PAYTONS POV:

I woke up. I've been knocked out I couldn't remember where I was all I knew was I was in major pain. I knew I had cancer because the doctors told me once I was being rushed into the ER ( emergency room ) I saw blood on my face along with my coughing I cried. Because I was so scared. Then I saw this boy. Oh god. He was wow. I looked at him and he screamed "PAYTON!!" Then I saw my mom beside him crying. Why was they crying who was this guy? He was cute. Maybe he's my husband. Was I married??? I checked my finger no ring except this one on my pinky finger. It was pink with a sparkling heart. It felt like someone bought it for me. I don't know but I was admiring it. I looked closely at it and it said girlfriend. I all of a sudden heard a deep voice from the doctor.
"Payton are you okay? Can you hear me? Payton?"
Why was this idiot asking if I could hear him. Obviously I could.
"Yes doctor I can can you hear me?"
I asked sarcastically.
He looked at me and smiled after the nurses pricked me with needles and I screeched.
"What are you smiling at doctor?"
"Your back.. Are you good?"
"Yeah I just don't know why I'm here.."
The doctor looked at me with a weird look on his face.
"What's your name?"
"Uhh.. Obviously payton.. You've said it over a hundred times"
"How many fingers am I holding up?"
"3"
"Good, I'll bring your family in."
I sat their for about 5 minutes and a blonde headed girl came in. She was pretty but she had this smirk on her face like she did something.
"Well hello"
I said
"Hey payton"
"You are?"
"Excuse me?"
"Who are you?"
"Payton stop."
"How do you know my name?"
"Did you?.."
Then the doctor walked in and said their on their way payton.
Mallory turned to her dad and whispered
"Has she lost her memory?"
"Yes but don't make a big deal about it I still haven't told the family yet."
"Oh that's so sad, I'll make sure she's fine daddy"
"Good"
Mallory turned around and said
"So you don't have a clue to who I am?"
"Uhm.. My mom?"
She looked at me and laughed
"No silly your best friend."
"Oh well I'm sorry I bet your a nice person"
"We did a lot together, I'm happy your here"
"Me to.. And your name is?"
"Mallory, Mallory swine"
"Thanks Mallory."
I said with a smile. This girl seemed nice
Then all of a sudden the cute boy and my mom came in crying and screaming I'm so glad your okay. And awake. Then the cute boy gave Mallory a go to hell look.
I told my mom I was happy to see her.
"I'm happy to see you to" she said back
I smiled at her then the cute boy grabbed my hand and tried to kiss me I pushed him away and said
"Woah,woah,woah cute boy... You might be cute but I don't have a clue who you are."
He looked at me shocked then he stood up and let go of my hand...
"Payton no. Payton okay okay uhm.. So you have no clue who I am?"
"No idea... But your cute"
He smiled and a tear shed from his eye
"What's wrong kid?" I asked him bout to cry myself
"I love you. Please tell me you remember me?"
I reached for his hand and said
"I wish I did. You seem like a nice boy. Really."
Then the doctor came in and said
"She's lost her memory, she remembers things like who she is what she has who her mother is how old she is but little things that's has happened in the past 4 months is gone. But will come back in time. But I have excellent news. But I will let her gain back her memory before I can tell her. I would but she just got up from coma so I will wait. But I'm sure you guys will be happy."
"Well can you tell us why she was coughing blood?" My mom said

"Well she lost oxygen for a little bit but she gained it back as soon as she woke up" the doctor said back

"Thanks doctor" I smiled at him
"Your welcome payton"
The boy looked at me an I asked him
"What's your name?"
"Matt. Matthew Espinosa"
"Cute.. Tell me things because I want to remember you" I smiled
He smile back and sat down and grabbed my hand ( Mallory already left when her dad came in )
"Well" he said " To start it all"of he said fiddling with my hands. "I am your boyfriend"
"Oh yummy" I laughed
He laughed as well
"I am a teen star. A vine and youtuber. You came up here to meet me and the rest of the boys but you wanted to see me badly, so when you did... Your oxygen level blanked out and you passed out in front of everyone... And I was with you the whole time and our relationship went on from their, we had fun. Your famous as well."
"Because I'm dating you?"
"Well I don't like to think of myself as famous.. I believe you can do it"
"What's that mean?"
"Well your dream is to be a actress, but your scared because your cancer is bad"
"Do I have a dad?"
He looked at my mom then looked at me
"You never told me the story about him babe."
Babe? Gosh he's so cute when he tells story's
"Well someone tell me"
"Honey, your father ( my mom put her fingers up.. Quoting like he wasn't ) your father left. He's not here anymore. He passed away."
I was In shock
"From what?"
"Well, their was their was a robber in the house when you was 5 And the robber tried raping you and he got your clothes off but got close to completely raping you til your dad came and beat him up and the robber shot him and left... They caught the robber and he got a death sentence I'm so sorry baby."
I cried, I fell into matts arms and he held me I liked it. I felt like I've been here before.
"Payton oh baby why didn't you ever tell me?" Matt asked
"I remember it. I was scared I know that the guy had black hair and was pulling me and hitting me.. It was a awful night.. Then he shot my dad. I ran on top of my dad. And he told me babygirl. Take care of your mother for me, you can do whatever your little heart dreams. You can become a actress. And you can pull through anything I love you and I fell on him, I remember."
"Oh honey" my mom fell on me
I looked over and saw Mallory standing their and I smiled at her and she smiled back and walked off. I wish she would've stayed she seemed nice
"Well enough about this.. Tell me more Matt" he looked up and said
"Well I got you this teddy bear, you've had it with you ever since we met in the hospital and I bought it for you"
"I was wondering where this came from it smells like ( he interrupted me and we said at the same time ) roses and wine" we looked at each other realizing we had said the same thing at the same time.
"You know how long it took me to find a bear like that, Yoir favorite smells, traveled around and finally got it for you babygirl"
"I guess a long time matt"
"Very.. I also got you this ring on your finger the other night, it opens up to, but I was waiting on you to open it on your own but since you don't know go ahead"
I looked at the ring and opened it carefully
It was singing a song, one that I felt like I knew, I started humming to it
"It was the song playing on the day we met and danced to in the hospital room that night" Matt said
I pulled him into a long hug and embraced him. He smelled of love. I cried and said your the sweetest
"I know" Matt said
I wiped my tears away and my mom told us she had to go get food I smiled and said alright love you she replied back with love you to.
She left and Matt took my hand, and said
"Ok so I need to tell you before your mom comes in... Babe. ( he took my hand ) we had sex right before you passed out on the floor. I I thought it was my fault babe. ( he started crying ) but, but I asked the doctor.. I asked him and he said it had nothing to deal with you. Do you know how relieved I was payton. Do you? I thought I lost you!"
He dried his tears and stood up and walked around. And sat back down and said
"Babe I love you, I want you to remember me!"
I was so in shock. He forced me to do it with him? I had to know
"Did I want to or did you force me?"
"I told you we didn't have to but you insisted because you was afraid since you have cancer you want to experience it with me. If it had to be anyone you want it to be with me."
"Awwh Matt, I feel like I know you I do but I can't say I love you just yet."
"I understand but know I do okay?"
"I know you do. I do"
