Part 9

When manik and nandini were having there own personal time and alya,dhruv, and mukti went home cabir and Raghav thought of going for a walk in the college campus only.
Cabir and Raghav are seen walking and takking their heart out.
Cabir: I'm so happy today that I can hold your hand and roam around freely. I wanted this moment since a very long time. Thank god finally I can live this moment.
Raghav:Even I'm very happy cabir you won musiciana and also coz now I dont have to hide anything from anybody. But I felt bad coz of what harshad did to you. I hope neyonika doesn't throw you out of the college.
Cabir:never manik will never let that happen. In sure of that.
While cabir and Raghav were talking suddenly a few goons come in front of them and throw chilli powder in their eyes. Cabir and Raghav are busy rubbing their eyes. Meanwhile harshad also comes towards them and the goons and harshad start hitting both of them with cricket bat. Cabir tries defending himself but harshad signals goons to hold cabir and starts hitting him even more. Cabir starts screaming in pain. Finally one goon comes and stabs cabir in his stomach. The goons and harshad hear manik screaming Cabir's name. Hearing this all of them run away.
Raghav sensing that nobody is there tries opening his eyes. With great difficulty he opens his eyes and sees cabir falling down and him covered in blood. Raghav limps towards him and leans on the car and places Cabir's head on his lap.
Raghav:Cabir open your eyes please cabir. You can't do this to me. Please open your eyes. Why god why. Please dont let anything happen to cabir. Please. I told you this society will not let us live now see what did they do.
Raghav starts crying seeing cabir not even moving an inch.
Meanwhile manik and nandini finally reach where Raghav and cabir are. Seeing cabir like that manik starts panicking.
Manik:cabir cabir open you eyes cabir. Please you can't do this to me. Get up.
Nandini meanwhile checks his pulse and sees that his pulse is dropping.
Nandini:Manik get up go and bring your car. You can't waste your time now pleading him to open his eyes. He is unconscious.  Go please bring your car. We can't waste our time. He is bleeding he might lose a lot of blood go.
Manik finally comes to senses and runs to get his car.
Nandini:sir how did this happen.  And dont worry sir we will take both of you to the hospital nothing will happen to both of you.
Manik brings his car and stops in front of them. Nandini opens the back seat door so that manik can pick cabir up and put him on the seat.
Nandini turns and sees that manik is already in the driving seat.
Manik:nandini get inside fast. We have to take cabir to the hospital.
Nandini: sir please come I'll help you.
Raghav: No nandini I'm fine please take cabir with you. He is badly injured now go dont waste time .
Seeing Raghav not ready to come nandini seat in the back seat and puts Cabir's head on her lap.
Manik starts driving the car rashly.
Nandini sees that cabir is shivering
Nandini:manik do you have a blanket.
Manik:WHAT why do you think I'll keep a blanket in the car I have a bedroom I sleep there not in the car.
Nandini:manik shut up I asked coz cabir is feeling cold so to cover him up I asked .
Manik: I dont have anything .
After sometime.
Manik: Nandini come front and hold the steering.
Nandini: Why what will you do.
Manik: I have to remove my jacket so that you can cover him up.
Nandini Comes a bit front but manik sees that a vehicle is coming in front so he holds the steering and turns a bit towards his side to avoid any accident. Coz of the sudden turn nandini kisses Manik's cheek.
Manik looks at nandini and smiles and winks at her and packs her lips as well.
Nandini: Manik make it fast I need the jacket please.
Manik realizes that it's not time for all these so he quickly removes the jacket and gives her. She goes back to keeping cabir on her lap and covers cabir. While covering cabir she notices the stab that is on his stomach.
Nandini:shit. Oh god. Manik drive fast. He is stabbed in his stomach.
Mabik panics and starts driving fast. Meanwhile nandini takes a scarf from her bag and ties it around his wound on his stomach to stop the blood flow.
Nandini then sees manik is almost near city hospital.
Nandini: Manik dont go to city hospital.  Please go to OM hospitals.
Manik: Are you crazy I can't take so much risk. It's almost 10mins drive. No way
Nandini:Manik please dont argue with me please I have a friend of mine working their as a doctor.  If we go to city hospital then staff will ask how did all these happen so please listen to me its important let's go  and drive fast.
Finally manik agrees to nandini and drives a d drives towards OM hospital. In the mean time Nandini calls her doctor friend .
