" GOD DAD YOUR SO ANNOYING JUST LET ME LIVE IN PEACE!" Chae-young yelled running out of her parents mansion
" KIM JINYEOL DON'T TALK TO ME LIKE THAT I AM YOUR FATHER!"
" MY NAME ISN'T JINYEOL ANYMORE! GOD YOU WOULD KNOW THAT IF YOU PAID ATTENTION TO ME!" She yelled ignoring her security guards.
" Chae-young please don't do this." One of the security guards said grabbing her arm, yanking her arm out of his grip she growled at him.
" JAE-SOOK CHAE-YOUNG COME BACK!" Her mother yelled running after them
" OH SO NOW YOU KNOW MY NAME!" She yelled running her hands through her hair frustrated, her mother looked at her father quickly running over to him.
" Ugh what now?" She asked angrily she saw her father on the floor yellow skin and yellow eyes Chae-young gasped running over to him.
" Call the ambulance!" Her mother yelled
" CALL THE AMBULANCE DON'T JUST STAND THERE!" Chae-young yelled watching the life leave her father's eyes.
At the hospital Chae-young hugged herself feeling extremely cold, she ran out of the house in shorts, a navy blue undershirt and a blue button up shirt no jacket or someone to keep her warm.
" This is all your fault Chae-young!" Her mother yelled
" I-I'm eomma, I-"
" Jinyeol! Eomma!" Remi yelled
" Remi..." Her mother yelled running over to her older sister, Remi looked at her crying mother and her younger sister.
" W-What happened?" Remi asked
" Your father has cancer Remi!" Their mother yelled
Chae-young's eyes widened hearing what her mother yelled, everything felt like it was falling apart. Shivering to death she curled up to the cold wall it had been at least 9 hours, her older brother and wife had made it and HongJoong couldn't he was too busy. She started to feel numb like nothing was bothering her anymore.
" Is he going to be okay" Minsoo asked
" The doctor-"
" He's dead." Chae-young said in a low emotionless voice hugging her legs tightly
" Don't say that Chae-young." Minsoo said
" What else do want me to say? That's he's going to be okay? Give you all false hope?" She asked getting up from the small chair she was sitting on.
" This is all your fault Chae-young!" Her mother yelled sobbing into Remi's shoulder.
" When isn't it?" Chae-young asked walking away from them, Minsoo ran after her grabbing her arm.
" What the hell is your problem?!" He yelled
" Let me go." She hissed
" Not until you tell me what's happening." He said
" His lifeless eyes Min, that's what I saw. There's no hope for him at all so why don't you break the news to mom and Remi that our dear daddy is dead." She hissed
" Chae-young-"
" It doesn't take rocket science to know when someone's about to die or dead." She said walking away from the hospital, she walked back to her parents house all alone of course it was dangerous and cold.
" Miss Kim shouldn't you be with your family?" One of the Butler asked
" They hate me right now and frankly I don't want to be with them." She said running the enormous stairs to her childhood bedroom laying down she hugged a pillow. Grabbing her phone she called anyone that came to mind.
" Sunghee I don't know if you'll hear this but I really need to talk to someone." She leaving a voicemail
" Why is it so cold?" She mumbled quietly
" Jisung I need your hugs I need you so badly right now." She cried
" Let me in! I know she's in there!" Remi yelled breaking down the door to her bedroom.
" Go away." She mumbled
" What happened Nari?" Remi asked sitting down on the edge of her bed, she didn't say anything and moved father away from Remi.
" Nothing..." She mumbled
" Something had to happen for you and dad to be fighting." Remi said
" H-He wanted me to run the company.... because he knows you, Minsoo and HongJoong didn't study business like me." She said
" But I thought you-"
" I never wanted to study business!" She yelled
" But why did you?" Remi asked
" To make dad happy! Why did you think I always ran away from home? Why do you think I had to lie to dad about school?" She cried
" Jinyeol we didn't-"
" You never notice because that's what you're good at." She mumbled
" Ji-young can you please leave?"
" Mom I don't think that's a good idea." Remi said
" Please?"
" I'll be outside." Remi said
Her mother sat down next to her sighing softly looking at Chae-young hugging herself.
" He wanted you to be happy Marina."
" I was never happy..." She mumbled
" I know, but he thought you'd be happy ruining the company."
" No...I don't." She whispered letting tears escape her eyes
After three days it was their fathers funeral, one thing was for sure one of the four siblings were going to have to take over the company. The question was which one? Everyone knew that deep down even if they didn't show it they all wanted to take over their fathers company. Nari walked to her father's coffin letting her hands graze the fine expensive wood.
" I'm sorry it's all my fault..." Nari cried
Hours passed and all four siblings sat down in their fathers study each one staring at each other with a hint of rage.
" Who's going to take over?" Minsoo asked
" I won't! I don't want to be obsessed over money like you three." HongJoong said
" Fair enough..." Remi said
" I feel like I should take over I have more experience in ruining a business." Minsoo said
Nari scoffed loudly making all three siblings that were sitting down look at her.
" The company was never for you." Nari said
" Nari-"
" Do you really think he'd leave it in your name Minsoo?" Nari asked
" It's only obvious right?" Minsoo asked
" Minsoo the only reason your successful is because your related to me!" Remi said
" Are you two so stupid?" Nari asked shaking her head disappointed on her two older siblings.
" Exuse me?" Remi asked
" How long are we going to keep up the happy family persona?" She asked
" Nari we are a happy family." Remi said
" Look I know more about business then you three and what I learned in my time of studying you'll only become corrupted by money you'll do whatever you need to do to destroy your own flesh and blood or anyone who gets in your way." Nari said
" How do you know all this?" Minsoo asked
" You have no idea what it was like working for father." She growled grabbing her bag and heading twords the door
" Then who should run the company?!" Minsoo asked
" Mother if you want to keep the happy family persona up then let mother do it." She hissed walking out of the study.
