25. My Beginning, End & Ever After

"Sab pata chal gaya mujhe. Tu yahan kyu aaya hai, kiski baaton se affect hokar aaya hai sab pata chal chuka hai mujhe. Tujhe mujhpe bas itna hi trust tha kya? Kisi ne kuch bhi bola aur tune maan liya. Waah yaar, ye toh nahi socha tha maine ki tu itna kamzor niklega. Tune aisa soch bhi kaise liya ki mujhe embarrassed feel hoga teri wajah se. Mere liye padhai important hai, lekin padhai sab kuch nahi hoti. Kya ho gaya agar tujhe achhe marks nahi aaye toh? Aaj tu bhi itni mehnat karke achhe se reh raha hai na. Toh phir kyu tujhe aisa laga. Pyaar hai tu mera, aur kuch bhi ho jaaye me tujhse pyaar karungi. Lagi samajh? Aur itna mat socha kar faltu ka. Aise toh Ronnie ki koi baat nahi sunta tha tu, yeh baat itni zyada seriously le li." Shehnaaz ranted.

"I am really very sorry Shehnaaz. Par tu bata mein kya karta? Kahi na kahi usne jo bola wo mujhe sach laga. Sorry, ye meri galti hai. Mujhe tujhpe bharosa karna chahiye tha. Will you please forgive me?" Sidharth joined his hands in front of her dramatically.

"Pehle I love you bol." She demanded.

"I love you bahut zyada baby." She jumped upon him and whispered an 'I love you'.

"Maafi toh tujhe tab hi milegi jab tu ice cream party dega." She said.

"Okay. Chalo, lets have ice cream."

They went to the nearby ice cream parlour 'The Twilight Cafe' and ordered their favourites. Sidharth didn't leave Shehnaaz even for a second. All his dreams of being with her were finally true.

"Waise sab kuch tujhe mom ne bataya kya Shehnaaz?" Sidharth asked randomly, making Tanishq gulp.

"Nahi Tanishq ne." Shehnaa said.

Sidharth glared at Tanishq and he looked towards the wall. "Kya mast diwar hai na?" He said, amused at the plain wall.

"Ruk jaa tujhe aaj uss diwar me hi ghusa deta hu." Sidharth said angrily.

"Haan wapas apni wali pe aa gaye Mr. Scowl." Harpreet said and after so long, it felt like the group was back.

"Mujhe laga tha tu sudhar gayi hogi, par nahi. Hum toh abhi tak besharam hai."

They started fighting like kids again after years. It was a beautiful atmosphere all around to see the old friends reunite.

"Par aaj tu Tanishq ko kuch nahi karega, kyuki usne tera stand liya kal. Maine tere baare me kuch bol diya toh ise itna gussa aa gaya tha. Aisa lag raha tha isme teri aatma aa gayi." Shehnaaz said to Sidharth. He went to him and shared a brotherly hug.

"Wah mere sher. Mujhe pata nahi tha tu mere se itna pyaar karta hai.' Sidharth taunted, patting his back.

"Pyaar nahi hai wo toh mujhe Shehnaaz pe daya aa rahi thi. Ronnie ne use itna bola na." Tanishq said unknowingly and Shehnaaz hissed. 

"Ek second, Ronnie ne kya bola Shehnaaz ko? Kuch ulta seedha bola hoga na toh mein usko ab nahi chhodunga." Sidharth said loudly.

"Arre chhod na Sidharth. Ab sab theek ho toh gaya hai." Shehnaaz said.

"Hey, ek idea hai. Ronnie ko prank call kare? Uske paas Sid ka naya number nahi hai na." Harpreet suggested.

"Wah Harpreet, kya idea hai!" Sidharth hi-fived Harpreet and pulled out his phone. He dialed Ronnie's number and mentally prepared the script. His voice had changed a lot, making it an advantage for them.

"Hello, mein Raju Solanki bol raha hu. Aap Ronnie hai kya?" Sidharth said.

"Haan. Kya kaam hai?" He replied.

"Woh aapka ek parcel aaya tha mere paas."

"Konsa parcel?"

"Woh aapki kabz aur khujli ki dawai hai. Uspe Raju Shrivastava bana hai aur likha hai, 'Arre bhaiya, aapko kabz hai kya'? He said, making all of them giggle silently.
