A week has passed since you got here. Today's finally the day you've been waiting for since you got here, staring from now on you are no longer Akaashi and Bokuro's responsibility.

During your first week, you got closer to the boys volleyball team since you've only spent your lunch time watching them, you kind of almost not want to stop spending your lunch time with them anymore but at this point, you thought it would just be awkward if you do.

As soon as the bell rang for lunch, you quickly took your lunch box out and placed it on your table.

"y/n you're not spending lunch with us?" Akaashi, who's sitting right next to you asked.

"Well.. your week obligation with me is finally over, no? You and Bo are free now, you don't have to force yourselves anymore to spend lunch with me." You answered, giving akaashi a smile. Despite enjoying spending your time with them, you can't help but think that what you had with them were just forced. Therefore you finally feel less bad now that they don't have to spend time with you out of their will, you thought.

"y/n are you crazy?!" A loud voice were heard through the classroom followed by Bokuto running to your seat.

"Ah.. Bo."

"Listen here y/n! Akaashi and I may have been obligated to spend time with you but that doesn't mean we didn't like having you around!"

"Plus even if we were obligated to anyways, we wouldn't force ourself to do something we don't want to in the first place, isn't that right Akaashi?!"

"Yeah, that's right."

Your eyes widen in surprised by what they said, feeling your heartbeat rise.

"I-.. sorry I didn't, no actually..I"

You tried to think but not a single words was coming out. Clenching your fist together you rubbed your chest.

"Sorry I have to go."

You stood up and quickly walked out of the classroom, panting for your breath you made your way to the rest room.

'Shit, y/n! Don't get too excited, it wouldn't end good...'

You spent half of your lunch period in the restroom before coming back to the classroom. When you got there, bokuto and Akaashi had left and for the rest of the period, you waited for lunch to end to try to explain to Akaashi what happened. As soon as he took the sit next to you, you quickly passed a note, placing it on his table, a note as an apology for what happened.

To Akaashi:
'Sorry about suddenly leaving like that, I didn't feel good and had to go to the restroom. I'll apologize about what I said after school but for Bokuto can you hand him a note that I'll give you in a bit instead, I might not see him for a while but I'd like to apologize as quickly as possible'

Akaashi read the note before turning his head to you and giving you a nod. You gave him a smile before facing the front again. On your table was a paper with the note written for Bokuto on it.

To bokuto:
'Don't get a head of yourself Bo, this is not a confession. I just wanted to apologize about what happened a while ago, for running off and thinking that you guys never wanted to hangout with me. Oh! I only went to the restroom a while ago no worries. I really enjoy spending time like before and when you told me what you said, I got really happy, thank you Bo.'

You put the paper in an envelope and carefully placed it on Akaashi's desk. Which he then put on his backpack as soon as he saw.

School is finally over and here you are spending your time in the library, sitting on a bean bag that's closest to the manga section while eating pocky. You've been here for more than an hour and have finished 4 volume of The Promised Neverland.
