You stared at Levi's backside longer then intended. You dropped your eyes down to your desk in front of you trying to ignore your thoughts. Eren notices this but he doesn't say anything.

"Come on Eren, let's get those snacks."

You immediately look up at him and smile genuinely.

"Okay."

"Do we have to do work? I mean we already did it in class."

It was another day at Eren's house in his room, studying. Eren slumps his face against his open notebook facing you in front of him.

"Yes sadly, we do."

You rest your chin on your closed notebook looking back at Eren. Your eyes start to close after feeling a bit tired.

"Y/n."

You flutter your eyes open to see Eren staring at you seriously.

"Omg, I'm sorry. Let's get started with our work."

"Y/n."

You lift up your head a bit nervous on what he has to say.

"Yeah?"

It was quiet in the room as you both stared at each other. Until-

"What do you think of me?"

You were confused about his question to be honest. Why would he ask you that? Especially at this time? But more importantly, how were you going to answer? Would he know if you lied?

"What do you mean?"

"Do you think we can be more than friends?"

You were drawn back by his words. You've never seen Eren so serious. The words you wanted to say got caught in a jumble and you couldn't speak them. You hated being in this situation.

You didn't know if Eren was confessing to you or not. But if he was, you didn't wanna hurt his feelings.

"Um, Eren I think I should go.."

Way to go.

You slowly got up from the table in the middle of the room quickly grabbing your notebook and stuffing them into the bag next to you.

As you were on your way out, you were stopped by his abrupt voice which made you turn around.

"Think about it and tell me at the party this weekend."

You close the door after his words. You lean back against still having his words race around your head.

But yet, you thought of Levi again.

After you left he slumps back down on the table as if he's embarrassed.

'I should've never asked..'

"I'm home."

You walk in setting down you bag and shoes walking straight into the kitchen.

"Welcome back Y/n."

You were obviously expecting Geoffrey to be there since he's always there.

He's always there for you when you need him. You stop to stare at Geoffrey while he cooks.

"Geoffrey?"

"Yes Y/n?"

His large broad back faces you as he fries some homemade ramen on the stove.

"...nevermind."

He finally turns around to you a bit concerned turning off the stove as he does.

"Is something the matter?"

"No it's nothing."

"You do know it's my job to know that you guys are okay, right?"

You eventually look up at him again not wanting to involve him into your high school problems.

"I know but it's really nothing serious. Thank you though."

You've never really thanked Geoffrey for everything he's done for the family. Especially your mother. Ever since dad's been out working long shifts, Geoffrey's the one who's been taking care of things. You appreciated that with all your heart.

"Okay then."

You make it your room closing the door behind you plopping right onto your bed. Your phone rings into your pocket making you squirm a bit.

"Hello?"

"Y/N YOU READY FOR THAT PARTAYY?!?"

You instantly knew who it was making you sigh.

"I guess so."
