Echoes And A Maze

Chapter 3

Writers note: This is a pretty short chapter 

In the middle of the night, I woke up from something, someone. I heard someone, when I sat straight I was the only one awake. I still heard voices. I tried to see where the voice came from. I put on sandals and walked to the sound, No idea how late it was. Probably 2 or 3 AM. I grabbed a lantern and lightened it. I looked or no one woke. No one did. I walked to the sound. It only said: ''Come Steph, Come. Come Steph, Come'' That repeated. I didn't know where I was walking. I looked behind me or no one was following me. The voice kept repeating the same words. It became louder and louder until I almost walked against one of the four stone walls that started the maze. This was the loudest place I heard the voices from. They were still saying Come Steph, Come. I couldn't go into the maze, it was closed.  I really wanted to know who caused the voices. I couldn't go into the maze tomorrow morning, someone would definitely notice I was gone. I went back to the sleeping rooms. I blew out the candle in the lantern and fell asleep still with the voice saying the same thing

''Come Steph, come...''
