Have you ever imagined what it would be like during a zombie apocalypse, perhaps you've read about it, or watched a show, but really, are you truly prepared for the worst?
In this book I will share some main things you MUST know in order to survive...
So, last time we were discussing the ESSENTIALS, which are split into 4 categories, food and water, weapons, hygiene products and first aid kits.
We covered water, food and weapons last time, so now...
*DRUM ROLL*
Hygiene products: (!!!)
So, this is very important so you don't attract zombies with that nasty BO (jk lol).
Ok seriously, it's very important to be clean and hygienic all the time, zombie apocalypse or not, so a couple of things you might need are:
- Shampoo (u don't wanna smell nasty, and have hella greasy hair -greasier than that dominoes pizza under your bed- ANYWAYS), girls you're not gonna like this, I don't either, but it issssss what it issssss, am I right?

We could all use that extra dose of whipped cream in a crisis like this (unless you're lactose intolerant...), plus the gasoline will probably mask the scent of your flesh from the creepers, so that's a plus.
- Tooth paste + tooth brush: You don't wanna scare any friendly survivors away, now do you? Also, it's important to take care of your teeth so they don't fall off like that zombie's teeth that just tried to have you for lunch (without teeth somehow).
- Dental floss + needle: So this can be for hygiene reasons, but you can also stitch up those cuts with it (or just mess it up and make it look like your homie's Halloween costume from last year)
- Water filter: idrk if this is supposed to be here cuz it's cleansing the water, or in the food and water section cuz its cleansing the water, but I'm just gonna leave this here, also I'm sure this is self explanatory.
- Girl hygiene products.....(u know-)
- Toilet paper (also self explanatory)
- clean clothes + socks and shoes (again, stop lowering your chances of survival by scaring away potential friendly survivors, although, it can also keep the bad ones away, so yea-)
First aid kits:
This should at least include:
- Band-aids of all sizes (preferably waterproof).
- Sterile gauze
- Gloves
- CPR Pocket Mask
- Tourniquet
- Roller Gauze
- Gauze Pads
- Medical Tape
- Sam Splint
- Advil
- Any prescription meds
Others: (or should I say OuTcAsTs)
- Car (don't total it pls) or an RV
- Flash lights
- Walkie talkies
- some kind of radio for outside communication
- A PAPER MAP + A PEN/PENCIL
