Conversing Feelings [ON HOLD]

I feel a lot of us should be able to relate to this poem, it speaks about accepting you and your mistakes, I don't know if that quite makes sense😂😂 somehow the right word elude me. Generally, it's about you being YOU regardless of your past and all.

It will always be my story,
My past, my history.
The curves, twists and bends,
Those that left me at the rope's end.

Left me, because I have lived,
Despite the hate I love.
Grateful for the scars taught,
Where the tunnel brought.

It will forever be my tale,
my experience, all of them,                                    
Those that broke me, and taught me.

My scars that defines me,
I wear them proudly like a badge,
Owning every bit.

I rise like a phoenix escaped from me,
Through the flame,
Leaving ashes underneath.
