Chapter 19

I have been thinking about changing the cover photo, what do you guys think?

After the rest of the ice was cleared they moved onto the next match. The next fighters up were Kaminari and a girl with vines for hair, I didn't catch her name.

It seems uncle made a mistake calling her an assassin though. He started apologizing after she insisted she wasn't trying to kill her opponent.

He then proceeded to ask her out and it might have worked if he didn't add in "and comfort you after your loss." Doesn't he know that makes it sound like an insult.

He sent a wave of electricity over to the girl and she put up a shield using her hair. She then sent it under the ground catching him off guard, and in no time he was immobilized.

That's when I heard that her name is Ibara Shiozaki.

A guy with blond hair then stuck his head over making fun of us.

"Guess he was right, that match really was over in two seconds. I wonder if his real quirk is the ability to tell the future. Hey wasn't class 1-A supposed to be so much better then us?" He says and starts laughing.

"We never claimed to be better then you moron you just made that assumption," I said not even looking at him because I did not want to give him any attention.

I think he was about to say something else but then he went dead silent and fell off the divider.

"Sorry about him," a girl says sticking her head over the divide.

Izu then started muttering about the match causing the class to stare in silence. I wanted to laugh at the muttering but kept it in. I look next to me to see Katsuki getting annoyed but surprisingly he did not blow up.

Once Ochako interrupted his muttering I glance over at Katsuki and smile.

"Hey Lyra," I looked down to see the person talking to me was Izuku.

"I have a lot of info on your quirk but my only question is, your summon quirk is so inconsistent how are you going to have an attack name for each summon?" He asks curiously.

"I figured that as well, so the names of my summons are pretty much the attack name," I say and I see him write that info down.

The next match was Tenya vs Mei Hatsume and Tenya was wearing a support item. Midnight said that he could not wear it but Tenya started giving a speech about why he wanted to wear it. She allows it because... I don't know why, she may be my aunt but I don't get her sometimes.

"Really?" Present Mic asks confused and I think everyone is confused but we just move on.

"Well if everyone's on the same page, let's begin the match," Mic says and the match begins but instead of it being a match it turned into a advertisement.

Poor Tenya he really wanted to do a good job in the fights to make Tensei proud. I am pretty sure being used as a walking advertisement does not make you feel confident.

While the advertisement went on I got up to get ready for my turn.

"Good luck," Katsuki says as I moved past him and I nodded back with a smile.

When I got to the waiting room I saw Uncle Might and I smiled.

"Are you nervous?" He asks as I sat down across from him.

"Of the fight? no," I said then took a sip of my water.

"Of the big crowd watching in the stands? Yes," I say with a small giggle. I have always had a little stage fright but it is less scary once I get started.

"You will do fine, people are going to love you," he says and I took another big gulp of my water.

Soon it was time for me to go so we got up and Uncle walked me to the entrance.

"Just remember to do your best," he says as he pats the top of my head.

"We are going to head right along to the fifth match, is there a reason for those things on her head? From class 1-A it's Mina Ashido!!" Mic shouts.

"Let's do our best!" Mina says to me.

"I agree," I say with a smile.

"Vs mummy mans daughter who is also in class 1-A, Lyra Aizawa!!" Uncle says and we get ready for the fight.

"Now let's get started fifth match begin!" Mic shouts and the match begins.

I did not expect this but she made the first move charging right at me. She shot her acid at me and I kept dodging.

She got so distracted trying to shoot me with acid she did not see I sent some feathers to sneak up behind her.

"Your really good with your quirk Mina," I said still dodging and she smiled.

"Thanks!" She shouts still shooting the acid.

"Why haven't you brought out any of your summons?" She said and she stops shooting her acid but still watching my moves.

"I need to save that for later and besides I don't need them right now," I said and she looks confused, until she is lifted off the ground by a feather or two and dropped in the out of bounds zone.

"Ashido is out of bounds the winner is Aizawa!" Midnight says and the crowd starts cheering.

I look up to where my dad is and I see uncle mic pointing to dad, then pointing to me and then a thumbs up. I smiled knowing that means I did good.

I went to one of the waiting rooms and saw Ochaco, she had a look of determination.

"Are you okay?" I asked and she scratched the back of her head.

"I'm fine, I guess I am just a little nervous," she says and I smiled.

"Your up against Katsuki right?" I asked and she nodded.

"If there is one thing I know about Katsuki is he doesn't hold back," I say and she starts to look nervous.

"If he does that though it means he knows you deserved to have as made it as far as you have," I say and she looks up at me.

"Don't doubt yourself you are strong," I say and she nods with a smile. I refilled my water bottle and head towards the door.

I open it to see Tenya reaching to open the door.

"Hi Tenya," I greet him and he gives a sad smile.

"You still have another chance Tenya, don't feel sad about what happened," I say and he nods.

"I know I just really want him to be proud of me," he says as I pat his shoulder.

"He is, there is no doubt, I will see you guys later," I said and walked out.

After a little while Kiri and the other guy just seemed to knock each other out so it was a tie. Their match will be determined after they wake up.

Finally the next match was Katsuki vs Ochaco.

I hope I did okay in the fight scene and please do let me know if I should change the cover of the story or if I should keep it.
