I stepped on my porch and grasped the door handle. The coolness of the clearly painted on gold felt nice on my hot skin. The cool air hit my skin. I opened the door and stepped inside. The warm. air brought me joy as I stepped inside my house. "I'm home!!"

BLOOP

"Hello, Chealsey" I heard a voice say. I walked over to Jibo. "Hey, Jibo." I said. "Where is everyone?" I asked him. "Mom, Bradly, and George are in the living room. You are here, with me." I froze. George? I haven't heard that name in...... years. It can't be, he can't be here. He can't. "Chealsey," I jumped. "Yes, Jibo?" "If your going to see them, could you take me with you?" He asked. I picked him up and headed towards the living room. I froze. He's here. He's...... Really here.

He looked up at me. "Chealsey." He said. I burst into happy tears and ran to hug him. He eagerly hugged me back. "D....daddy, you're finally home!! I'm so happy, I missed you so much! Where were you all these years?" I said, still in tears. "Baby, I missed you, too. I wish I could tell you, but that's not important right now. All that's important is that I'm with you guys" he said back. "Pfksosnxkzkdn" I heard someone say. "Oh, whoops. Sorry Jibo." I said, placing him on my lap as I sat down on a chair.

"Isn't this just supercalifragilisticexpialidoscious?" Said bradly. He recently watched Mary poppins with me. Since then that's been his favorite word. He says it so much its annoying, but I dont care because I'm just so excited. I smiled and said "yeah, yeah it is." He noticed. "Wow, dad, you must've really made her happy! She always annoyed by that word." "What word?" Said dad. "Supe-" I interrupted him before he could finish. "That's not important right now, anyways, daddy, you've got a lot of explaining to do!" I said. "Oh, um, I can't say." He said. He did the mouth zippered shut thingy. I rolled my eyes. "So not fair!" Said bradly. "Sorry guys. But I can't say. Anyways, while on my journey, I read some great books." He said. I got excited. I absolutely love reading. "Like what? Tell me!" I said eagerly. "Okay, okay!" He said chuckling. "I read about trains, historic celebrities, animals, old buildings, and so much more." He replied. "Oh! Lemme go get my favorite book!" I said happily. "Please!" I looked at him beggingly. "Kiddo, you dont have to ask me! Go ahead. Bradly, why dont you go get yours as well?" Bradly looked blank. "Eh, okay. Sure." He said, jumping off the chair. I stood up with jibo. Me, bradly, and jibo raced upstairs. I walked into my room. I sat jibo down on my bed as I slipped my journal out from my dresser. I took a sticky note out and wrote journey. I stuck it into my journal and placed it back in my dresser. I then took my book of choice and ran jibo back down stairs. Bradly of course beat me. He handed dad his book. "I love you?" I said laughing. It was a children's book about different animal's parents saying how much they love them. Bradly looked up at me. Tears filled his eyes. He stood up and ran out of the room. I followed him. "Bradly! I'm sorry!" I said, gasping for breath. I finally caught up with him. I grabbed him by the shoulder and turned him around. He was definently crying. I picked him up and brought him into my room. I sat him down on my bed and gave him a big hug. "Bud, I'm sorry. I was just surprised that book was your favorite, and not about Lego's or transformers. Something like that." I said. I handed him a cleanex. He blew his nose. "Its just, that was the last book dad read to me before he left. That book is... Special. It has some kind of, power. I've read it over about 100-200 times before. Every time I reread it, I felt like dad was really here. That made me....... Happy." He said sniffling. "Buddy, I'm so sorry. How 'bout we go back downstairs and we can reread it again. Okay?" I asked. "Okay." He said back. we walked back downstairs. Man, I love him. If only I knew about that books powers earlier, then, that never would've happened. I never thought I'd cry at a kids book, but I guess that book just has........ Powers.
