chapter four

Alexia

I woke up with my head throbbing like hell. Fucking hangover,why did I drink so much last night.

I realized I was in a warm bed, sandwiched between the sheets and the fluffy duvet. I threw off the covers and instead of the blue dress I had at the party,I was in long plain tee-shirt. I checked underneath and let out a sigh of relief on the fact that I still had my underwear on.

"Finally you're awake." I was startled as it dawned on me that I was not the only one in the room. Leo was standing casually in his signature suit as he stared out the window.

"Alexia Peterson, someone ever told you how stupid you are?" He spoke,still looking at the view outside.

"It's Alex and the stupid one here is you." I said calmly, resting my head on the pillow to ease the headache.

"Didn't I give you instructions and I was commanding not requesting."

"You went with your old friend and said you'd be back after a few minutes,was I supposed to stand there like a fucking lost sheep?" I was yelling at this point,ignoring the serious throbbing of my head.

"That was not a reason for you to turn into a drunkard and start having conversations with a random person. You to strictly to keep to yourself the whole night!" He had now turned to face me,rage distinct in his features.

"Just shut up, you're making my migraine worse." I groaned as I covered myself deeper into the sheets.

"Get out of bed you have somewhere to be in the next five minutes." He said in annoyance and stormed out of the room. I ignored his words and closed my eyes though my sleep was long gone.

A few minutes later and blondie burst into the room and pulled the covers of me.

Son of a bitch!

"Follow me!" She sounded frustrated and annoyed. So I nagged her more.

"Why should I listen to you?" I raised my eyebrows challenging her.

"Stop testing my patience and follow me." She hissed, trying to sustain her anger in which she failed miserably.

"I'm convinced you're not human!" I spat but still followed her out to the hallway. She lead me into an empty white room with just a small table and two chairs in the middle. Leo was already seated on one of the chairs thus the other one was most likely to be mine.

"Sit." He said in a commanding voice but I stubbornly stood there and folded my hands on my chest.

"Look,I'm done with this kidnapping shit and interrogation. I will tell you what you want to know and you'll let me go." I said firmly to both Leo and blondie.

"Camille, kindly leave us for a moment." Leo said calmly to blondie.

"I'm your wife,I should also take part in this." She tried pleading with him.

Desperate bitch!

"Just leave the damn room, we'll talk about this later." He growled with a clenched jaw, banging his fist on the table.

I smiled at blondie mockingly in which I received a spiteful glare and she left the room slamming the door.

"I'm no love doctor but whatever you two have is barely even lust." I said to Leo as I sat down facing him. He looked quite exhausted with the bags under his eyes but still kept his composure.

"My marriage,my business. Now, start talking." He said sternly.

"You want me to talk about what, my family,my friends,my favorite color? Be specific." I said with a smug look which annoyed him even more.

"Do I look like I'm joking?" He was serious but I didn't care at all

"You really want me to tell how you look?" I was really pissing him off.

"You talk a lot of nonsense and it might really cost you your life." He spoke in a calm collected voice as if he had not indirectly threatened my life.

"Ok fine,I was just minding my own business when I accidentally stumbled to your carelessly hidden information about your italian mafia shit that's all. It was about some drug shipments and what not which is none of my business now let me go home."

"Was it that hard to open up in the first place?" He asked rhetorically with half a smirk which made me notice the dimple on his left cheek.

Damn, could he get any hotter?

"Now let me go home."

"It doesn't work like that. See, when we offer you your freedom,you'll idiotically run to the station so no going home for you." He said with a small chuckle in his voice.

"How is this amusing to you? We had a fucking deal."

"Last time I checked,there was no deal between us so make yourself comfortable cause you won't be going anywhere." He said simply leaning on his chair with a victorious look on his face.

"I don't care what you say or what you'll do but I'll get out of this house or whatever and I'll find my way home." I shouted, standing up and walking to the door.

"I'm not stopping you." He smirked mischievously as he watched my every move. I suddenly felt conscious of my bed which was only covered by the white tee shirt that reached mid-thigh but I didn't stop. Surprisingly,the door was unlocked and I opened it and was in the hallway.
I looked into the room and turned to Leo.

"Quick question,where are we?" I asked expectantly.

"Italy, mio caro."

It's getting interesting as we see more of Leo:)
