Chapter 5: first dates and first meetings

"I'm pretty sure this isn't supposed to happen before the first date" Rachel thought aloud as her and Finn lay cuddled up to each other after a marathon of sex.

"I would agree but that was too good" he sighed contently as he stroked her smooth skin and placed soft kisses on her head. "Want to do it again?" He asks playfully and instead of answering she hoisted herself up to straddle his waist and pulling him in for a sweet kiss.

Santana awoke the next morning in her own room, Puck's arm slung around her waist. She quietly snuck out and went into Rachel's room, making sure she got home safely last night. She was not however, expecting to see Finn on top of her moaning her name in throes of passion. Before she could get caught, she quickly snuck out and shuddered trying to remove the image from her head and joining puck in the bed.

"Want some breakfast?" Rachel asked as she stroked his chest.

"Yeah, let's go" he says as he offers his hand to pull her up. He pulls on his boxers and she throws on a silk robe before they make their way to the kitchen.

"Pancakes?" She asks as he takes a seat on one of the high stools on the kitchen island, sipping his coffee as he watches her move. He simply nods and she gets to work pulling out the ingredients. She makes extra for Santana and Puck, as she heard them stumbling in last night, and sets them to the side before sitting next to Finn and eating.

"That was amazing, thank you" he says against her lips. She takes a seat on his lap and closes the gap between them, he cups her face pulling her closer before they are interrupted by the sound of someone clearing their throat.

"Hi" Rachel blushes, moving away from Finn's lap and to the sink where she places the dirty dishes. "I made you guys some pancakes, they're over there". The two waste no time grabbing a plate to eat the food.

"So, you two had fun last night?" Puck asks suggestively before high fiving a grinning Finn who immediately stops at the raised eyebrow he was given by Rachel. 

"Oh I almost forgot, you two will never believe this" Santana smirked taking a swig of her coffee. She very much enjoyed a gossip, especially when she was the one who got to tell it.

"Sam and Quinn made things official last night, in fact he's meeting Beth later on" she said matter of factly and the pair raised their eyebrows in surprise.

"Wait haven't they only been on like one date?" Finn asks confused and gets the confirmation from Santana.

"They're moving pretty quickly, I hope it doesn't come back to bite them on the ass" puck admits hearing a round of agreement from the others.

"As long as they're happy right?" Rachel shrugs, although she can't help but admit that they are in fact moving very quickly. "Although introducing him to Beth may not be the best idea, she's already had one father figure walk out on her I don't think she'll be able to handle another" she admits.

"Beths the kid you were with the other day?" Finn asks and she nods. "She was sweet" he smiles at the memory.

"Yeah she's great" Rachel smiles.

"Meh, pretty annoying" Santana shrugs and Rachel rolls her eyes.

"Santana that's horrible" Rachel scolds.

"What, just because I'm the only one who doesn't fall for her charms. You spend more money on that kid then you do on yourself Berry" Santana remarks and Rachel shakes her head.

"How can I say no to that face?" She giggles.

"Like this: N.O, go and ask your mommy. Not even her father wanted her" Santana shrugs and Rachel gasps rather dramatically.
