Over a week since Alexis left and Bella would stare at them looking for Alexis. Clara knew this was a bad idea, but she saw everything. Even down to Bella turning. Alexis may not want that, but Bella wants to be with her. She felt someone grab her hand making her look and smile at her sister.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah and I think it was a bad idea to not say a word." Clara said.

"It was wonderful because this means she won't stay away." Alice tells her. "Trust me."

Clara smiled and hugged Alice. She had someone to help support her ideas and it was nice to have a little lone time without their mates. "Shopping?" Clara asked.

"We are sisters." Alice teased making Clara laugh. "Let's go."

The next couple of days have become weird. Clara understood that Alexis was missing, but was it the pull that was making Bella to look at them. Edward knew that Clara didn't know what to do or say. "Let Alexis handle her."

"That was the plan." Clara said as she laid her head on his shoulder. "I know she's curious about Alexis' attitude yesterday and I know she wants to confront her, but she has to understand that Alexis is away right now and when she comes back, than she can pretty much tell Alexis what she wants to say."

"I believe that might work." Edward tells her. "Bella needs to be brave enough to talk to Alexis besides shying away."

Clara nodded and looked at the food in front of her. She knew Bella wasn't shy just awkward and that summed up that Bella could say the wrong words if she becomes slightly nervous. Maybe a week long break is what it takes for Bella to get brave enough to ask her questions. "It might just work." Clara tells her mate.

Edward nodded as he read her mind. She's right. Alexis being gone for a week means that Bella can be prepared to talk to Alexis. Hopefully things change.
