Heroic Test

A/N: here's chapter 8 for ya guys. I will be making a slight adjustment to some peoples heroes costumes, not in this chapter but later on just for future reference.

Hero Test Arena
Grimmjow walks into the holding area where the rest of Class 1-A are watching Izumi and Uraraka take on Kasumi and Tenri. "Ah young Grimmjow you have joined us". All Might proclaims rather loudly causing everyone turn around and see Grimmjow who is wearing a white hakama with a black sash and a waist length ragged white jacket with an upturned collar. The inner lining of the jacket is black and Grimmjow has his sleeves rolled up while also leaving the jacket partly open to expose part of his chest."Yeah yeah I'm here". Grimmjow replies with a rather dismissive tone as he walked towards a wall at the back of the room and leans against it.

Everyone turns back to view the match only to see Izumi use her quirk to knock Kasumi's explosion upwards so it destroyed the ceiling allowing Uraraka to grab the fake bomb. Everyone in the room cheers and begins to congratulate Izumi and Uraraka when the came back to the room."Now for our next match we have Kyoka Jiro and Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez fighting Fumikage Tokoyami and Tsuyu Asui. With young Grimmjow and young Kyoka playing the heroes and young Tokoyami and young Asui playing the villains". All Might announces as Grimmjow just grunts in acknowledgement as he walks out of the room as Jiro looks stunned and slightly afraid of teaming with Grimmjow however Halibel places her hand on Jiro's shoulder as she said."Don't worry about Grimmjow I'm sure he will cooperate with you". Jiro nods as she replies. "If you say so, then again he did help me in the entrance exam so I guess I owe him one". Jiro then leaves the viewing room to catch up with Grimmjow.

With Grimmjow and Jiro

Grimmjow stands in front of the building as he waits for Jiro, he looked up when heard footsteps to see Jiro walking towards him wearing her hero costume."Hey Grimmjow, do you remember me"? Jiro asks nervously as Grimmjow gives Jiro a small side smile as he replies."Hey Jiro, yeah I think so. I helped you with those robots in the entrance exam, glad to see you passed the exam"? Jiro was taken slightly aback by Grimmjow's polite and friendly tone given his attitude this morning."So do you have a plan"? Jiro asks with Grimmjow nodding in response as he asks Jiro a question. "Say Jiro what is your quirk"? Jiro quickly answer. "My quirk is called Earphone Jack, I can use it like a sonar device if I plug it into a wall. But I can use it in a more offensive role by plugging it into an opponent and using the sound of my heartbeat to stun them".

Grimmjow is taken aback slightly with this information but he replies."That's a nice variety of skills, however while we do this I like if you use your quirk in a more supportive way". Jiro nods her head but before she or Grimmjow could say anything else All Might's voice booms over the intercom."BEGIN"!

Grimmjow looks at Jiro as she nods and stabs her left earphone jack into the wall to get a sense of where Tokoyami and Asui were but she recoils from the wall almost immediately as she yells."They're coming full speed here"! Grimmjow nods as he gets into a fighting stance as he replies."Thanks, think you could take Asui while I take Tokoyami on". Jiro nods as she prepares herself for the inevitable fight as both Tokoyami and Asui turn in a full sprint sprinting towards the pair of heroes. Grimmjow lets out a mighty roar as he rushes towards Tokoyami but just before he can reach Tokoyami and start his assault he is blocked by a large shadowy bird figure that comes out of the chest of Tokoyami."This is my quirk Dark Shadow". Tokoyami says with a matter of fact tone as Grimmjow's expression changes to a smile as he disappears and reappears behind Tokoyami and kicks him in the back. Grimmjow quickly follows it up with a left hook followed by a right uppercut and finished the combo with a spinning roundhouse kick to the body sending Tokoyami into a wall, before Tokoyami could recover Grimmjow restrains him.

"Well it seems I underestimated you. I must apologise for that, I prematurely judged you on your outburst this morning and thought of you as this mindless meat head but I was clearly wrong and for that I am sorry". Tokoyami says in a fairly apologetic tone with Grimmjow smiling at Tokoyami as he replies. "You what they say, never judge a book by its cover". Both him and Tokoyami let out a short laugh together however Grimmjow's attention is drawn to Jiro who lets out a small scream as Asui kicks her in the gut. Grimmjow runs away from Tokoyami and begins to charge up a form of red spherical energy attack.

In the observation room

Halibel and Nel looked on in shock at what Grimmjow was doing."Is he fucking crazy"! Halibel yells out as everyone in the room turns to see a look of shock and anger on both Halibel and Nel's faces."What's wrong Halibel"? Momo asked very concerned considering Halibel's expression and tone of voice as Halibel turns to the long black haired female as she replies."What Grimmjow is using a strong technique that could seriously injure Asui if it connects with her". The entire room let out a massive gasp but they're attention is drawn to the large screen when they heard a loud explosion, when the dust cleared Asui is lying on the floor unconscious.

Back with Grimmjow

"Cero"! Grimmjow yells as he releases a red spherical energy blast as it collides with the ground near Asui causing the frog quirk girl to scream in pain as she falls unconscious. Grimmjow walks over to Jiro and extends his hand to pull her to her feet. Jiro accepts Grimmjow's offer and pulls herself to her feet as she looks at Asui while she asked."Is Asui okay"? Grimmjow nods as he replied."Yeah she's fine, it was a fairly weak attack since I didn't really charge it for all that long but I pointed it at Asui's feet so it wouldn't hit her directly because I didn't want to hurt her". Jiro is slightly shocked but nods as she walks over to Tokoyami and released his from his restraints while Grimmjow carefully picks Asui up and walks towards Recovery Girl's clinic.

After taking Asui to Recovery Girl Grimmjow returned to where Class 1-A are however as he enters the room Halibel and Nel immediately confront him with Halibel's bone mask covering the bottom half of her face while Nel has her bone mask on her head."Care to explain that display Grimmjow"? Halibel asks with her tone being very sinister and dark while also snarling under her mask, Grimmjow stares right back with a bone mask forming on the left side of his face as he snarls and growls right back."I fired a weak ass Cero at the feet of Asui to knock her out not to harm her". Grimmjow replies with a similar tone but quickly says."Wanna fight about it Sharkey"?"Gladly". Halibel replies.

A/N: and that concludes chapter 8 for ya guys, I know that the Cero isn't a very powerful attack compared the other things that Grimmjow, Halibel and Nel can do in Bleach but I building up their attacks so I cant just give them their strongest techniques right away otherwise the fights would be boring.
