your mother goes back to helping unpack the groceries with Geoffrey. You close the door while you stand on the porch looking at Levi standing in front of you.
"What are you doing at my house?? Are you following me now?"
"Isn't you who keeps running into me? Your mother almost ran me over with her cart. God, do you all not how to pay attention to where you're going?"
"So then, why did she say something about tutoring??"
His face expression yells that he was annoyed but you didn't care, you just want to know why he's at your house. But just as he was about to say something the door behinds you open and causes you to turn around. It was your sister. ( 𝗮/𝗻: 𝗶 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗶 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝟭𝟯)
"Um... mom told me to bring you guys in.."
She looks at you and then the handsome boy in front of her.
"Then tell mom to wait since we're not done."
"But she said now."
This was very annoying..
"Ok fine we're coming."
Then she opens the door wider for both of you guys to come in. Your mother already had her head popped out of the doorframe in the kitchen to see you guys walk in. You walk over to her.
"Mom I don't need a tutor. My grades are all above average!"
The thing is, you knew you were failing some classes, but you just hoped that she didn't know. But of course, she obviously did.
"I got you a tutor for you to pass those 3 classes. Now you know I'm not that hard on you but that doesn't mean you shouldn't do well in school Y/n."
"So your just picking up random people from the supermarket now?"
"Well um... he had your school uniform on so I just went up to him and asked..."
Your eyes widen at the fact that he actually went with your mom. Was he really that dumb to accept?
"For free??"
She avoids the question and leans against the counter. There was a soft snort coming from the corner of the room. You both turn around to see Geoffrey reading his newspaper burying his face in it.
"Hey! Don't laugh at me alright!"
Your mom turns around to look at Geoffrey. He lifts his face from the newspaper and raises his hand.
"Sorry, that was by accident."
"Well mom? How much?"
"About 100..."
"..."
The anger that boiled within you was at its peak. How did the day get so bad in a time span of 10 hours?
"What's the problem with him? He said he was new here."
She walks out the kitchen towards your sister and Levi. What bothered you even more was that he only accepted for the money. He's no different.
"Ok I'll do it."
"Thank you so much! I'll make sure she's nice to you!"
You roll your eyes at the situation. You had just met this guy today by almost running him over with your car-
You immediately turn to Levi who's speaking with your mother. The cold sudden glare he brought over to you and then pretended to continue talking to your mother made you sick.
He wouldn't do this to blackmail you-
Right?
