Sports Festival Arena
Grimmjow walked up to the stage and standing across from him was a female with spiky ash blonde hair that was tied in a high ponytail. She was slightly above average height along with having a slim yet slightly muscular build and a fairly curvaceous figure."Well Firecracker you ready"? Grimmjow asked with a wide grin on his face as Bakugo looked at him in anger as she let off two small explosions from her palms and growled in response."I'm gonna get you". Bakugo's anger was clear in her voice as Grimmjow got into his normal fight stance as did Bakugo with Midnight announced."Begin"! Bakugo and Grimmjow charged at each other with Bakugo swinging with her right hand and an explosion primed in her right palm, this forced Grimmjow to raise his left arm to block it.
As Bakugo's right palm connected it caused an explosion than forced Grimmjow to grimace however the light blue haired male just throw a wild swinging right hook that caught Bakugo flush on the jaw, sending the ash blonde haired female stumbling backwards. Grimmjow took advantage of this small opening and rushed Bakugo down and dropkicked her, Bakugo when skidding across the floor however after a second she used her explosions to assist her in performing a backflip to land on her feet. However the second she landed on her feet Grimmjow speared Bakugo with his shoulder slamming in Bakugo's stomach causing the ash blond haired female to slam into the ground as she let out a deep grunt of pain. Grimmjow was about to start a ground and pound attack but Bakugo shoved both of her hands into his face and created an explosion in both hands sending Grimmjow stumbling backwards and this time it was Bakugo on the offensive.
In the stands
"This is such a great match"! Nel yelled as she was watching the match with Bakugo and Grimmjow with stars in her eyes."Indeed, it seems like Grimmjow may have met his match". Halibel added however a voice next to the short blonde haired female piped up."Kacchan is very strong and her quirk is really amazing". Halibel turned towards the voice and saw that it belonged to Izumi."Izumi I must ask, why are you so supportive about Katsumi when she's mean to you all the time"? Halibel asked with Izumi immediately replying."Well she's my friend and I always support my friends but I see her more as a rival if anything else because she's so strong and beautiful and I want to be like her". Halibel looked at Izumi with some shock as she replied."I see, however another question I have is. What do you think of Grimmjow"? Izumi started to heavily blush and stuttered. Halibel chuckled as she added."That's all I needed to know".
Back to the arena
Both Grimmjow and Bakugo skidded backwards on their feet."Damn I having fun"! Grimmjow yelled as Katsumi replied."So am I"! Both were panting however Katsumi was panting heavily however a second wind kicked in for the both of them as the rushed each other but as the two were about to collide Katsumi once again swung with a right hand but Grimmjow ducked and threw a short left uppercut and a right knee to Bakugo's stomach. However when Grimmjow tried to retract his knee he found his was unable to since Katsumi had hooked the back of his right knee and in a swift motion she unleashed a explosion direct to Grimmjow's chest and just as the explosion hit she released her hold of Grimmjow's knee causing the light blue haired male to stumble backwards. Katsumi pressed her advantage and swung both arms and her palms landed on each of Grimmjow's arms that then caused an explosion causing the light blue haired male the grunt in pain and to finish off her assault Bakugo slammed both palms into Grimmjow's chest and let off the biggest and strongest explosion she could that forced Grimmjow to fly backwards but the light blue haired male just stop before skidding out of the arena.
"Grimmjow can you continue"? Midnight asked as Grimmjow groaned as he rose to his feet and replied."Of course I can". Grimmjow cracked his knuckles as extended his palm and charged up a sphere of blue energy. Katsumi looked up at Grimmjow while she was panting heavily, she tried to move but her legs were just too tired to even move."Cero"! Grimmjow yelled as he fired the large blue sphere at the ash blonde haired female's feet causing her to be knocked unconscious."Katsumi Bakugo has been eliminated, Grimmjow has advanced to the next round". Grimmjow bowed to the crowd who roared in excitement at the match they had just seen, Grimmjow then walked over to Katsumi to and carefully picked her up and carried out of the arena.
Backstage
Grimmjow walked towards the stands however he stopped when he noticed a familiar female walking towards him."Ready for your fight Sharky"? Grimmjow asked with a tired tone with Halibel chuckling as she replied."Of course though I suggest you rest soon, can't having you passing out during your next match". Grimmjow just nodded in response as he walked towards the stands.
In the stands
"Hey girls". Grimmjow said as he sat down with Nel sitting on his left and Izumi sitting on his right along with Shiho and Momo sitting above him."Tired Grimm"? Nel asked as Grimmjow nodded as he slumped in his chair, Nel just giggled as she positioned herself onto Grimmjow's lap and kissed his cheek."You think I could help get your stamina recover". Nel whispered in Grimmjow's ear with the light blue haired male kissing Nel's cheek and replying."I'm sure you can".
