As the beautiful sun was rising and Grim's vision was clearing, he continued to look at the person in front of him, he said "Tiana is that you?", she soon walked towards him. The girl put her hand on his shoulder and said "Grim I'm sorry to tell you this but, I don't think Tiana made it...". When Grim's vision finally adjusted, the girl in front of him had long black hair, and her skin was pale like the moon, Grim gave a confused look to her and said "Who are you?", she responded and said "You're memory must be waking up as well, it's me Emma, Satans daughter, you're old drinking buddy.". Grim started to remember, he looked at her and said "Where's Tiana?", she looked down and out her hands together, she looked up again and looked at him, "I don't know how to tell you this but, when I went to the house and saw you on the ground, the first person I thought to find was Tiana, but she wasn't anywhere, no ashes, no body, no bones, nothing anywhere...". Grim looked at her, "What do you mean nothing? There had to be something!", she got off the bed and said "I'm telling you the truth, there was nothing, not even a blood splatter!".
Grim looked at Emma and said "Can you give me a minute alone?", Emma shook her head yes and soon left the room, after she left Grim got up and look in a mirror, he started to scream, almost roaring, and he punched the mirror in anger. As the knife shattered, Grim grabbed a shard of glass and stabbed his hand, yelling out "Why!? Why!? Why is it every time I fall in love that they get taken away from me!?". Emma soon ran back in the room and Grabbed his arms, "Grim stop!" She shouted "Stabbing yourself and breaking things won't solve anything", Grim soon calmed down and sat back down, he looked at Emma and said "Can you at least tell me what happened while I was gone?", she slightly smiled and said "Sure I'll pour us some drinks...". Emma went off to another room, Grim looked at the walls and saw photos of Emma and her father, along side old photos of her and Grim at bars, and even when Grim got home from being a guardian for the soldiers in world war 2, Grim saw his outfit and mask, cleaned on a chair, it was time to take these old bandages off and get ready.
When Grim got done putting his outfit and gear on, he looked at his mask, if Tiana was dead he didn't want her to be sad in the after life, so he decided to not put the mask on, he then got out of the room. Grim went to the living room and sat on a chair near a fire place and TV, on the TV was just an old black and white romantic movie, Emma had always been a big fan of Romantic stories with realistic characters, he looked around at more paintings and photos. Emma soon came out of the kitchen with multiple drinks, she put them on the table and handed Grim a tall glass of red whine, Emma smiled and said "So what is it you want to know?", Grim took a sip from his glass and said "First thing, what did you do when I was in a coma?", Emma drank from her glass as well and replied by saying "Well I tried to get into your head and see what you were dreaming about, next thing you know I was called crazy and thrown out of a bar by some fans of yours", Grim's eyes widened and he said "That was you?! I'm so sorry" Emma laughed and said "It's fine Grim!". After awhile of talking and answering questions Grim soon asked "So I was wondering if we could go to my home, just because I'd like to see everything that's left there.", Emma softly shook her head and said "Yes I understand, I guess we can, see if there's anything you'd like to keep from what's left of the house, but for now we drink, and once we're done, we can go.", Grim looked down, where could Tiana be?
