The giant immediately woke up at the sound of her voice being called and opened her eyes, revealing her beautiful purple orbs.
"Hello! My name is Y/N! I hope--" You were in the middle of squeezing her breasts in the same way Meliodas was squeezing yours when you and him first met, how nice of him to teach you that friendly gesture! Your greeting was cut off by her grabbing your whole body.
"And what do you think you're doing?!" She interrogated as she looked right into your eyes, "Omph! What... A grip!" You were able to muster out.
Just as she was going to throw you away as far as she could, Meliodas spoke up, "Yo, Diane! It's been ten years!" She looked at the boy,
"Meliodas...?" Then let out a small gasp, "CAPTAAAAAAAAIN!" She unintentionally threw you high and behind.
You just stayed silent as you flew further and further away, just thinking, should you sprout your wings? It would really ruin your uniform if you did... But if you just landed safely, then that would make your uniform dirty! Ah, both choices would just seem so rude as to damage your gift!
But in the end, you didn't even have to make a choice. "Gotcha!" Meliodas cheered as he suddenly had you in a bridal hold and returned to the small crowd.
The brunette had an unidentifiable look on her face as she just stared at you as you left the boy's arms. You were all silent until she suddenly shouted, "YOU CHEATER!!!" She picked up Meliodas and violently threw him back onto the ground.
"JUST WHEN I THOUGHT I WAS REUNITED WITH THE MAN I LIKE, YOU END UP BRINGING OTHER WOMEN WITH YOU!? YOU'VE SCARRED MY WOMAN'S HEART!! IF YOU HAVE ANY EXCUSES, SAY THEM NOW!!"
"Diane, I don't need an excu..." He tried to climb out of the hole in the ground that the giant made, only to be punched by her giant fists over and over again.
"I DON'T WANNA HEAR YOUR EXCUSES!!! CAPTAIN, YOU PEVERT WOMANISER!!
"Just hear me out..."
~Time skip~
"...And that's why Elizabeth and Y/n are travelling to find the Seven to stop the Holy Knights." The giant sulked and looked down, saying, "Oh...Is that it...? Sorry... I got ahead of myself and went a little out of control...And sorry for throwing you,, Y/n..." You gave her a big thumbs up, "It's okay, none of us are damaged...!" Meliodas raised an eyebrow at you, "Well- y'know, nothing really bad happened... So, it's all good!"
"So neither of your relationships with the captain are like that, huh?" She asked you and Elizabeth, and you both shook your heads. "By the way, our relationship isn't like that either..." Meliodas muttered, earning a whiney 'Whaaaa!?' From Diane.
"...So Captain, you're lending your strength to the princess and Y/n to find the other seven?" She asked, "Well, yeah, but I've got my own reasons, too. I want to ask you something. About what happened ten years ago..."
"Huh?...Oh. That wonderful day when we were summoned by the great Holy Knight?" Diane scratched the back of her neck. "I have almost no memories that day."
"Huh...? You don't have any memories... Really?"
"The last thing I remember is being summoned to an old castle on the outskirts of the town. It was the national foundation festival, and the Lord Great Holy Knight said that he had an important matter to discuss... When we opened the door...He was..." He shook his head, "We were then suddenly surrounded by around three hundred knights, they started to attack, and then someone told me that they were sorry....Those were the last words I can remember. When I came to my senses, I was lying in a hole somewhere... That's where I met Hork."
"Th...Then the Seven Deadly Sins were framed for the murder of the great holy knight...?!" Elizabeth questioned, "Does that mean that one of the Seven is a traitor?" Diane muttered.
"That's why I want to know what happened back then."
"I don't care if it's about a traitor or a Holy Knight, but for my captain," She stomped her foot down triumphantly, "I, the serpent's sin of envy, Diane...Will lend you my strength!!"
"Alright! That'll help a lot!"
"Thank you, Lord Diane!"
"Thank you so much!!"
"Let me make this clear. The only reason I'm helping you two, is for the Captain!"
"Al... Alright! Lord Diane threatened us to help hide her for ten years, or she would go on a rampage... Now, we can finally live in peace!" One of the imps shouted.
It had suddenly gotten very windy, and dark clouds started to form in the sky. Hork snorted, "Smells like rain-clouds..." But his previously calmer attitude was cut short by him squealing, "Hey guys, look up!"
The sky was now basically filled to the brim with dark, swirling clouds. The thunder inside of them was very apparent: "What... Is up with that gigantic thunder cloud!!?"
Everybody there was suddenly confided in what looked like small-yet strong-lighting binds. "Elizabeth!" You called out,
"My...My body's paralysed...!" She grimaced and shivered.
A loud thud caught your attention, and you looked forward to see a young man with pink hair and full armour holding a sword.
"We finally meet, sin..!!"
