Chapter 10: Join Night Raid?

Y/N'S POV

3 days have passed.

It has been 3 days ever since that happened.

Sayo was still asleep in one of the rooms of Night Raid's base. Ieyasu had been buried, courtesy of me and Tatsumi with a stone acting as it's gravestone.

The first day, I didn't even move away from Sayo as I stood by her side all day.

With Tatsumi occasionally visiting her before going to Ieyasu. He still couldn't believe that it's me until I showed him my face much to his shock seeing my face. Sayo's condition was stable and all of her wounds were healed leaving no scar in her skin.

The second day. Well its the same as the first day, not leaving Sayo's side but I did leave the room in the afternoon.

I looked around the Night Raid HQ but with some of it's members occasionally following me around which was Akame, Lubbock, Pinky, Leonne and another girl with purple hair. But especially the pink haired girl.

God that girl has never stop following me around their place, stalking me and it was creeping me out,

Though I think they were only doing this for they wanted to take a good look of my face since I never really did took off my coat. Much to their disappointment, I never took it off.

Now third day which is today. I was standing beside a tree as I watched Tatsumi looks at Ieyasu's grave.

The latter has been sitting there all morning staring at it, with a flower place on the rock.

Sighing, I walk close to him putting a hand on his shoulder as he looks at me. Though he can't see my face, I was giving him a sad look.

Tatsumi: How long?

Y/n: Hmm?

Tatsumi: How long were you an Assasin Y/n?

I looked at him before looking up in the sky.

Y/n: .....Longer than you could imagine but to be specific, since I was 9. That long.

Tatsumi: Oh....

I could tell that he was also thinking about the offer that Blondie gave him, about joining Night Raid, and since I told him I was an Assasin in our second day here much to his shocked stupor, his decision making whether to join or not has been troubling him,

I too was thinking about it, I mean, Akame recognized it's me because of my sword and her offer still stands and I haven't thought about it yet.

Now thinking about it. Blondie haven't found out that I'm the one she attacked before, I mean she already saw Misera and yet she doesn't know! Is she that dumb or something?

Sighing again, I knelt down beside him as I gave him a head pat making him look at me once more.

Y/n: You need to let it go Tatsumi. It might hurt at first but... you need to let it go...

It's ironic that I'm telling him this since I haven't moved on from Master's death but it hurts to forget.

Tatsumi: Why.... Why Ieyasu? Why them? Why did they have to suffer while I didn't! Sayo hasn't woken up yet and Ieyasu is... Ieyasu is....

I sighed again as I grabbed him to a hug, true he didn't suffer physically but he's beating himself up mentally for the death of Ieyasu.

Y/n: Let it all out. Let it all out Tatsumi, I'm here... I also wished I could have save him but it was too late.... I only... found out... at the last second what I did to save Sayo...
