Amelia has taken years of dance lessons, practically exercising her entire life. She ran, she lifted, she struggled. But she's never felt the burn she has today when she realized she hadn't done karate in 3 days. When practicing a martial art, the physical body slowly gets used to the feeling of being beaten, being sore, being bruised; however, not practicing for three days left Amelia in a world of hurt later.

So, after three days of doing literally anything else, Amelia and Miguel find themselves back in the Cobra Kai dojo standing in front of a mannequin with Johnny.

"Can't strike first if you don't know how to strike. The Cobra strike consists of two parts: the lunge, which requires use of the whole body," Johnny explains, punching the dummy's face. "and the bite, which is everything, that happens after you make contact. All right?"

He pushes against the dummy's face, smushing it before continuing, "You don't stop here where the knuckle hits the bone," he pushes harder, "You punch through the bone like the guy you really want to hit is standing behind the asshole. Alright?"

Then Johnny exhales and demonstrates, yelling, "Hyah!"

"Damn son!" Amelia shouted excitedly, while Miguel looked like a scared puppy.

Johnny rolled his eyes before demonstrating, "Strike here, you bloody his nose. Strike here, you break his teeth. Strike here, you could severely damage his trachea. Obviously that's only for extreme situations," he pauses, taking a quick look at Miguel before pushing Miguel in front of the dummy. "Alright, line up. Twinkle Toes, you're next. Focus, I want you both to practice," he instructed.

However, before he could watch Miguel take his first hit, Johnny's phone started ringing, causing him to step away. "Keep practicing, I want the both of you to punch through the dummy," he called out, walking away from the pair.

Miguel nods and then pushes at the dummy at an incredibly slow speed. Amelia facepalmed herself at her brother's antics before asking in wonder, "Wasn't that awesome?"

Miguel punches the dummy weakly before going behind Amelia, asking, "What?"

"That punch!" The girl exclaimed, taking her stance.

"Yeah it was badass."

"Do you think we'll be able to do that?" Amelia asked, punching the dummy harder than her brother could.

Miguel takes his original stance when Amelia walks behind him and punches the dummy weakly, retorting, "Hopefully."

Johnny gets off the phone and walks over yelling, "No, no, no! Diaz, what are you doing? You're doing it all wrong." He sighs before continuing, "What do you want, those kids at school to keep dumping shit on your head? You want all the girls to think you're a wang-less dork? Cause' you can stop your training right now, walk outside and let the whole world know you're a loser. Or you could plant your feet, look your enemy in the eyes and PUNCH HIM IN THE FACE!

Miguel looks at his sensei with fear lacing his eyes and tears brimming around the lashes while lining his feet up to his Sensei's command. Amelia looks at her sensei with fury written across her brows and looks like she's about to punch Johnny instead of the dummy.

Johnny takes a deep breath then calmly instructs, "Picture your enemy. You have a picture in your mind?"

Miguel takes a moment and then nods. "Then what are you gonna do?" Johnny asks.

Miguel punches the dummy with such force that it made Amelia flincing, yelling, "Hyah!"

"Again!"

"Hyah!"

"Are you a loser?"

"No Sensei!"

"Again!"
