"Wh... What are you doing?! What's wrong with you?!" You heard the king shout to the group of "holy" knights that were grabbing his arms and dragging him off his chair forcefully. You and Elizabeth were both listening from behind a nearby wall.

"We can't let this play on any longer! Your pacifistic means are doing no good except for letting the Holy Knights' swords rust! We need to start preparing for the holy war the right way, whether you agree or not!" A holy knight threatened.

King Liones cried out as he was dragged out of the room and towards the dungeon, "What do we do now?"
"We prepare for war. Recruit men for the army, and women and children will assist with food and other resources." They nodded before most of them dispersed from the room.

You and Elizabeth both backed away from the room quietly before you stared at each other worryingly, "What are we going to do...?" When you asked her, she paused for a long moment before responding, "I think...I think I know..." She took your hand in hers and dragged you away to a dark, spare room, locking the door behind her. Elizabeth then began to remove her dress, revealing her black leotard, thigh high boots, and fingerless gloves that nearly reached her shoulders.

She gave you a glance before opening the large closet, revealing a large suit of armour. "Do you know...The Seven Deadly Sins...?" She asked as she began to put it on.

You thought for a moment; you have heard a few humans mention them now and then in conversations, but you never really got the chance to research them. You shook your head.

"Apparently they are a dangerous group of criminals who've all betrayed our country...They are the only ones capable of defeating the Holy Knights; it is a risk worth taking!" She declared while she fitted the metal helmet on.

You didn't respond right away. Was she really making the right decision? Is it right for her to abandon her place? Would you two even find the sins?! You shook your head, no, you promised to stand by Elizabeth forever! Even if it means going on this adventure with her! "Yeah...Yeah! I promise to assist you, Elizabeth!"You beamed while placing your hands on your hips, "Thank you Y/n, I won't be able to do this without you..." She muttered with a smile, it's not like you would've been able to see it though, thanks to the armour.

You heard a banging on the door, "Open up immediately! In the name of the holy knights, I order you!" A voice commanded.
"Let's go!" You whisper-shouted before running up to the brick wall and punching a large enough hole so you and Elizabeth could fit through.

"Have you got a bag?!" You asked the girl, and she nodded as you quickly removed your dress and underwear, "Wh-what are you doing, Y/n?!" She covered her eyes with her arm, "You'll see..." Once you were completely bare, you opened the small bag on Elizabeth's side and stuffed your clothes in there before quickly transforming into a dragon and activating perception blocking on both you and your friend.

You crouched as low as you could and stared at Elizabeth so that she could get the hint, "Wait...Really...?" She was taken aback—was she really about to ride a dragon!?

"I heard a wall smash!" "Princess Elizabeth is gone!" "Has she escaped?!" "Did she hear us?!"
Elizabeth gasped before quickly climbing on top of your body and wrapping her arms and legs around your neck as best she could.

Your wings extended, as did your legs, as you started to take off and fly. As you soared through the clouds, your eyes closed blissfully. Elizabeth slowly opened her eyes, which had previously been squeezed shut, and let out a small gasp of awe.

The view was truly extraordinary; you could both see the whole of Britannia, and Elizabeth's heart broke a little bit when she started to see a crowd gather in the town square with some holy knights on the King's balcony... Probably making the announcement.
