|| T H R E E ||

You groan as you stretch your back. It's 10 pm now. 'Man, time really flies when you're focused on doing something...' you thought. You gather all of the herbs in their respective jars and carried them into your room.

After placing the jars on your shelf you sat on your bed. 'Hm... I guess Gundham is already asleep... I'm up for some snack actually' with that thought in mind, you went downstairs to the kitchen.

You searched the kitchen for some (snack) but it seems that you've ran out of it. You sighed dejectedly and look at the clock, "Guess I still can go to the convenience store to buy some..." You mumbled to yourself.

You went upstairs to get your wallet and phone. After that, you wear your shoes and went out of the house.

The walk to the convenience store only took about 10 minutes. You push open the door and went inside. It's pretty empty but it's understandable, considering it's already late at night. You quickly make your way to the aisle that contains (snack) and took a lot of it.

You went to took a bottle of soda too. Just as you're about to take a bottle of panta, someone else snatch it first.

"Yoink! Nishishi, it's mine now!"

There, in front of you, stood a purple haired boy. He's the same height as you, if not taller by a few centimeters.

You stared blankly at him and went to take another one, but he took it again. And again and again and again and again...

"For God's sake, could you please stop doing that?!!" You finally exclaimed at him. The boy smile mischievously at you, "Nishishi! Alright! But it seems you don't have enough space in your arms huh?" He asked. You looked down at your arms and noticed that he's right.

You sighed and looked back up at him, "It's fine, I'll manage. Now give me that Panta..." You grumble. He just smirk at you and skipped to the counter. You groan and followed him there.

You put all of the items you're holding and turned to the purple gremlin, "I have some space now, give me that." You said as you pointed at one of the Panta he's holding.

He let out that weird laugh of his again and hand you one of them. 'Finally!' you thought as you paid for all of the stuff you bought and walked out of the store.

As you're walking, you noticed an extra pair of footsteps echoing. You turned around and saw the same boy from before, drinking a bottle of Panta. He started at you questioningly, "What?" He asked.

"Why are you following me?" You narrowed your eyes at him.

"I'm not following you! I'm going home!" He exclaimed.

You rolled your eyes and turned around from him and continue your walk.

You walk faster than before, trying to make a big gap between you and the annoying boy.

"Sooo... What's your name?"

You jumped at the sudden voice beside you and glare at the boy who's now walking beside you.

You ignore him and continue walking, hoping that he'll part ways with you soon.

"WAAAH!! YOU IGNORE MEEE!!!"

You jumped once again and turned to look at him in shock. He's bawling his eyes out and you have no idea whatever you should do.

So you continue to stare at him awkwardly.

He calmed down instantly after awhile and pouted at you, "Aw! You didn't fell for my trick and try to comfort me!" He whined.

Realizing that he almost tricked you, you huffed and start walking ahead of him. "H-hey wait! You never told me your name!!" He exclaimed as he quickly jogged to your side.

You just looked at him from the corner of your eyes and looked ahead again. The boy pouted from the lack of reaction, "How about this, I'll tell you my name first, then you'll tell me yours!" He said as you both stopped walking.

You stared at him and sighed, "Fine..."

"Nishishi!~ My name is Ouma Kokichi!" He said.

"My name is (L/N) (Y/N)..." You mumbled, hoping that he wouldn't catch it. But it seems that he did because his face brightened, "Well, (L/N)-chan it's nice to meet you!"

You raised an eyebrow at the friendly honorific he used to call your name but didn't questioned it.

The rest of the walk is filled with Kokichi asking you some stuffs and you answering him shortly.

You almost scream in delight as he said that he must part ways with you because his house is in the other direction.

"You're interesting, (L/N)-chan! Usually people will fall for my tricks but you didn't! I wish we'll meet again soon, nishishi!~" Kokichi said as he waved at you while walking away.

You waved back, albeit reluctantly and continue to walk back home.

After arriving at home, you put the stuffs you buy in their respective places and took one of the (snack) and eat them. After you're done you throw the trash to the trashcan and climb the stairs to go to your room.

You flopped on the bad, remembering the events from before.

'I don't want to meet that Kokichi boy ever again...'
