Without realizing it, you'd run directly to Hero's castle. The castle towers above you, the light from inside contrasting against the dark of the night. Your stomach churns with anxiety. What if Hero is mad at you? What if he won't let you in? The sudden rain pours down on you, you shiver in the cold.

"Oh, Y/N..." You hear Steve shout in the distance. The fear of what he might do to you overpowers your anxiety towards Hero. You grab the handle to the door and pull on it, but it doesn't open. You slam your fists on the door, pulling the knob as hard as you can.

"Hero!" You scream, pounding on the door. "Please!" You plead. The door handle wiggles. The door opens slightly, revealing Hero standing behind it. His eyes are tired, their not glowing as bright as usual. "Hey..." You say awkwardly.

"What happened to you not needing me?" He asks, clearly annoyed.

"Babe, look, I'm sorry, I just--"

"What do you need? Food? Armor?"

"No, I need to come in." You try to push past him and into the castle, but he won't let you in. "Please?" You look up at Hero.

"You said you didn't need me,"

"I'm sorry, please, baby, just let me in,"

"Why should I?"

"Y/N..." You hear Steve shout again. Hero perks up, staring into the dark, scanning for Steve.

"He's here?

"And I'm pregnant," You blurt out.

"You're pregnant?!" Hero jumps, his eyes wide. "Why didn't you tell me?" Hero grabs your arm and pulls you into the castle, slamming and locking the door behind you.

"I barely found out today," You respond, holding your arms to your chest, shivering. Hero grabs a cloak and wraps it around your shoulders, leading you to your bedroom.

"Let's get you out of these clothes, baby," Hero says, gently taking off your shirt and bra and placing them on the bed. Steve grabs a sweater and puts it on you. He slowly pulls your pants off, placing them beside you as well. He pulls some sweatpants onto your legs, then wraps a blanket around your shoulders. You start crying.

"Oh, baby, why are you crying?" Hero asks, brushing your hair out of your face.

"I thought I could do it by myself," Your voice cracks as you say this.

"Oh, baby," Hero pulls you to him, holding you tight. "It's okay, as long as you tried your best." You cry into his shoulder.

"I wanted--" you sniff, "I wanted to prove I could handle myself," you pull away and wipe your tears.

"I know, baby. I think you did that, though, did you not?"

"What do you mean? I haven't defeated the dragon,"

"No, but you've done so well, baby," He grabs your hands, gently holding them. "You've proved you can handle yourself, but everyone needs help, sometimes. It's okay to ask for help when you need it," Hero says. You nod silently. "You just gotta ask, baby,"

"I know," you mutter. "Will you help me?"

"Of course, I love you,"

"I love you, too," You lean into Hero, he wraps his arm around you. "Steve said he was going to get to the baby if I didn't tell you,"

"What do you mean get to it?"

"I don't know, that's just what he said. Then he set my base on fire and took my things when I rejected his help,"

"I see..." Hero pauses. "You think he wants the baby for your amorium?"

"You think so?"

"I mean, it'll be a pretty powerful baby. If he took the baby and raised it as his own, he could harvest its amorium infinitely. As long as it loved him," Hero places a hand on your stomach.

"You think that's what he wants?" You meet his eyes.

"It's what he wanted with you before,"

"That's true." You look back down at your stomach, yours and Hero's hands on it.

"How did he get out of the Nether, though?"

"He used my portal from when I went,"

"I see... How are we going to get rid of him? We can't kill him, and we can't banish him to the Nether. We'd have to throw him off the edge of The End or something,"

"Wait... say that again. Something about The End?" You say, looking up at Hero, gaining eye contact.

"I said we could throw him off the edge of The End. Anything that goes down there dies and doesn't respawn,"

"We could do that,"

"How are we supposed to do that?"

"We'll lead him to The End, then throw him off the edge, easy." You smile.

"We can't get home from The End without defeating the dragon,"

"Let's defeat the dragon, then,"

"I..." Hero sighs, then stays silent, thinking. "We could... it's gonna be hard, though,"

"We can do it,"

"Go get ready, then,"
