"I love you" father tells me
"No I love you more" I reply happily.
"I love your more than my self" he tells me. He swoops me in for a hug and swings me around. The walls then fall down and everything is black.

It was only a dream, its  not real he's gone. I'm going to visit mom today but first I have to find max. I call him and he doesn't answer so I call him again. I should just go to his house and check if he's alright. I brush my teeth and change into jeans and a black tanktop. I get a muffin to eat and start to walk.

Its a long walk but I like the time alone.I knock on his door and his mom answers.

"Hi is max home he hasn't been answering my calls"I tell his mother.

" yeah come inside his with Brittney upstairs you can go up if you want" she tells me politely.

I start to walk up the stairs and breath out and in. I get to his room and twist the doorknob and when the door opens I'm lost in words.

Max. Brittney. One bed. Kissing. My best friend and boyfriend? What.

I rush to the staircase, not wanting to speak with anyone.

"Wait Tessa wait" brittney calls to me. I just ignore it and walk faster.

"Wait tess let me explain" max shouts out.

I turn around and start to speak.

" explain what, what is there to explain. That I found my best friend since we were little kids and my boyfriend who I loved since I can't remember kissing on your bed. And through everything Im going through I thought at least have my best friend and boyfriend yet you guys.. I'm not finishing that. I can't believe you guys. Dont text me, call me, and don't bother to show up at my fathers funeral." I say and run out his house and to the sidewalk.

When I walk home my throat is getting closed up and my feet are hurt I decided I don't wanna go home so I go to the bus stop. When I get on the bus I just start to think. Have they been doing it since we started the relationship or before. Why wouldn't she tell me. I get off at the hospital and visit mother. When I look into the room there's a man there and his crying. I go to the front desk and ask who that is. Her husband she tells me. Her husband? What dads her husband always has been always will. Akhh just forget about it. When I walk into the room he stares at me and finally speaks.

"You must be Tessa" he tells me.

"That I am and who may you be?" I ask him.

"I'm a friend of your mother" he replys back.

"Then why did the woman at the desk say you were her husband?" I ask mad.

"Because that's the only way they'd let me in." He tells me.

"That's messed up. This whole thing is"I say telling him and myself.

"I'll leave, give you guys sometime together alone" he says as he leaves. I flash a fake smile.

"I miss you mom I really do" I tell my mom. Hoping she can hear one way or another.

I put my head on her body and take a little nap. When I wake up its 9:00 p.m and I have 11 missed calls. 2 from brittney. 4 from max. And 5 from grandpa. I call grandpa back. Listening to every ring scared what he'll say.

"Tessa are you alright" grandpa ask through the phone. His voice is chockin up its either the phone or he has been crying.

"Yeah I'm alright I'm at the hospital visiting mother"I tell him

"I'm coming to pick you up" grandpa says as he shuts the phone off.

Bye mother. I walk out the room and step out the hospital. I fell water falling. Just drizzle but now its getting harder. But I like it. Its like a story, my life the drama never ends. Well who knows where life will take me?

Grandpa's car arrives. I enter it and right away he tells me:

"Go to sleep you have a big day tomorrow"

Oh shoot I forgot my father's funeral.

When I get home I run upstairs to my bed hoping to find some peace alone instead I find britteny.

"Get the hell out I'm not in the mood just go to max how bout that?!"I tell Brittney pissed.

"I will leave but I need to tell you something first. Max is truly sorry he loves you Tess" she tells me

"Then tell him he should have thought about that before getting in bed with my best friend and second its tessa Tess is only for friends"I tell her and go on my bed. After a few second I hear footsteps getting out and I sleep.
