You lied....

Nari and Sunghee walked into their apartment linking each others arms together.
" Come on! You need to relax! We can have so much fun with each other again! You have been so stressed and tense this past year. I miss my cheerful bestie." Sunghee said smiling
" You won't get your cheerful bestie for a while." Nari said
" Ugh it's Jisung's fault for breaking up with you! Plus you are much happier with Seonghwa right?" Sunghee asked
" Yeah! I mean of course! He's one of the best things to ever happen to me!" She said

" Then stop worrying about Jisung and live your life! I'm sure he'll understand." Sunghee said
" Have you ever made a promise with someone?" She asked
" Yeah! Me and you promised each other that we'd grow our kids together and old together." Sunghee said
" Yeah but not that kind of promise. Like you know how some people say that they'll wait for their loved one?" She asked
" I think so- Nari...oh no. Chaeyoung what have you done?" Sunghee asked

" I've made a mistake Sunghee. I made a huge mistake and now I don't know what to do." She said
" I-I how about you come inside and let me tell at you for two minutes straight while Eunwoo watches." Sunghee said opening the door to her apartment
" Sounds like fun." She said said

" I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU MADE A PROMISE TO YOON JISUNG! HOW COULD YOU NARI?! I MEAN WHAT ARE THE ODDS THAT HE'S COMING BACK TODAY?! JUST WHY?! NO YOU KNOW WHAT IT'S HIS FAULT! HE SHOULD HAVE NEVER BROKEN UP WITH YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE! I MEAN WHO DOSE THAT?! MAKE A PROMISE WHEN YOU'RE DATING GOD DAM IT! NOT AFTER YOU'VE BROKEN UP! I MEAN WHAT KIND OF AN IDIOT DOSE THAT?!"
" Uh you did...with me...like yesterday." Eunwoo said
" SHUT THOSE BEAUTIFUL LIPS OF YOURS AND FOCUS ON THE REAL SITUATION AT HAND LEE DONG-MIN!" Sunghee yelled
" Thanks Sunghee, that makes me feel a lot better thank you." She said
" Sorry, I got carried away. But seriously what dose he think could happen? That you run back to his arms after a year?" Sunghee asked
" I think?" She said
" Ugh men, can you believe them?" Sunghee asked
" I am right here?!" Eunwoo yelled
" Oh sorry honey not all men are like that. But is he really going to expect for you to go running back into his arms?" Sunghee asked
" I don't know... I'm not ready to face him yet." She said

" Hey girls, I hate to ruin the moment but uh Nari your phone is ringing." Eunwoo said
Talking out her phone she saw the alerts on her phone, it was the cameras outside her apartment door. It was Jisung, her eyes widen seeing him.
" I-I h-he's here... Sunghee he's here." Nari whispered
" What?! Oh God...uhh I-"
Hearing a nick on Sunghee's door both girls looked at each other then back at the door.
" Do you want me to open it?" Eunwoo asked
" I-I oh my god...." She mumbled running her hands through her hair
" Let's open it." Sunghee said walking towards the door with Eunwoo.

" Hey excuse me- Sunghee? You live next door to Nari?" Jisung asked
" Uh no...well yes." Sunghee said mentally cursing at herself
" Is she home?" Jisung asked
" You know...she is-"
" I'm right here Jisung." She said walking towards the door gently pushing past Sunghee. She felt Eunwoo's hand on her shoulder giving her a worried look. She gave him a reassuring smile before walking out of the apartment door closing behind her.

" Nari! I missed you!" He said trying to hug her, she quickly pushed him away gently. Hugging her arm nervously bitting her lip.
" What was that about?" He asked
" Jisung...I have to tell you something." She mumbled
" What it's baby? You can tell me anything." He said
" Please just don't call me baby Jisung. We're not dating." She said
" I know...and I've been thinking about that ever since that day I broke up with you and I reget it every single day of my life." He said reaching for her hands, she quickly slapped them away trying to hold back tears. She was terrified, for some reason she was so scared of his reaction.
" N-Nari what's wrong?" He asked
" I-I d-don't l-love y-you anymore." She said feeling like a huge weight had been lifted off her shoulders. She looked up to see Jisung's reaction and she regretted it. Why did he look so terrifying? This wasn't the man she fell in love with. Why was she so scared?

She took a step back breathing heavily at his reaction.
" W-what are you talking about? Nari stop playing games." He said
" I am not playing games Jisung! Can't you see the moment that you decide to break up with me was when I was going to find someone else?" She asked
" Nari do you know what a promise is?" He asked raising his voice
" Of course I do! But what about our promise rings?! Do you know what they mean? You gave it to me because you wanted to get married. But I wasn't ready for marriage, so you went for the next best thing. A promise ring! You said that you would happy for me no matter what. That you were never going to reget your decision!" She yelled

" You lied...Kim Jinyeol you fucking lied to me! After everything we've been through?!"
" No Jisung! I didn't lie to you. You promised me that we would get back together. You said that you need time so I gave you that! I waited for you for so fucking long that I needed to forget you! And I am so happy that I moved on and found happiness else where!" She yelled at the top of her lungs
" Did you just raise your voice at me?" He asked shocked
" Yes! Yes I did! Now leave!" She yelled
" Nari you don't know what you just did..." He said
" Are you threatening me? Do you know who I am? Do you know how much power my family has?! Did you even love me Jisung?" She asked
" Of course I did! Are you crazy?! My whole career was ruined-"
" No it wasn't! Do you know how many death threats I got? Do you know that my company almost let me go because they just couldn't take the damage?! I BARELY GET TO HAVE A COMEBACK BECAUSE OF OUR RELATIONSHIP! YET I NEVER SAID ANYTHING TO YOU BECAUSE LOVED YOU! I LOVED YOU YOON JISUNG! YOUR CAREER WAS UNTOUCHED BUT MINE WAS RUINED! I NEVER COMPLAINED TO YOU!  I COULD HAVE LOST MY CAREER BECAUSE OF US BUT I PULLED THROUGH! I DID WHAT I HAD TO DO!" She yelled feeling tears ready to stream down her face, he didn't say anything but looked down at the floor.

" Who is he?" He asked
" What?!" She yelled
" Who is the guy who took you away from me?!" He yelled
" I don't belong to you or anyone! I belong to me and only me! I am sick and tired of worrying about you all the time! I don't love you Jisung I don't! But I care about you as a person! Sadly that's how I am! I never put myself first I always put others before me!" She yelled
" N-Nari..."
" I don't want to see you again Jisung. Please leave." She said trying her best to control her tears.
" Nari I didn't-"
" Just go...GO!" She yelled

And he did, he left her there. Collapsing on the floor Sunghee quickly opened the door wrapping her arms around her.
" Chae... please talk to me." Sunghee whispered
" H-he's right Sunghee...I lied. I didn't keep our promise." She whispered sobbing in her best friends arms.
" Chae do you want food?" Eunwoo asked
" Seriously?!" Sunghee mouthed over to him
" What? She loves food!" He mouthed back
" I want food so badly!" She sobbed