Nandini:hello Khanna listen to me. Keep the stretcher ready. My friend is injured very badly. I'll be there in 5 mins. Please make it fast.
Khanna: Ok I'll be their near the entrance you dont worry I'll not let anything happen to your friend come fast.
Finally manik and nandini reach the hospital.  Seeing nandini's dress only Khanna realises that it's a very serious case. Ward boys come and put cabir on the stretcher and takes him to the icu.
Manik and nandini sit on the chair and wait for the doctors to come and tell them about Cabir's health.
Manik then realizes that he did not inform alya dhruv and mukti about this so he calls them.
Manik: Alya,dhruv mukti listen to me carefully dont panic ok.
ADM(Alya,shrub,mukti): manik what is it you are scaring us. Is everything alright.
Manik: Guys guys listen to me. Please come to OM hospital immediately. 
ADM: what why hospital.  Buddy are you ok.
Manik:I'm ok but cabir is admitted here so please come fast.
Manik cuts the call seeing a nurse coming towards them.
Nandini runs to her
Nandini: nurse how is cabir. Is he fine. Nothing major right.
Nurse: mam I can't tell all these now. Please fill this form and sign it man
Nandini starts filling the form and signs  in place of guardian.
Manik watches all these and thinks
Manik: how did all of us treat her. But look at her she is worried for cabiras we Fab5 are worried. I'm sorry nandini.  I promise to myself I'll never hurt you eve again. Its Manik Malhotra's promise.
Both of them sit on the chair outside the icyu and wait for the doctors. ADM reach the hospital and ask for patient cabir. Receptionist tell them that he is in icu
ADM runs towards the icu and see not only manik but also nandini is sitting there. And also notice her clothes are covered with blood.
Mukti: manik what happened to cabir actually.
Dhruv: yes buddy what happened.
Manik: after you left cabir wanted to go on a walk with Raghav in the college campus so I let him go. And after sometime I and nandini heard a scream  and recognized it was Cabir's
So both of us ran towards the sound and saw both Raghav and cabir were laying in the parking lot. Raghav did not want to come with us so me and nandini brought cabir to the hospital.  Now doctors are treating him.
Alya: manik what was she doing with you.
Nandini: I was on the way to go home. Even he was searching for cabir only and that is when we heard cabir scream and i saw that he was bleeding a lot so both of brought him to the hospital.
Dhruv: buddy why did you have to come this far from college you could have joined him in the nearby hospital isn't it.
Manik: even I wanted to join him in city hospital but nandininsaid we shouldn't go there coz it's a police case. Without complaint they will not treat cabir. And more over she has a friend here who is a doctor so we brought him here.
Meanwhile doctor comes out.
Khanna: nandu what's his blood group.
Manik:O+ve.
Khanna goes inside the ICU again.  Nurse starts running to get blood.
After sometime khanna comes out.
Khanna: mandy there is no O+ve blood in the hospital. We need to give him blood fast. Ask your friends if anybody has .
Fab4 try calling their so called friends. They are start roaming around to collect blood. Seeing everybody busy she directly goes to Khanna
Nandini: Khanna let's go. I don't understand how the hell did u even forget my blood group is o+ve as well.
Let's go. I dont want to waste time.
Fab4 comes dejected
Manik: guys did you guys get anybody I tried but nobody is willing to donate blood.
ADM:No buddy even same answer here.
Manik: Dammit now what shall we do.
Nurse comes out of then ICU to get some medicines.
Manik rushes towards her.
Manik: nurse can you give me any blood bank number. Actually we did not get the blood still. Please we need just a little bit more time.
Nurse: What why do you need a blood bank number. And stop trying for blood also. Its arranged we got o+ve blood already.
Dhruv: what are you serious. Who is it please tell us we want to thank them personally.
Nurse: what I thought she is your friend. Did she not sign in the document as the guardian of the patient.
Manik: you mean to say nandini is giving blood.
Nurse:yes sir. She is giving the blood. Now if u please excuse me I need to bring some medicines.
All four of them are stunned hearing nandini donating the blood to cabir.
Mukti: what is this girl. We insulted her. We made her life hell still she helped cabir in bring him to hospital not only that she is making sure her friend only treats him and now donating her blood.
Manik also feels very overwhelmed.
